Nice hotel with all amenities. Restaurant is just beside the reception. Reception staffs are cordial if you've any request of extending Check-out timing by 2 hours.... The stay for driver if you want to accomodate there is quite bad. Since water leakage is there in that room so no one will reside there. As in room service, it's okay. Regarding restaurant buffet, it's well and good. Also there is a pool area.

Experience was quite good enough but the prices were way too high , like an average noodles dish starts with over 400INR , you can estimate the dinner price there accordingly. Rooms were really good, but few problems i faced, there was no bathtub ( as per a 4+ star hotel ) , there was room temperature adjustment system which wasn't working well, also there was no staff to fix it at the moment. Few Pros for rooms ( drawer for shoes, almirah with available lockers , hangers and stuff , beds were comfortable with phone line system, and the garden view was also decent )

Biggest mistake we made by booking this property. The staff is extremely non cooperative, rude, zero customer service. Our daughter was unwell and we had a tiring journey. We had to follow up on the extra mattress in our room, then the mattress sent was in improper condition and the wheels had no lock , it was moving and was risky. On asking the staff, they were not accepting to change. After we escalated, they changed it , however the other one also had no lock but was better than the previous one. We requested for a pillow with mattress and we were told that they dint have any pillows to give us. We requested for cutlery ( plates, spoon) but we were told that this will be charged. We were astonished, we again tried to speak to the manager , but we were told the manager is busy in a party and cannot speak to us. Ashwini, the guy from room service who spoke to us was extremely rude and non cooperative. He told us these are cover charges for outside food. They dint even ask us if we had outside food or no, just assumed by themselves. Guess, they are sitting there to extort money by whatever means. Though we had requested plates for eating fruits since our kids were unwell and we were already so stressed coz of the travel , they made our stay even worst. After we escalated, the front duty manager Mr. Naresh was kind enough to understand our concern and he was the only one who spoke nicely and was empathetic. He apologized and got us a pillow and cutlery. But we dint feel like using any after the experience we got and the time we wasted. The bathrooms are old are not in a great condition. There is rust, no exhaust fan, slippery floor , wash basin gets clogged. Telephones are old, the voice cannot be heard clearly due to disturbance. Overall, we will not recommend you spend so much and get this experience as hotel stay is all about experience and comfort since you are already tired of traveling you need comfort and peace and you won't get anything here especially when you are with kids or family. A 3 star hotel gives better service. Definitely not a 5 star and not worth. Also , we noticed a similar attitude of the local'ites of Agra. People in Agra are non cooperative and rude.

Food-Delicious, wide variety in Dinner buffet also. Rooms - well equipped but AC/heater didn't work properly, though they provided room heater separately. Staff - Helpful Washrooms - Neat and clean, can provide much better showers.

I stayed in this hotel the day I came from the road. Bathroom and room were very clean. Food was really good and delicious. But the most important thing is that I put the money I brought with me in the safety box. I forgot to take it in the morning. While we were visiting the Agra fort, they informed our tour guide. I got it all back by signature. I would also like to send my best regards and thanks the person who found the money and the hotel management for their integrity.

First things first - it's no better than an average three star hotel. It's the only hotel (probably in the world) where the restaurant is at the reception. There is no hygiene in the restaurant and we ended up fighting the flies and mosquitoes. The crockery is from the Harappan culture with tens of thousands of scratches on the plates. Coming to the room, it was an average room (even though it was the club room). The marble floor had cracks. The bathroom was a disaster. The height of bathtub was much more than average and it was not easy to get into it. The shower curtain was so long that it was under the feet while standing in the tub. The drain was in the center of the tub, so the anti-slip mat covered it and that resulted in the water accumulation in the tub. There was rain in the night and we found the windowsills to be wet. Overall very bad experience, my last visit to Ramada.

Rooms have continuous humming type very low sound which distracted sleeps. This should be avoided to maintain calm n peace inside the rooms. Food services were just satisfactory. Curd or curd items always served sour. Waiter services very poor..

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing ample comfort throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the staff's genuine curiosity to ensure a pleasant experience was impressive. The value for money was definitely worth it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Writing this while staying there.. 1. It is not a 5 star hotel. Please don't get fooled with the tag 2. No chilled water available and they charge you for ice bucket - so now you know they are not a 5 star property 3. Have no service and ethics. If you order anything online, they will ask you to walk out all the way to the entrance gate (not lobby) 4. Will add more after experiencing...

Since I am a member of club mahindra, so I visited that property. But unluckily this property is not worthy for club mahindra property. Service of this property is very bad, staff of this hotel not skiled. One of the new gate man is very indisciplined. He don't no how to talk with guest. Food variety is not matching with four star hotel/ club mahindra quality.

Stayed here for 1 night during a 10 day tour of northern India. Lovely entrance and dining area, with attentive staff. A variety of dishes at each meal - those I tasted were delicious. Beds were comfortable. Our bathroom had an over-bath shower, which was difficult to step into and out of for older people...

Amazing hotel for a stay during a wedding. Room service was a bit off. Some necessary items were not kept in the room, we had to ask for them and they were delivered a little late. But otherwise it's perfect hotel. Wifi bandwidth was full limit. So couldn't use wifi during the whole stay.

We went for my daughters birthday, The rooms are big and the views are good. Staff was very helpful since we had kids all the needs were fulfilled. They have play area for the kids too however they need to maintain it better. Food was great, had a pleasant experience. πŸ‘πŸ‘

Ramada is a good hotel. We loved it. Prices of the room according to the facilities were worth the money. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and with the village view. It’s a new hotel and best is next to the yamuna express highway. (Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Agra is located at Ring Road Crossing, 5.2 miles from the centre of Agra. Mosque and the Jawab is the closest landmark to Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Agra) Staff is nice and friendly ensuring to delight each customer. Good Indian and English options for breakfast. Dinner has variety of Indian, Italian etc

This hotel is proof that 5 stars does not mean quality. There is a smell as soon as you enter the lobby that was very unpleasant but I was hoping it was bad sewer lines but the smell followed to the room. The rooms are in need of an update with tarnished mirrors, damaged furniture and cracked tiles with one falling off the side of the bath. The room needs a deep clean as well with black mildew marks on the bathroom tiles and bedding that smelt slept in. The shower flooded our bathroom. Food was nice for the few meals we had but the smell of oil lingered in the halls even several floors up.

Located at best possible location....offers easy access to express highway (Delhi-Lucknow). Ideal place for rest and recoup for traveller's. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, but require thorough cleaning (headboard was stained). Bathroom was decent but had drainage issue. Food especially buffet layout and preparation was average with poor taste. Staff at counter and dining area lacked warmth and finesse. Good for halt or night stay during travel but if staying longer then please choose some other property (Taj or other) as the rates are more os less same.

There are only two downsides of the Hotel, first location is a little bit far away from center and secondly the A/C is working noisy that you may need ear plugs for sleeping. Other than these two points my rate for the Hotel is 90/100

Ripped us off. Provided complimentary breakfast and sent the bill for Rs.2500, Everything is recorded in their security camera but did as they confirmed but charged, All the kitchen manager and duty managers were all part of this. Called the customer support but they weren't open. No Customer Service.Staffs are rude and you can't complain or provide your feedback anywhere.

Amazing presentation of food and nice spread for breakfast and lunch. Courteous staff. Clean rest rooms. There is a play area for kids which is a life saver. You can find a table near that and enjoy your food while kids play. a great choice for organizing parties and events. They hav enough place. The quality and decor is top notch.

The standard of the hotel is not upto 5 star as compared to other 5 star hotel. Basic things are OK, the number of lifts is limit to 2 so there is usually wait there, some system is not good like when u order u have to pay which I feel bad, normally when I order any thing then that thing is settled at checkout. Chips cold drinks are not given while checking the room, I have to order for the same, the location is good, I got good deal then it's OK for me, but if I have to pay regular price then it's not worth it

Had a night stay so all we were looking for was a good place to rest and relax. Ramada was essentially the one we were looking for. Great rooms, clean, comfortable and classy. We had breakfast there and it was good too. Spread was lavish and tasty, filling and satisfying. Can always opt for this one if you enjoy luxury.

Rooms are spacious but furniture is old. Breakfast is not at all good….only Dosa was good in breakfast rest all were hopeless even the hot coffee was worst (not expected this kind of coffee from a premium hotel). Swimming pool was closed due to some function (most of the time their pool is closed as per reviews) Hotel entrance and reception ambience is amazing u will definitely love it.

Property and its services are upto 3*. Room does not had centralized AC system. Had split AC in the room which had poor connectivity to remote as it was installed at the corner. Hair dryer was not in working state. Staff was not showing courtesy to the guest. Dinner buffet had limited options for vegetarians. Dessert and snack selection was poor by Chef. Served bhelpuri as snack and dessert had different sorts of sweets options which were not fresh. Location is off, completely out of city.

Overall a good hotel. Pros: Good rooms Good view Very close to the inner ring road Jovial Staff Good breakfast spread Okayish Buffet dinner spread Cons: Space: at many points, you will feel that the restaurants are congested. The breakfast location is congested. If you go during the peak hours, you will have to wait for a table, and even if you get, tables are all joined. You don't have privacy. The food service could have been fast as often j could find the buffet tray empty. The dinner restaurant had its food served in an alley with hardly any space to move. Location: this hotel is located in the outskirts. Although the main attraction, Taj and the Fort, are within 9kms.

It was a very nice experience staying here. We took the package with breakfast and dinner. To be Frank we enjoyed the breakfast more than the dinner. There was lots of variety in the breakfast. Service was quick and rooms were pretty spacious. We enjoyed Gym facilities as well as swimming in the pool. There was a kids section for the children to play with toys. The location was also very good. It was near the Expressway. Overall a nice experience because we also got one of the best deals over there.

My experience was naam bade and darshan chote..i mean hospitality was not like any good hotel. Break fast was not Good. Less variety, not at all tayst and and most of time even the simple things like poha, teaa etc got stocked out and then u wait for 15 min No one bothered putting a glass of water on ur table. Staff at reception wasn't hospitalable t all. Missed basic courtesy and even basics like internet Was not properly available. The payment by ybcard took you 20-25 min killing ur time. Utterly bad experience. If someone travelling for business i will never recommend

we stayed here as a Club Mahindra member. The food was good, staff in the restaurant were extremely guest friendly , housekeeping was perfect, room was comfortable. One issue I would like to mention here is that the TV had only HIndi channels. When I reported this to the Reception/Guest Relation Manager/Housekeeping - no one bothered to solve this issue. Four persons came at different time, checked the TV and said it is not available. Guest Relation Manager or the Front Desk Manager did not bother to return the calls

The stay was just fine. At the time of check-in, I had to spend almost an hour to look for rooms that were not having foul smell of moisture and dampness. I was traveling with my family and had booked 3 rooms. After seeing almost 12+ rooms, I was able to find 2 rooms that were fine and had to manage in 3rd room with air perfume. After driving 500 kms. and then spending an hour to check in is really tiresome. Advise to management: Please take a look at the rooms. After traveling for long, people expect that the rooms are ready whenever we check-in. This was the reason I called an hour before reaching as a reminder to keep the rooms ready. Location Location is fine for the people who want to stay away from the city traffic. Best for them who want to check out and reach the Yamuna expressway in no time.

Not deserving even 1 star. Issues during my stay: No AC was working , my kid had a worst stay there without it. and was sweating badly. Food , have never ate such worst food of a 4 star hotel. Room service - i doubt they have room service as whenever i was ordering it , no one was delivering it. Worst experience ever and when i sent complaint their duty manager simply denied helping anything in it. We had two rooms and used 1 in night since no ac was working they said thy dont have any other room to change it.
