Absolutely delicious! The service was really good and the taste of the food is at another level ! We were lucky because we did not made a reservation and we able to find a table , we recommend to make a reservation. We will definitely come back every time we visit the west !

Got there and was seated promptly. The service was good and several of the servers came to check on me throughout. My main server recommended my meal to me and she was on point! I had the omelette and pumpkin pie pancakes. An omelette is an omelette so nothing to really report but the hash browns were so crispy and well seasoned. First time having those in that particular style and I’m sold! The other surprise hit was the bread with the butter. Not sure what kind of butter it was but I’d like a gallon of it! The bread also tasted fresh like it was freshly made. Now the star of the show, the pumpkin pie pancakes. The texture, the size, the taste everything was perfect! It wasn’t too sweet but just sweet enough and the bananas added a touch i didn’t think I’d liked but it was good. Also i had a mimosatini. It was a sweet tea vodka with watermelon and a splash of passion fruit. It made a great combination of sweet and tangy. I’d def return!

Mimosa Brunch is more than a place to eat, it’s a must have experience. Service is outstanding. I think is the very first time I ate real food, from farm to table. Will definitely come back. So take your time to enjoy a well prepared brunch in a beautiful atmosphere.

Everything was absolutely amazing! We have been to farm to table places before but this one tops them all! Such fair prices and portions. So much care, love and attention put into every detail of every dish! Such fresh and creative dishes! Everyone was so friendly and attentive You definitely want to go here!

I mean, we wish we would have found this place sooner into our stay in Aguada. The host who we believe to be the owner was friendly and warm; she expedited food and checked on us. I wish I could remember the name of our server but he was great. He was thorough and kind, talked to us about recommendations even though he was busy. We started off with two emapanadillas with rabbit with a delicious papaya salsa. Then I had the huevos rancheros and my husband was convinced enough to get the goat and waffles. Everything was absolutely delicious and you could tell it was fresh, farm to table as named. If and when we go back to that side of the island, we’ll definitely be back!

This place was awesome. It is truly a farm to table restaurant. Everything they serve is fresh and local. Even the flowers that decorate the plate are edible and delicious. The meals are creative and a perfect mix of different flavors. This was easily the best brunch I have ever eaten and 1 of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Even the juice! - it was so fresh, I have never had a better glass of juice. I can't wait to eat here again next time we visit Puerto Rico. This is a farm to table brunch restaurant. The service was amazing. We were greeted by Charlote with a great. We noticed that we needed a reservation but she gave us the option to be seated in the exterior, wich was very nice and relaxing. Charlotte is the owner, who kindly explained every detail of all the dishes that we ordered. She is very proud of her concept and I felt her passion for the place. She was the host but she was moving swiftlly in between all tables and the kitchen to make sure everything was perfect. The server was excellent, very attentive and easy going. I ordered 3 dishes and all of them were exquisit, beautifully presented verbally and visually. The flavors were on point and the quality of the meat was excellent. In general, this place its for those who appreciate farm to table, good quality and attentive service.

My husband came here a few months back and was impressed by their food. He decided to bring me here now that we came to the island together. The food was good. Our waitress seemed like she didn’t want to work today. After listening to the waiter and how he handled the table that came behind us it was very different service from her.
