The name says it all HYATT Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt regency Ahmedabad. Booked a riverfront view, the view was nice from the room. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, luxurious and what not. Breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide range of variety of food and it was quite delicious. Pizza and pasta was also there included in dinner buffet which was quite amazing. A perfect hotel.

Very cooperative staff from bottom to top level . Banquet hall and surrounding ambiance are very good. I visited to attend the Sangeet Sandhya with dinner of my cousin's son marriage. Food quality and items were tasty . Overall very nice place .

If you want to know what luxury feels like, stay here for a night, order in, enjoy. Great customer service, easy check in and quick checkout, little bit expensive but it's worth it. Make sure to get river-side view room. Sabarmati riverfront is near to the location, enjoy speed boating. Best experience ever

Located on the riverfront, you can get a room with great river view for a little bit more money. Rooms are nicely maintained with all amenities. The food was nice, the buffet breakfast could use some more items and some issues with the live counter. Rest was fine.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, helping arrange cars for us and suggesting things to see. The breakfast was top notch both days! Otherwise didn’t eat much at the hotel restaurant. Gym is pretty good and pool looks nice. The room lights are a bit confusing to figure out in my opinion, but everything else was great!

Big name, but poor show. Entrance is too small. Staff don't seem much interested. Restaurant is difficult to locate, once located, has a narrow entrance. Staff are either missing or busy with own work. Getting bill looked more important than food. Live counters were unattended. Rooms were good.

A fantastic place to stay. The service is amazing and everyone including the chef, managers etc make sure you are comfortable and things are as per your liking. The place is clean and well kept. All the necessary amenities are provided in the rooms and the interior seems really thoughtful and convenient. The restaurant China House has really good food and the breakfast spread is also good. The interns/freshers working there are so professional and are always ready to provide a helping hand. So far everyone has made my stay extremely pleasant , and everything also complies with COVID-19 regulation making sure you always stay safe.

Awesome hotel. A really nice experience. Situated right at the centre of the city. One issue is about the 2 wheeler parking. It's situated at the back side of the hotel and no one helps you there with anything. You have to carry your luggage yourself and walk from there to the front entrance which is quite far. Other than that our whole experience was very nice.

Good accommodation in AMD. Premium service to response to your request. We got food poisoning during our stay(from other places) and the staffs here were very understanding and helpful even arranged the doctor to our room! Highly Appreciated

Attended an award function on the 16th September 2023. We reached the venue half an hour early, so we got to use the 24/7 cafe till the time. The ambience of the cafe was nice, with beautiful landscape views. The staff was polite and helpful. After the event we again used the cafe, as our train back home was scheduled at 1:05 a.m... We were thankful to the staff for allowing us ...we appreciate the hospitality.. The venue for the event was good, all systems worked perfectly. The lighting and decor was beautiful. Starters were good, but the dinner was average with the only non-veg option of fish was forgettable...

Very nice hotel. Rooms are great....with cold AC. Plenty of hot water for the rain head equipped shower. Even though the room was on the road side, it was very quiet. Staff had good English and very helpful. The only downside to the hotel is that it is relatively isolated with no other markets or restaurants nearby. On the other hand, the chefs at the main restaurant will go out of their way to accommodate your special requests. Things such as custom pizzas or extra little treats are routine. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Hyatt regency ashram road ahmedabad One of the place we love to stay here. We stayed there for two night for nice birthday. We book one sweet room with one connecting room. Both rooms are review view rooms. Love the sweet room. Rooms are very big and with bath Tub. Our daughter love the place. We had dinner and breakfast there. Nice property to stay in Ahmedabad . Location is also good , property is worth money, the staff of restaurants, room service are so kind and polite and also very helpful. There are two or three restaurants over here and all serving yummy and delicious food. Mine favourite restaurant is tinello. The hotel is very clean and also following all Covid 19 rules and regulation. The Chinese food is also served here and it’s very yummy. If you want early checkin or late checkout You can get it if you request prior , as the hotel is in the centre of the city It’s very convenient to go any where you want , railwastation, airport & bus-stop, all are near from the hotel. If you want a best view from a room book a river view room , where you can see a riverfront from your room. The breakfast here is too good , don’t miss your breakfast, it’s really yummy specially dosa. The rooms here are very spacious and comfortable , bathrooms are also very neat and clean . For shopping nearest mall is Ahmedabad one mall, and for street shopping Lawgarden. for eating local food Oshwal and Mehta both restaurants are good . Two gardens are also nearby for morning walk . Over all it was a pleasant stay over there.

Had a one night stay on my business travel. Amazing hotel with large room. Good AC in the room. Big bathroom separate shower, and toilette. Service was great. Check in was informative. The staff explained me of amenities in the hotel and offered me discount for buffet dinner and breakfast. Room service was slow. I had a good stay in Hyatt Regency. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The food is also good and chefs can sometimes take special orders for you. They have a good spread in their breakfast and live items.

This is advertised as a 5 star Hotel but it is not of that standard. Stayed here for a week. The staff are mostly nice but lacking in what it takes to make a 5 star hotel service. The spa staff made terrible mistakes with a booking of ours. Similarly, they can't seem to handle requests for food that are normal but for them "unusual" like a masala coffee! Yes coffee not tea...which all the stalls outside will make for a fraction of the cost. Rooms are nice, breakfast was OK but service and other standards are not 5 star.

Best part of the experience was the F&B manager, Akaash. He made us feel extremely welcome and at home. He was available during breakfast and dinner service, and always made sure our kids were happy and accommodated our every needs. We stayed during the Vibrant Gujarat festival, so it was an extremely busy time for the hotel, but he made sure we were always looked after!

Awesome Experience. I was stuck as I didn’t get room late at night and reached this hotel at 3:30 AM in night. The staff was excellent and he was so nice a room was arranged for me. The morning breakfast spread is excellent. Location of a hotel is most important. It has superb location at Ashram Road. The hotel is not very expensive and rooms are really large. I liked the number of elevators in the hotel. Normally hotels don’t have so many elevators.

A very good neat and clean hotel. Staff is generally, very cordial and good in their own field of work. Further the place is very much recommended for those who have come for the medical treatment of their loved one in the nearby Zydus Hospital. A little costly for middle class family.

Its a pathetic hotel to stay, the charges are very high compared to what is on offer. Food is of poor quality. Management is rude. Hotel T&c are non acceptable. Worst case is that they dont want to understand customer situation. I asked to pack my breakfast as i am checking out early but they refused to do so and asked to pay for it even though breakfast was included in my package. Wont book this hotel again . Stay at your own risk.

Wonderful place to stay. Spacious rooms, his mattress., very neat and clean. You can see the special efforts taken to keep the place tidy. Excellent hot shower after the days work. All this at very economical rates. Excellent stay.

We were at this location with two other couples and really had a very positive experience. They all greeted us very courteously and made us felt very welcomed. Mondip,Alok and Shunham were exceptionally good and need to recognized for extra special attention to our needs. The whole breakfast bar was so well run just like well oiled machine.The restaurant manager and the entire staff were always there to make sure everyone was well attended to and the variety of food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family and will for sure keep coming back whenever come back Ahmedabad.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt, sent 9 nights without any issues, they have such friendly and helpful staff working there. I must say it was one of my best stays out off all the hotels I have stayed in. Keep up the great work to the staff and management. 👍

Good hotel... Rooms are big... Even the base category too... Location is also good... Sabarmati river front is just a couple of minutes away... Staying here for a night... Service probably needs a bit of attention... Asked for a copy of room service bill half an hour back... Which I have already paid... I'm still waiting for someone to deliver the same... Guess it's time for a reminder... The pool side looks good... Can use it tomorrow if time permits... Food's quite expensive... Be ready to shell out around 2k for a person if you order a dish along with a dessert through room service... Overall good...

Let me start with the positives, when we first arrived from a very very early flight the hotel was very accommodating in getting one of our two rooms together while we (luckily, I'll explain later what is meant by luckily) sat down for breakfast at the hotel restaurant. As we sat down yo eat the mediocre breakfast buffet I had noticed there were several completely unrelated rather upset hotel guests having a bit of a dispute with staff from the hotel. Hyatt on Ashram Rd has a great central location in Amdavad and wonderful service. Breakfast is made pleasant each morning with kind greetings and words from cheerful staff like Milka and Tanvi.

Great place to stay, brilliant selection for breakfast and clean. My two issues with this place is, that they take ages to provide room service, we asked for extra towels and it took them over 30 mins to get them me - this happened twice. Also, we had 2 adults and a child in the room, but every day they would only service the room with two towels and toiletries… even after being asked to do it for 3! Not only that but the pool is forever freezing! I don’t understand why they can’t use warm water - the showers are warm inside the hotel, why can’t the pool be?

Really enjoyed our stay here, and we were upgraded to the Club room as well with an amazing view. The breakfast spread is wide & has something for every taste but we particularly enjoyed the Gujarati dishes. Staff is welcoming & courteous. The only trouble we had was that hot water wasn’t turning on in the morning, they couldn’t really fix it and we had to take a cold shower :/

NEVER EVER MAKE A MISTAKE OF STAYING HERE..... i have checked in 24 hrs ago. As the 2 day booking is already paid i am literally counting hrs to break free. Yesterday AC wasn't working. Manager said he will fix but in the end there was no result. Since 3 am till 3 noon water wasn't available. As i had a business meeting and was must to get fresh, i dialed up housekeeping. They provided me 1 bucket of cold water. Luckily i had kittle in room. The breakfast has absolute no standard. For lunch they suggested me pizza with a mocktail. Which eventually they forgot to bring. So after a dry throat itching pizza and a reminder we got the drink. I really wish to somehow survive till the checkout.

I went for Volkswagen Taigun review, followed by snacks. It was an amazing experience.

Haven't stayed there but went for coffee several time and also attended few programs. All I can say that program halls are quite spacious and well organised. Food service, presentation and the taste are certainly not the Hyatt experience. There are better coffees in any normal coffee shop in Ahmedabad. Need to work hard to improve the taste or change the Machine 🙂.

Your typical middle sector hotels. The rooms are very good but the staff is very typical. While ordering for room service I ordered schezwan noodles and cold drink the room service guy asked me if I wanted chaas and papad with it.

Hyatt regency, ahmedabad is an excellently managed place, in keeping with the hospitality credo of the Hyatt group. The staff was very responsive and took great pains to make sure our stay was comfortable. While booking, try and get a room with windows facing east. That way you'll get a wonderful view of sunrise over the river.

Loved this place, we stayed here for 3 nights. The front office staff are very courteous. The rooms are very clean, large and the toiletries are of good brand. The breakfast was complimentary, which had a wide range of foods to satisfy your taste.

Excellent stay, very clean rooms. Staff were really polite and well behaved. One of the best places to stay at Ahmedabad in my opinion. The only complaint I had with them was that they didn't deliver our birthday cake at 12:00 for the surprise. Otherwise, no complaints.

It's a truly memorable experience and world class service at Hyatt Ahmedabad. Everything was just perfect. From the room, the food, the service.. Everything was class apart. Even the kids enjoyed staying there. We had a lot of variety in food and everything we tried was great. China House - Good quality food, lovely ambience, even the background music is perfectly in sync with the theme! Jasmine tea is quite soothing. Dimsums - tiny portions at a high price, that's a minus. Mains are adequate, satisfying and good.

Not upt to Hyatt standards or what you would expect. Room and lobby looked old. Carpets looked old and dirty. Staff is great and service is good too.

The rooms are nice spacious and comfortable. The view is good if you get river front side. The food is on a average side and needs lot of improvement. Staff is humble.

Decent Pasta and Pizza, tomato sauce for the pasta a bit too sweet for my (European) liking but seems to be the trend in Ahmedabad (& Gujarat) 🙂 compared to other places in India. The salad was fantastic and would definitely recommend. Great service, Raghav was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

They call themselves a 5 star which is quite clear from the menu and prices (attached) , however there are cockroaches (multiple) running around at the buffet table crawling in cutlery and where the dishes/plates are kept. I saw some shady stuff (hygiene wise) but not gonna elaborate here. One of the waiters there said “haan madam pata hai”. Basically they know that some cockroaches are chilling around. It’s totally cool guys - next time just put up a board saying it is a camping site and there are small co-habitants so we aren’t astounded. Will happily dine with them. Thanks for the experience. Manager was kind to send some freshly cooked dinner to my room but nothing can make me forget what I saw. If you call urself a 5star, act and provide service like one.

The hotel is good in the center of the city. I had the river view side room and the view was just amazing. The reception was very courteous and calm. The rooms are neat and clean. The buffet was OK not much of varieties.

Staff is nice allover. But there is few people is very helpful and they take extra step to make you feel really comftable. Neel in resturant area is very caring and best customer service. And also Ajay sir in the front every visit he make feel like home. Over all good place to stay.

Excellent breakfast and service. Staff very friendly and accommodating and made masala tea like we make at home. The spa is good and the massage treatment by Esta was good.

Also like to thank all the restaurant concierge staff for their service and hospitality as well as the front desk staff. To put it in words outstanding.
