Visited This gym 15 days ago, it's good studio gym but lots of machines are missing like squat machine, abs machine, chest fly machine & this very important machine for chest but why the gym not have common machine like this, that's I don't understand, weight plet are not enough, so if you want proper gym then it's not for you, but yes machine quality is too good & it's by jerrai Fitness... If gym will purchase some important machine & enough weight plates then yes I am interested for membership....

MFS Gym meets with all the necessary technical elements like any other good gym but the most important element that it possess is "the friendly environment". Commencing from the "receptionist" to "the trainers" to "the owner", all are friendly and comforting... You can approach them and enquire with ease, you don't have to think and make special efforts to reach to them. I say it with conviction because I have seen physically challenged men working out hard with trainers that to even with confidence. That's the beauty! The Trainers, they are friendly but when it comes to workout they get equally serious. For example, they shall break your legs in doing squats but in the last count you will find their hand to lift you and help you come to rest. The intentions are simple, "beauty is pain"! Another motivating element is trainers doing workout. You should watch them...the mere sight pushes you to do more. It's my personal experience. Watching my personal trainer (PT) "Manoj Sir" working out you feel like pushing yourself more...the effect is that strong. Try out! At the end you want results...You get results at MFS. I went through C-section, in just 4 months training I can feel my body getting back in shape (toned to be specific).
