I often travel for office purposes and this was the worst experience ever i had in any hotel. The pictures shown by the OYO or the hotel management are completely different from what it is actually. The hotel even doesn't have any soap or the handwashing and when asked for the same, management got that from outside and asked extra money for the same. The rooms are not clean at all, you will find dirty badsheet, ugly pillows and stinking washroom.

Made a booking in 28 th may 2022 through OYO app with booking ID AIUV6584 but the receptionist denied entry citing non availability of rooms although the payment was confirmed by their end. Surprising another couples were allowed entry as I was waiting there as they have made the booking directly through the counter on payment of liquid cash. Disgusting behaviour of staff. Please refrain from booking this hotel.

The room was not at all like the one shown in the OYO app. The blanket given to me had holes. The toilet commode did not have a jet. The room was very small, water supply was not good. The shower was not working properly and there were no windows in the room. The room was completely packed.

Extremely hated it cockroach and other insects in room , rude unhelpful and ignorant staff especially the person on reception mc bc he was ,not safe for women ,just avoid it .

Very small single room located near ahmedabad railway station 1 km. You have to take stairs located on first and second floor you have to take ur luggage by yourself no help from staff

Thanks to Hotel Gitanjali i have gotten the first time experience of not being allowed into my accomodation as they do not take in foreigners. They take the first page on popularity at booking for some reason, apparently this is not too unusual over here, but for me it was the first time. So mind that fact

Please avoid this Hotel,if you respect yourself and love your Money. Had such a horrible experience with this Hotel recently. The RECEPTIONIST was such a arrogant and illetrate Person that he was not listening and started shouting when we reached there. These is multiple below scenario happened:- 1)We booked for 1 nyt stay but we checked in late around 6 pm because the room was not ready and the address which have got of this Hotel was not clear and also there was No phone number mentioned anywhere for this hotel.(Even we tried to find one phone n,but it was also unreachable) 2)When I asked them the reason then He (receptionist)Such a SILLY PERSON have never seen entire my life,he started shouting and abusing me.Also he was not listening to his Collegues(one Lady receptionist present over there). 3)Beside giving reason of giving late to room he started blaming me only that why you booked Online and all(Such a FOOL person he was) 4)We told him to change our room from NON-AC to AC coz the Non Ac room Fan was running worst the Ordinary Fan then he again charged us Rs 300 extra.M ok that he can,but his behavior was like ..Tu Mujhe Free ka Paisa thodi de raha..He was talking like that..Seriously.. 4)As we were tired from our Journey on that day and the places was new for us,so we just tried to listen him and Finally done the Checkin. 6)Coming to Room ,the BED was such an uncomfort seems like Wooden Mat.Forgot about a Single silled Water Bootle,they don't even having basic Clean Towel,soap and all. please feel free to book this hotel.If you REALLY WANT TO SPOIL YOUR JOURNEY and Face this RECEPTIONIST (ILLETRATE,FOOL ,ARROGANT) Person.

Despite small and cringy space the hotel has dedicated staff who are extremely helpful in overcoming minor issues. Proximity to the main railway station and other business centres gives it a pride of location status.

Services are too poor, even rooms are not done clean here receptionist behaviour too rude with customers.

It was very bad.... The room was very dirty. OYO representative was also very careless...

Hotel is 1km from the AHMEDABAD railway station. They didn't maintain the hotel well. I have uploaded the some photos below. That will clearly explain scenario. Room was not clean. We got some used dresses of staffs from the room while we entered. The most important thing was toilet. Wash basin inside the bathroom was taken by a pigeon. Whil we complained about the pigeon, the staffs were not responded. They only care about the payment and not showing any interest on customer satisfaction

Worst hotel I ever visited in my life the pictures shown on site is totally different then actual room , waste of money and staff is also not supportive at all washrooms were totally smelling and bedsheets and blankets were also stinking please don't visit this hotel and don't book in advance looking at their pictures they are just fooling the customers.

If you go for stay must choose ac room otherwise Ahmedabad have very high heat at night too

I used to stay there during My trip .it's very nice & family behaviour from hotel staff. Good service & Very good restaurants near by to take food. Location is also very good Near to metro station.

Very poor and weird hotel lots Smell of cigarettes r constantly coming and the receptions is also very bab in behaviour he has much attitude in him... And the staff boy is also very weird laughing for no reason Rooms r dirty 🤢🤢 not a hygienic place at all also soo many stairs anyone can get tired of climbing those chadai of stairs🫡 Also related to safety we both r soo scared 😨 bz of auto wala he told it's not a safe place for families Also my room door was jammed They charged soo high but d service they provide is very low... It is a very good hotel. Geetanjali When I come to Ahmedabad and do not come to this hotel, my heart does not feel anywhere else.😊❤❤👌

Hotel Gitanjali is a very good hotel, the behavior of the hotel staff is also very good, there is safety for the family, it is a family hotel, the cleanliness in the room of that hotel is good, hot water, cold water in the room, Bisleri water, soap, oil, towel, all the services are available, the location is also good. It is close to the railway station, it is on the main market and road and the rickshaw pullers are very troublesome. The hotel is the best.

Good place to stay with family, be aware of rickshaw driver they'll fraud us very smoothly 🙏
