This hotel is located at Agra. Rooms are well sanitized and clean. It deserves a five star. It has a swimming pool but closed for covid. Overall experience was good.

Definitely not a 5 star service. I was highly disappointed. The hospitality and services are really bad. Only good thing was morning breakfast at oasis. Rooms are decent with literally no good view around. Also, the AC wasn’t working properly. When we complained about it, we were shifted to a lower category room. In the evening we went for snacks at their roof-top lounge and waited for 15 minutes. Nobody bothered to attend us and we had to literally get the menu ourselves. Despite asking them to take the order, again no one showed up for 10-15 minutes. Is this the service one can expect from a 5 star hotel?? Definitely not recommended. Look for better alternatives nearby.

The hotel is situated at a very nice location, food is awesome. Very neat and clean room. Awesome ambiance of the common area and reception area. Pool at the terrace with dining adds significantly to the feature. However swimming was not allowed in the pool. Rooms of the hotel are very nice but slightly inferior to some other 5 star hotels. My Overall experience was very nice.

we had a bad experience at the hotel. we couldn’t sleep at all because we stayed in a room near the lift and we could hear everyone talking in the corridor. after we requested to change room, in the second night there was a wedding going on, the guests stayed in our level and were super loud, talking and laughing until 3am. breakfast was average and the washroom in the common area was not so clean. the staff was ok and tried hard to make our stay comfortable but unfortunately it was not.

The hotel's lobby exudes elegance, and the check-in process was seamless. Our room, a Deluxe Suite, was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Taj Mahal. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities truly stood out. We dined at the hotel's restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and each meal was a culinary delight. The buffet spread was extensive, and the quality of the food was exceptional.

Very nice we stayed for 2 days and our package includes all 3 meals. I must say the food was delicious and superb awesome. Everything from salad to deserts everything was just perfect. The front desk staff and all staff were very humble. A very special thanks to chef Manoj for the delicious food. And all the staff in the dining area were very helpful. I would love to visit this place in future also.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I found the rooms to be comfortable, the restaurant was great and the staff were very attentive. A place such as this is clearly one of luxury, and from the outside the interiors are stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Sad that I have to leave this review..... We had an amazing stay here, but everything good went out the window because of one employee! On our final day at the Radisson one of the employees who was being too friendly with us decided that it would be a good idea to come to our room and ask us if we were ready to check out. Thinking that he was being nice we agreed, but soon we realized that he wanted to try and sell us a ride with one of his friends back to Delhi. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable and was so pushy with us, he even said "use your head" He then got extremely aggressive towards us when we refused..... just another typical person from Agra, but to see that a hotel like Radisson is completely sad. I personally wouldn't trust this hotel, let alone the staff after this experience. I can imagine that all of them think the same, willing to do anything for a few bucks gain. Overall, great beds and nice breakfast. However, definitely not 5 star, more like a solid 4 and everything was super dusty!

I had a very comfortable stay at Raddison Agra. All covid norms are being followed. Rooms are quite spacious, food is all good n tasty. Provide all standard amenities in room. Location is ok If you want to see Taj Mahal from your room you can have a view from their Taj facing rooms. Staff is well trained and courteous. Overall perfect!!

I have been to this hotel so many times and I stayed also. Staff is very courteous and professional. secondly I love the view of Taj from roof top restaurant which is adjacent to the swimming pool. This hotel very wonderful hotel in agra. From the top we can see the Taj Mahal and very nice view from the rooms. Rooms are well sanitized and clean. It deserve as five hotel. It have swimming pool. But upset it is closed because of covid. Very nice breakfast,lunch and dinner.

Service Excellent. Behaviour attitudes of staffs very very nice. Stay in hotel felt as staying at Home. While faced some Problems, night duty staffs helped like family members. One name remembered Mr Kamran. We are very thankful to him and also others.

We had troubles as soon as we walked through the door, no sheets on the bed, heating non existent in both rooms we occupied. Water not hot and also pressure change up and down. Both rooms stank to high hells...maybe the hotel has a issue as oil diffusers every where and in odd spots plugged into the wall. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the food was tasty and delicious both room service and breakfast buffet however considering what we payed for the taj view rooms I think considerably over priced for what you will need to endure.

The internet is too slow and disconnects very often. The breakfast buffet had limited options and only the live counter which served Dosa was upto the mark. The rooms are spacious but the lighting inside the rooms is not so bright. You feel dull at times. The reception lobby is good and spacious.

We went for this Hotel instead of the more economical ones all around it with very high expectations of hospitality. However, the behaviour of the staff was horrible right from the beginning. 1) The front office staff who checked us in, could not find the booking by our name. ..And instead of asking for any booking reference, he bluntly said we do not have any reservations for you. Imagine driving 300 kms with your family, tired and exhausted, hoping to get the room and relax for which you have already paid in advance, being told that we do not have a booking under my name. (No SOPs followed by the hotel as to how to talk to customers, no politeness) 2) The staff who showed us to our room was not sure till the last second whether our room was Taj facing which is what we had opted for... (Lack of knowledge and awareness about the hotel facilities)...and was unable to say sorry I am not very sure about this.. 3) Food ordered via Room Service, bill is to be paid then and there itself. This was not informed to us by the staff. Instead, when we enquired with the Front Office guy who took our check in, said let me check the "Reg Card" to see whether I told you or not. The guy never called back inspite of 2 follow ups from our side to close the query . (No courtesy or follow up shown by the staff) 4)one of the valet driver bumped another car into our car, and didn't even bother to apologise it or even check for damage until we decided to make it into an issue. 5) All these complaints were told to the duty manager the next day. Although he handled the situation very well the next day...for the depth of our feedback he gave us some snacks for our journey back. . but again that is pointless ..if that is meant to shut us up ....and not leading to any results at the end of the day .. He promised all these complaints would be discussed with the General Manager on Monday since he was on leave. It has been 4 days since, even after a reminder to the duty manager, we have not received any response from the GM. (Zero empathy or concern even by the top level) In short the hotel is being run by fairly young and inexperienced staff who are not given proper guidance as to how to deal with clients or situations. Ignorance is not a crime, mistakes are not the end of the world...but grace and courtesy should not be so hard to come by in a hotel such as this one. Being nice costs nothing but means everything. There is definitely a need for a tutorial on how to speak to others that is long overdue for the staff at this hotel. Raddisson Agra staff gave us 5 great reasons why we should never visit them, ever again. I know that this review will also be overlooked by them and wouldn't make a difference in their attitude but hope this post would save others from spoiling their getaway. .

My daughter, myself had a wonderful overnight at Radisson Agra ! Guest services were outstanding and the staff at true treasure! Our room was very clean and delightfully decorated. We both slept very well! A good portion of our stay was spent at the rooftop pool. And what a pure delight it was! Thank you to Dhananjay for helping to make our trip a memorable one. Good hotel at prime location. Clean and hygienic ambience. Restaurant was having good buffet variety.staff was friendly and very proactive in approaching.. Housekeeping staff was very prompt and courteous.

I found the hotel to be comparable to a Travelodge in the UK. The rooms were comfortable but the bathrooms could do with some maintenance. The shower area was a little mouldy, the hairdryer was filthy and the towels looked old and well used. The food was OK. When I ordered breakfast, the waiter almost argued with me about what I wanted as he was pushing me to get the buffet instead, when we didn't want it. The WiFi dropped out frequently. The rooftop terrace was nice, better at night. The sun loungers were dirty. You would have a good view of the Taj on a clear day, but because we stayed during Diwali, it was a bit too polluted to see it. The security was thorough and I felt very safe there.

This is one of the best place I have ever stayed. The rate which was offered to us and the outstanding service they have provided and the way they keep the rooms and other places clean and sanitized and the food OMG still mouth watering thanks to the Chef 👨‍🍳. The only problem I faced was I didn't feel like checking out and wanted to stay forever.

We stayed at Radisson hotel agra on our trip and it was great. Location was perfect for walking to everything! Staff Dhananjay was very helpful and breakfast was great. Room was perfect for my daughter and myself. The only thing was our room faced the main road and the traffic was noisy all night. Would definite stay here again.

Hotel and staff was good but after travelling abroad I doubt that it is 5 star hotel. The food was mostly for Indian based on their spicy taste so we found little spicy and breakfast was better but still not the best I would say. Yes I am being picky here and that is why we chooses 4 star hotel to stay over night.

We have booked the hotel after checking the ratings on google and it is mentioned as a 5 star hotel on Google. You should have remove it from the list of 5 stars please and put it under 3 star hotel. The rooms have some sort of smell. The hospitality is not up to the standard. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel as compare to the original 5 star hotels. Please don't cheat your customer by just mentioning it as 5 star.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect and the service and food were especially wonderful. We highly recommend! Anil made our arrival so welcoming and smooth, as well as our departure, he’s wonderful! And Raghvendre in the restaurant and all the chefs for your amazing skill, attentiveness and service to our family we will never forget! It started to feel like home. It was wonderful stay at Radisson Agra. Highly recommended to everyone. Suggestions book Taj view room on advance, and confirm for king size bed. Though upgrade was overwhelming , fifth floor room has wonderful view. Front desk is very busy but try to help always . Food option were less but taste wise good. Ambiance and terrace is lovely.

An amazing place to spend your weekend with your family with close proximity to Taj Mahal. The hotel is neat and beautiful. The staff is very courteous especially one particular manager - Jugendra, who took utmost care of all our requirements. Its a good hotel ... when we arrived in the afternoon they dud not had king bed room so they arranged for us by evening when we were back from Raj visit. They upgraded our room and the service was good..staff very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast is good and the shop at the hotel gallery had very good collection of gift items and dresses at a good price. Overall a great stay.

Stayed for a couple of days. Rooms were spacious but washrooms could be a bit bigger. Really disappointed by room service. It was extremely slow, they took a lot of time to bring stuff to the room. First time staying in a 5* in Agra. Would say that it is a very good hotel with all the amenities a premium hotel offers and the view from the terrace is the USP of the hotel(along with food which is one of the best in the business) A few things that are missing as per my other experiences is: A recreation centre and a spacious lawn area. I was really satisfied with my stay overall, a special mention for Tamanna in the front desk for handling my requests.

We booked Two rooms for our Agra trip . Rooms: 1.Proper drainage is not there in bathroom 2.Essential items like (shaving kit, shower cap) we need to ask every time which supposed to be there in room. Service: 0 out of 5 . 1.They take 10 to 15 minutes to come to your room after asking something. Room card problem faced several times and every time we have to go to reception to make it reset, no body will go on your behalf. You can't use lift also without swipe your card ,and if card is not working ,you have to use stairs irrespective at which floor you are staying. Good things: Rooms are good, tidy and clean. Morning breakfast is really meant to try once. Ambience met our expectations.

Not a very great stay. Stayed in Radisson to make it memorable for my family, but they did not like the services. The menu was so small and limited as compared to every other brands. Further, housekeeping provided things after 3 reminders. Asked for something at breakfast and did not get it for long. Requested for late checkout by 1:30 pm but was allowed only till 1. Some of the staff personnel were indeed good, but overall did not expect such services.

Loved the location but the rooms were not as expected. The wooden floor was squeaking, paint chipped from the wall. The pool on the terrace was nice but there was nail popping out of the wooden deck. This was quickly rectified by the staff though. Also it was awkward to register for something so measly like a swimming towel. Overall considering the proximity to Taj, better than decent service it was a pleasant stay.

My overall experience has been pretty good at this property. However, I am not satisfied with the customer service department. I had some billing concerns and had emailed my concern at 2 different places but unfortunately, none had cared to respond to my emails. This quality of customer service wasn't expected from Radisson team. Apart from that, all other experiences were above expectations.

Great location near to Taj Mahal, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the front office staff. Mr Lalit from Front office was very helpful and kind. He helped us in almost everything. He arranged a birthday cake for my husband, that makes our evening more beautiful with dinner on roof top. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Food was too good. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. We will definitely stay there again. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Stayed there for a week. Very rude staff. Food quality was pathetic. Basic cleanliness of the hotel is substandard. Linens were torn, blackish towel. Unprofessional staff. They didn't have the basic courtesy. Most importantly they were very partial and differentiating between Indian and foreign nationals. Overall a poor experience
