Shame on you, Crowne Plaza Hotel Ahmedabad. What a terrible experience during our stay between 19th Jan 2024 – 22nd Jan 2024. Security check at the door, no one wanted to take our luggage, bags put through a scanner are to be collected by the customer no staff will help you. No one will open the doors for you, this is a 5-star establishment, but the service is poorer than a 1- star. It felt as if they were obliging us by letting us enter their premises. Check-in took almost 35 minutes, when we asked the reception staff (Puja) that does this take this long normally? she just smirked and carried on fiddling with her computer. Finally, we were allowed in to our room which was a specifically a double occupancy room, still had to request for amenities to suffice 2 people. Stained bedsheet and blanket… when we notified the staff they said it will take 15 minutes to change, they came they changed they left… no apologies whatsoever… not exactly a 5-star treatment if you ask me…. Terrible coffee in the morning, asked for new one got them but charged for both will not leave a single dollar from the customer Finally, time to leave asked for a feedback from the reception staff, we advised what we felt regarding the service that’s when we started getting phone calls from the team to rectify the situation. Guess it was too late……... A word of advice it would be nice if you asked the customers while they are staying with you regarding the service and satisfaction… not at the time when they are about to leave…. Don’t be so overconfident……

There are lot may reviews about the rooms , food and facilities. So I would like to give some reviews about the facilities Supervisor Mr Anuj and Team. Very Hardworking, polite and decent. Have sense of complete ownership and provides immediate support to the customer. You ask anything from room and you will get it in within few seconds. Apart from that they take care of the minutest details like serving instruments for each type of cuisine. Cutlery is world class, service is excellent. Rooms are good in the kind of prices you are paying.

The property and the amenities are really good. The restaurant serves good breakfast and dinner buffet with a big spread, food taste and quality was good. Rooms are spacious. The pool, gym, steam and sauna are great.The service levels need to improve and that’s the only reason for giving a 3 star rating. On arrival I asked for an extra room access key which people at the reception were not ready to give. The air conditioning in the restaurant and lobby area was not great and it was warm.

One of the finest hotels in Ahmedabad. Located on the S G Highway providing good access to Gandhinagar, Rajkot or Mumbai via road. Good spacious rooms and nice room service. Restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. Good place to stay with your family

A good place to stay in. Food is delicious and options are great. Rooms are okay. Carpets are slightly old and so are the washrooms. But otherwise okay. The breakfast buffet is great with a good variety.

Our stay and overall service was good. There was one person - Vijay(pool supervisor), he made sure that we had everything we need for Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Extremely polite and helpful. Great service. Happy customer!!

An extremely good experience staying at this hotel. Mr. Himmat Singh who was my chauffeur for the day made sure I had the most comfortable ride to the hotel. He was very polite, professional and even suggested me really good places to visit in Ahmedabad. Would definitely love to stay at this property again as the staff really made my stay worth it.

Rooms are perfect except for their AC’s Not so very powerful. But i loved their service and Hospitality. Their breakfast is just amazing and I would really suggest people with this hotel Rather than some big hotel names near by. Overall a good experience and a good memory left behind.

The service was great. The rooms could use some remodeling. I rate the service as 5-stars. Rooms, 4-stars at best. There were cracks on the outside of my bathtub and some stains on the floor. The smell in the hallways is too strong.

Pathetic service. I am writing this review from my hotel room. Have called room service 3 times and no one's picking up. Being a platinum elite I took the option of welcome drinks but nothing came. Wanted to book a small cake for my wife's birthday but that too was denied by the reception. Rooms are not sound proof at all, it's as if you're sleeping right on the highway.😭

had a wonderful time. love the room, restaurants, and all amenities. wonderful gym. Housekeeping is wonderful and caters to every need. special shout out to housekeepers Prakash and Vinod for making me feel at home :))
