Cons:- only one lift is inserted in a single building so you have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes for lift You only have breakfast,lunch and dinner only in waiting room execpt patient. Doctor are leninent in talking and consulting. But some of staff persons are not helpfull and not talk with supportive way.

Worst experience I've ever had with a hospital, went into the emergency ward for food poisioning treatment. The staff didn't even care to look, they simply just said you must admit. When asked not to do so, they were horrendously rude to the point that when we purchased the required medicines and Injections. They were like can't you yourself use the injection to treat yourself. Absolute money hungry.

Hospital in terms of facility and Doctors are also not cooperative nor they are listening properly to what a patient has to say. Unnecessary staffing and money waste. Worst hospital.no cleanness( can't use toilets), no professional Nurses( I think they have some nursing school so they ask school students to work) ,Money minded Doctors, if you ask questions to Doctor, they won't explain the things..and make you feel that you have done some mistake. Security and supporting staff is worst. If you have TPA then your patient will definitely go to ventilator and will extend ICU room stay until you TPA limit is exhausted. While the doctors are competent, the staff is not. The staff constantly fights in front of patients. The bathrooms don't have a handwash, bucket or mirror. The main reason for this issue I think is disorganised upper management. The staff is never clear on what their responsibilities are. While other facilities like bed, blanket and pillow are provided, it doesn't make up for dirty bathrooms, missing accessories in bathroom and constant fight between staff.

It used to be one among most preferred hospital in Agra but with time only infrastructure has been the centre of attention while the services deteriorated over the time. While I was there visiting a known one admitted there, I first handed witness a huge negligence “an old lady who was trying to move her body a bit, fell down on the floor because there was nobody watching over those who need precise caretaking while the staff was present but gossiping in a herd.” This is the standard of pushpanjali hospital 👎🏼 शर्मनाक! Another thing that pushpanjali is notorious about is looting the money in form of excessive charges for everything. One more tragic incident, while using the elevator, some female staff stuffed the elevator (which was already carrying 6 people) with 8-10 glucose bottle holding stands. The elevator started making alarms due to above limit weight so all the people in elevator requested them to carry their stuff in 2 shifts but the staff behaved disrespectfuly and did as they wish while endangering the others in case the elevator might have stuck or fell down. They claim to have doctors of all the department but I strongly not recommended anyone to bring your loved ones in such careless hospital. That doesn't value human life itself.

Nursing staff is very lazy expect 1 or 2. They are not supportive, you have to take care of your patient yourself. You can't rely on them. You have to call them multiple times even for simple tasks like changing drops and all. They also force you to take medicines from their own medical store. This medical store is cheater. He will give you damaged items and will not exchange it. Think twice before admitting your patient there.

Absolutely no sense of responsibility. Their website shows that doctors are available from 10 AM to 3 PM daily and allow you to book appointment but the doctors are not available on Sunday. They don't even call you and inform.

I had two bad personal experiences with the hospital. 1. I admitted my 9months old daughter. They got discharged the next day. At the time of discharge, there were a lot of medicines which were not utilised and had to be returned back to the dispensary for refund. Luckily I took note of the medicines. One nurse came and took all the medicines to make the list for return. After 10mins she handed me the list and medicines to deposit at the dispensary. Luckily i cross checked the list with the one which I had made before giving it to the nurse. And guess what, the medicines were missing. On enquiring about the same, the nurse handed over the missing medicines to me. The Paediatrician was not the resident doctor. He had his own clinic outside. He was more of enterested in advertising for his own clinic rather than asking about the patient. Very bad experience. 2. I admitted my mother for toe mild fracture after the primary first aid from a clinic. For the first 4 days they didn't even take the x ray. They got all the tests done like ECG, ultrasound, blood test etc. Finally on the fifth day they did the operation which took hardly 20mins. And discharged on the sixth day. My personal experience (you may not agree) is that this hospital wants to keep you as long as they want. They'll try to churn money out of your pocked by making lengthy bills (mostly room rent). They knew that the injury was not a major one so they delayed it as long as possible. I would suggest, if you have time please go to Delhi or Noida for better treatment. If you go to this hospital, you will finally end up paying more for substandard care and treatment. This is my personal view. You may or may not agree to it.

Worst Hospital, Doctors and staff not bother to discuss the progress of patients with their family members. Doctors are in too much hurry to check the patients specially For ICU patients. they always informed to family of patient, conditions of your patients is very serious and hope so we can't see him next day. Without requirement they put the patient in ICU and ventilator. My 1 month kid had some breathing issue due to milk was stuck in his air pipe. But they created like serious condition and put him on ventilator and did lots of un necessary test and also they didn't gave any liquid to feed him, due to this his condition getting worst and finally due to dehydration his kidney fail to produce urine, and they informed for us to kidney Dialysis, and refer to delhi. Now in delhi today is 2 day and he is taking breath since admission with own without oxygen and ventilator. And also able to feed and pass urine. In last, Pushpanjali Hospital Agra, send my kids life in danger. Due to his own benefit. I strongly recommend Please don't visit Pushpanjali Hospital if you Love your family.
