We
went
for
this
Hotel
instead
of
the
more
economical
ones
all
around
it
with
very
high
expectations
of
hospitality.
However,
the
behaviour
of
the
staff
was
horrible
right
from
the
beginning.
1)
The
front
office
staff
who
checked
us
in,
could
not
find
the
booking
by
our
name.
..And
instead
of
asking
for
any
booking
reference,
he
bluntly
said
we
do
not
have
any
reservations
for
you.
Imagine
driving
300
kms
with
your
family,
tired
and
exhausted,
hoping
to
get
the
room
and
relax
for
which
you
have
already
paid
in
advance,
being
told
that
we
do
not
have
a
booking
under
my
name.
(No
SOPs
followed
by
the
hotel
as
to
how
to
talk
to
customers,
no
politeness)

The
staff
who
showed
us
to
our
room
was
not
sure
till
the
last
second
whether
our
room
was
Taj
facing
which
is
what
we
had
opted
for...
(Lack
of
knowledge
and
awareness
about
the
hotel
facilities)...and
was
unable
to
say
sorry
I
am
not
very
sure
about
this..
3)
Food
ordered
via
Room
Service,
bill
is
to
be
paid
then
and
there
itself.
This
was
not
informed
to
us
by
the
staff.
Instead,
when
we
enquired
with
the
Front
Office
guy
who
took
our
check
in,
said
let
me
check
the
"Reg
Card"
to
see
whether
I
told
you
or
not.
The
guy
never
called
back
inspite
of
2
follow
ups
from
our
side
to
close
the
query
.
(No
courtesy
or
follow
up
shown
by
the
staff)
4)one
of
the
valet
driver
bumped
another
car
into
our
car,
and
didn't
even
bother
to
apologise
it
or
even
check
for
damage
until
we
decided
to
make
it
into
an
issue.
5)
All
these
complaints
were
told
to
the
duty
manager
the
next
day.
Although
he
handled
the
situation
very
well
the
next
day...for
the
depth
of
our
feedback
he
gave
us
some
snacks
for
our
journey
back.
.
but
again
that
is
pointless
..if
that
is
meant
to
shut
us
up
....and
not
leading
to
any
results
at
the
end
of
the
day
..
He
promised
all
these
complaints
would
be
discussed
with
the
General
Manager
on
Monday
since
he
was
on
leave.
It
has
been
4
days
since,
even
after
a
reminder
to
the
duty
manager,
we
have
not
received
any
response
from
the
GM.
(Zero
empathy
or
concern
even
by
the
top
level)
In
short
the
hotel
is
being
run
by
fairly
young
and
inexperienced
staff
who
are
not
given
proper
guidance
as
to
how
to
deal
with
clients
or
situations.
Ignorance
is
not
a
crime,
mistakes
are
not
the
end
of
the
world...but
grace
and
courtesy
should
not
be
so
hard
to
come
by
in
a
hotel
such
as
this
one.
Being
nice
costs
nothing
but
means
everything.
There
is
definitely
a
need
for
a
tutorial
on
how
to
speak
to
others
that
is
long
overdue
for
the
staff
at
this
hotel.
Raddisson
Agra
staff
gave
us
5
great
reasons
why
we
should
never
visit
them,
ever
again.
I
know
that
this
review
will
also
be
overlooked
by
them
and
wouldn't
make
a
difference
in
their
attitude
but
hope
this
post
would
save
others
from
spoiling
their
getaway.
