You’ve got to see it to believe it. Really, it was the most amazing property I have ever spent the night in. Also the staff was excellent, we felt like actual royalty. Anything we asked for was ready for us within minutes. We also asked to see some of the fancier suites on campus and they obliged. It was an incredible experience and I suggest everyone put staying at this Palace on their bucket list.

The rooms here are exceptional. We stayed in the suite, consisting of a living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms. The staff was very kind to adjust according to our situation. The breakfast spread was a part of a package and the food had a lot of varieties. The most crucial factor or selling point as we call it was its distance from the airport. The service received was exceptionally on point and very quick. It was worth all the money spent. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for and reasonable and luxurious stay.

The property is small for a five star hotel, otherwise, everything else is commendable. The hospitality shown is top class, staff is not petty on any amenities. Well trained and very hospitable staff. Even when the hotel was crowded. It's after a long time I have seen top notch 5* services, amenities, and hospitality. Very well done to the whole Holiday Inn community. It is a warm feeling to see one of the best hospitality in the world, which was offered in India till 90's. Thank you for bringing back the feel. One of the best property in Agra . The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The forest view from the rooms are unique. buffet is good but very limited menu. Room dining and other services are customer friendly. The atmosphere is great and ground staffs especially Divya are very friendly. Reasonable price compared to other star properties.

I Visited the property 4-5 days back; and the experience was sheer amazing... Although it certified as 4 Star property but the services and the staff behaviour exceeds the experience of 5 star deluxe! Specially, Kudos to the Front Office Team.... Well Communication, Well Assistance... Especially, The "Trainees" Working over here are awesome ... Well i totally accept them as Associates!! Specially the Girl trainee in Front Office she is adorable.... With her grooming and communication... All the love, from a happy guest!!!

I stayed at Holiday Inn M G Road for three days (December -17,18,19, 2021) with my brothers and mother. The experience was lovely! Rooms were neat, spacious and comfortable. My mother aged 87 years was well looked after by staff ( specifically Mr. Sher sing from Housekeeping ) when we went out for work. Wheel chair was made available for her easy movement. Food served was fresh and delicious. What impressed us was the precautions taken in the wake of the pandemic. Keep it up!! Thanks 🙏

We had booked two rooms, while one was completely fine, the other was smelly. When we told the staff about it, they came and put some air freshener in the air vents. It was okay for a while but the smell came back again. So that's why the 4 star rating. Otherwise the food was great and the room was nice overall.

Nice rooms. We got the garden view room. Not too big but not small either. Location is right in the heart of the city but with decent access. Breakfast had a nice variety and the chefs were cheerful and happy to serve new and innovative dishes. The banquet halls are multiple and can be used for any sort of occasion from a small group to a large conference.

The energy and greeting from the security guys, parking guys and front door guard was just amazing. Why I am starting from this is because many times we miss to acknowledge small things but these small things can make a huge difference to the overall experience. Reception guys were even better, room was excellent and food was very delicious. Shubham was very active at the restaurant to manage things and my god his eyes are very sharp, he can read eyes and will quickly come to you and ask, how may i help you? Guys in the kitchen are just awesome, they are really nice people and want to know more about your taste. Guys whatever we eat today was just amazing and delicious. Last but not the least we meet a trainee . He was really helpful and we want to give him 10 out of 10 for all his service and the sweet experience we felt, while taking to him. Had a lovely stay here - room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good. We particularly enjoyed the made to order pancakes from the normal chef and Bhutan chef. Would recommend if staying in Agra!

Location is little bit far from monuments, airport and Railway Station. Breakfast is certainly enjoyable here so definitely add on at the time of booking as it can be expensive to add later. Staff is helpful. Room is clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

The ambience was really very nice.Pinky is so good . The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and shishupal ,divya was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Not happy with the service and staff. I had booked this stay as we had planned to go to Agra for my husband's birthday. I travelled with my senior citizen parents and had chosen 4 standad rooms with kind beds. We also requested for an early check-in which wasn't possible according to the hotel staff, so we came around 2 at the hotel. Out of 4 rooms we were given 1 king bed room and rest 3 had twin beds. When I reached out to front desk, one of the male team member (don't want to mention names) was rather rude, saying you only selected incorrectly and we don't have any kind bed rooms available now. The female staff was compatitively help and suggested to give us 2 king rooms. We got the rooms in the evening, although we had chosen a non smoking room, one of the room was smelling of smoke. The housing staff was helpful and quick to respond. The manager at the hotel was also helpful, helped us with the bags while checkout. The hotel was packed and reception was unable to manage the crowd. Given its a 4 star hotel, the rude behaviour of even a few staff members is not tolerable. The only reason we went with holiday inn was to have a comfortable stay but this ruined our experience. Would not recommend.

It was our first stay at the Hotel and my family really loved it. Everything, from the reception, the check-in & the welcome note to the breakfast spread, the room service, the pool, in fact the whole stay , was absolutely delightful. Exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the front desk Mr Rennick, has been a great help when I told him about my sickness and limitations his response was exceptional, Kirti from the restaurant a sweet soft spoken girl was as helpful and understanding, my personal recommendation for these two, besides everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel is favorably located, with most amenities easily accessible on foot. The staff are skilled and professional, contributing to a warm and friendly environment. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. However, the rooms could benefit from some upgrades to truly reflect a 5-star rating. Additionally, the iron was dirty with some dark residue, which unfortunately damaged my white shirt, and the ironing board was not well-maintained.

Good option for stay in Agra! Decent location (~30mins or so from Taj Mahal), though traffic between can get quite tricky; good food and an option to consider. Service did not, though, feel either 5 star or IHG level; "customer centricity" was missing and feedback was noted with the general manager. I can recommend this property with a hope that things go more service oriented.

Room was really nice and clean. The dinner had a lot of variety and an amazing taste. The chef (Roshan) was really nice and made tomato basil soup for us on request even though it was not on the buffet menu. The person serving us (Rubel) was also very helpful. All in all it was a really nice and comfortable stay.

Hotel is at a great location, food was really delicious thanks to the chef who prepared. Room was spacious for 3 adults. Late checkout was also given by the front desk staff Renick. Room service team was very courteous and polite. Specially in the covid times, hotel is taking all the precaution and cleanliness is there top most priority. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Agra.

The service of Pushpendra of house keeping very prompt. Front office also provided me a nice accommodation. Yesterday night the dinner was very nice with hospitable staff. Breakfast was also served with all care and hospitality. Overall had a wonderful stay.

It's a nice hotel in the heart of city. Has ample space for corporate and other such events. We went to visit an exhibition. So not much info about the rooms and dining. However the ambience is quite good.

Overall amazing experience..will visit again. We will also recommend this property to our friends and family so that they can have a lovely experience and have value of their money too. I visited Agra for the first time, had a great stay at Holiday Inn Agra. The rooms are pleasant and luxurious in a comfy budget. All the staff of hotel is polite and supportive. They’ll great you every time you cross paths with anyone. The cafe is having great food quality and the Lobby Bar is perfect to sit and chill with your drink. Would like to mention special appreciation for Housekeeping staff specifically Mr. Ajay Kumar he’s the nicest person and very professional about his work. Additional 5 stars for his work:)

1. Location - 5:star (Heart of the city. In the centre of commercial city) 2. Check-in experience - 5 star ( Quick & courteous staff). 3. Room- 4 star (Spacious, nice bright rooms. Bedding decent) 4. Bathroom - 4 Star No bathtub & fancy fittings, but Clean, spacious. Towels are less - but i m sure, if you ask for, they will supply. I really liked big refill bottles of toiletries. No wastage or carbon footprint due small bottles). 5. Room service/ laundry - Very prompt. 6. Dinning - Decent spread & taste, Good & courteous staff. Overall - I would recommend this is a good choice if you happen to visit Agra.

The Holiday Inn property is beautiful and easy to locate, the staff is very courteous and made our stay comfortable. The management is commendable. The food especially is superb and not to miss, the chocolate dosa. Very safe and secure, felt like home.

Very good hotel. Has slightly expensive food. Very good swimming pool but would prefer it slightly deep in some areas so that one can learn swimming better. Has a good gym but would be better if there were instructions on the equipment. Perfect room

Holiday inn has several varieties of foods and drinks. It is a very beautiful place with great hygiene.Their rooms are very spacious. They have immaculate service. Their staff is very polite and helpful. Their rooms have good views. If you ever visit Agra, stay in this establishment as it is one of the best.

We visited the hotel on 14 August. The hotel was decent but the service was really poor. They charged 11K from us for a twin bed room which was almost three times of its original price. Secondly, their service was very bad. They wasted more than an hour for check in, then they said they will send the welcome drink in the room, but nobody came. When we went outside, they kept the welcome drinks in the fridge in our absence, without informing us. While booking itself, we confirmed atleast 4-5 times, whether they can join the twin beds, since wee were travel with our one year old kid and we needed a king bed. We had follow up with them for two hours to make them send someone to join the bed. They came at around 12 midnight to fix the bed, that to after calling them for 6-7 times. The cutlery provided was too dirty. When We asked them to replace, the replaced cutlery was also dirty. Food was the only thing which was decent in this hotel. We opted for buffet dinner and breakfast. Both the meals were good. But rest of the services were very bad at the hotel. We feel like cheated.

Overall a great experience - Room & food both were good. Special mention to Tara & Shubham for their amazing hospitality at the Cafe G - so warm & kind. Thanks for making our weekend getaway worth while! :)

Located in the heart of Agra, right in the middle of main market. A very neat and clean hotel with courteous staff. Food is also great. Only to avoid if there is rush in the hotel as you would not be able to get peace or rest. Lobbies are noisy and doors are not at all sound proof. Hard time adjusting to the outside noise.
