What
a
terrible
experience
during
our
stay
between
19th
Jan

22nd

Security
check
at
the
door,
no
one
wanted
to
take
our
luggage,
bags
put
through
a
scanner
are
to
be
collected
by
the
customer
no
staff
will
help
you.
No
one
will
open
the
doors
for
you,
this
is
a
5-star
establishment,
but
the
service
is
poorer
than
a
1-
star.
It
felt
as
if
they
were
obliging
us
by
letting
us
enter
their
premises.
Check-in
took
almost
35
minutes,
when
we
asked
the
reception
staff
(Puja)
that
does
this
take
this
long
normally?
she
just
smirked
and
carried
on
fiddling
with
her
computer.
Finally,
we
were
allowed
in
to
our
room
which
was
a
specifically
a
double
occupancy
room,
still
had
to
request
for
amenities
to
suffice
2
people.
Stained
bedsheet
and
blanket…
when
we
notified
the
staff
they
said
it
will
take
15
minutes
to
change,
they
came
they
changed
they
left…
no
apologies
whatsoever…
not
exactly
a
5-star
treatment
if
you
ask
me….
Terrible
coffee
in
the
morning,
asked
for
new
one
got
them
but
charged
for
both
will
not
leave
a
single
dollar
from
the
customer
Finally,
time
to
leave
asked
for
a
feedback
from
the
reception
staff,
we
advised
what
we
felt
regarding
the
service
that’s
when
we
started
getting
phone
calls
from
the
team
to
rectify
the
situation.
Guess
it
was
too
late……...
A
word
of
advice
it
would
be
nice
if
you
asked
the
customers
while
they
are
staying
with
you
regarding
the
service
and
satisfaction…
not
at
the
time
when
they
are
about
to
leave….
Don’t
be
so
overconfident……
