Room - 2/5 Room service - 2/5 Food - 4/5 Checked out from the hotel (29-11-23) and not at all satisfied with the stay. I booked a room on a special day considering the name, fame and category of the hotel (4-star hotel). The room allocated was a Premier Room and they didn’t even refill the toiletries. Shower gel was completely empty and having only 2 tissues in the tissue box. There was continuously draining noise of water coming from the next room’s bathroom and it was so clear that you can feel someone using your room’ bathroom, the main door was very puffed, normal push can’t help you to close it No SMART/Android TV. They have SD Dish TV having hardly 10-15 channels. Breakfast was very good and satisfied with the service and food.

The hotel staff are wonderful, friendly and courteous. Spa in the hotel is clean and comfortable. The therapist knows their stuff and are very accommodating. The spa serves home made ginger tea which is comforting to the body and soul. Hotel breakfast was decent. Special shout out to Kishan ( Chai Masala guy ) and Ashihi from the restaurant ( hope I got his name right ) for their wonderful service and big smiles. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to any business or leisure traveller.

They have a great team who are always ready to help and it's there team which makes stay very comfortable and easy. There are a few minor issues in the room.... there is a noise which is through out audible in the room and is irritating. ... room no. 1021 surely has this noise. Other than that a very comfortable stay. Lovi and the front desk team is excellent.

We booked their boardroom for a week, two weeks in advance and they had our itinerary. Despite that, when we arrived there we found the place messed up and stinky. We changed our location to a conference room in the same hotel. The place was comparatively better but the arrangement there wasn't proper. Shaking table made us feel like we were working on a swing. Their staff wasn't too active. Request something as an urgency now and wait for minimum 30 minutes. We had complimentary wifi access which wasn't easily accessible as we waited nearly an hour and chased their manager daily to get access. Coming to the arrangement in the buffet, food quality and taste was good but their staff, as i mentioned above, was very lazy. Either busy into each other or lost in their phones. Ultimately you only stand up and serve yourself. Only good thing I found is they greet you well from entering the hotel to leaving it. Overall, I would recommend to keep this hotel last option when all other choices in same category have expired.

This review is only specific to certain team members of the hotel. 1. Ajay, the chef: He has provided us with the superb service. In addition to tasty and fresh breakfast, he has provided the excellent service with the SMILE. 2. Anamika: In the breakfast area, she also served with the genuine smile and happiness. 3. Mita: She has been making sure that our room is clean and with honest hard work with the smile. Although all team members are great, but above individuals really shine out.

Comfortable room neat and clean well maintained. Front desk staffs are welcoming and helpful. We were well greeted and served us welcome drink at the time of arrival. The checking and check out process are fast. The food are good and tasty.

To begin with, the amenities and facilities provided in the room were top notch. Secondly, the food quality for the breakfast included in the package was also delicious, with a varying menu everyday. Also, the staff was extremely well mannered and provided swift services. On the other hand, one thing I disliked was that the elevator card access issue was bad. Needed to contact the reception multiple times regarding that. Overall, it was a good experience and a fantastic vacation here.

Went there for a dinner with a friend as it is my favourite place to spend time. Now let me tell you why- the staff there is just so amazing- we order Hakka noodles and tofu for ourselves - the noodles were great but tofu was spicy- when we ordered we did get the required info but no where in the menu or while discussing it was mentioned that its going to be spicy. We shared the feedback with individual there and happily took the feedback and also what was surprising was that they did not consider the tofu while billing. Even better they offered us a brownie. The experience of being there is just amazing. Well forgot to mention the ambiance. Well be there to get the experience.

Room doesn’t look clean and have some moldy smell. Hairdryer is not working properly, asked for replacement. Hotel sent 2 men to a female room at 1.30am to take a look at the hairdryer. Inconsiderate for safety of the customer. Please think about safety of single female traveler in India. Better to safe than sorry.

Essentially a business hotel and hot spot for marriage functions. It's a basic hotel with basic ambience and over all basic feel. Nothing bad or nothing a wow factor. Rooms are bit small, service is good. Food department can improve in taste section. Safe place to stay for those short visits.

Lovely hotel in a great location, we had a party of nine people (7 adults and 2 infants), hotel caters for all parties. SPA/lounge for adults and pool/play areas for infants. We were here on vacation, and found the staff were able to accommodate our requests and make our stay as great as possible. family and I recently stayed at this hotel for a special occasion, and we were so impressed by the active housekeeping staff like Suhana and Tutumoni. They were incredibly helpful and always made our room was spotless and comfortable room and washroom neat and clean. They were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They even provided us with extra amenities and towels upon request. We couldn't have asked for better service and we are truly grateful for their help. Room had some minor problems - they used twin beds in place of a king (not sure if this is normal in India?), but the center where they combine is not flat and noticeably dipping down. Also we requested some sheets and a comforter for the sofa bed and they gave us a comforter with some stains inside the cover. The room otherwise was fine. The service was great, the breakfast buffet has lots of options.

So my service started on a terrible note. I had booked in for 2 rooms while one room key was given promptly the second one wasn't handed over until atleast 1.5 hour and all I kept getting back from the reception was 5-10 mins Until the duty manager called me around 4.15 and offered an upgrade for the second room for 1 night which means I move bag baggage again between the rooms. I have had a awful pathetic experience with the staff while they speak sugar coated they play smart . I'd strongly suggest please make a reservation else where and not here. It's been a tiring,painful and an exhausting experience. It's not worth your money and energy

Recently attended an office event here! The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. Good food. Banquet hall manager and supporting staff helped make the event a success. Courtyard was a bit small but banquet hall could easily accommodate 100 people. The food serving area was spacious enough too!

The hotel have a good location with great facilities. After COVID-19 the way this hotel have maintained all the cleaning and sanitizing procedures is highly appreciated. It was a very short stay with this hotel but the rooms were in excellent condition with all the necessary amenities and all were in well cleaned and sanitized condition. Visited the restaurant here. Tried buffet. There were lots of dessert options but only few of them were tasty. Ice cream was good but the ice cream spoon was broken so it was little bit difficult to get it. Main course was also good and has variety of options. Starters were tasty. Overall good place to celebrate any special occasion. You can sit here till you want even after eating.

Budget hotel at best! Check in took a long while, base category rooms are monochromatic and dull, while the base+1 seemed reasonable. The kill joy however was the food at the restaurant, menu was limited at best and even the simplest of dishes were nothing to savour about. The banquet staff seemed stretched and poorly trained. Even getting them to help on basic tasks needed lots of cajoling and requesting. Gym is just adequate and the pool is one for the tick mark.

I am very regular visitor in Ahmedabad, I have been in Hotels but Novotel Ahmedabad is one of the best among them and the brand is maintained well even in Ahmedabad city. Rooms are excellent as usual and staff was very supportive. It was maintained well. breakfast was amazing as well with lot of varities in south indian, healthy options, bakeries, cereal and live counters, restaurant service is very quick and always ready to assist I remember few names Sriparna,abhay and akash,over all it was very amazing and wonderful experience.kudos

Where do i begin, From hygiene to the ultimate luxury feel this is my favourite hotel. The staffs are way to good. The front office felt so lovely. People were so well mannered and respectful. I sure felt like someone special. And to mention, I met someone named Ritika. She was "the" charm. Never met another jolly person like her. This property is located on SG road Ahmedabad. It's a spacious and well maintained property. It has gym,spa and swimming pool. Rooms are clean,spacious and equipped with latest amenities. All necessary bathroom and toilet accessories were in place. Staff is helpful and smiling. Restaurant staff is always ready to help and they provided best service during the stay. I was with my family and had opted for Dinner+Breakfast package and it was worth every penny I spent there. Both the times spread was rich in variety and tasty. Valet service available. Room are comfortable - breakfast buffet is very nice. But it's really staff thats needs to me complement here. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensures you need. Small meaning full gestures every step of the way. This will most certainly be my first option next time i travel to ahmedabad.
