Hi Ka I am a mom of 17 month old boy who attended ur pre pregnancy class This feedback may be too late but got inspired by your Insta story so sharing my gratitude here We got married during Covid 2020 as it was pandemic we both stayed at home because of work from culture This made our situation even worse that everyone started to ask “any good news “ although we did not postpone our pregnancy I did not conceive immediately as those olden days thts when I came across your webinar and attended it WEIGHING 91 kgs bfr conception also had irregular periods every other person told me it was difficult to convince with this weight But then ur classes was an eye opener even though everything was good between us that one shy talk was like a big wall …. And ur explanation broke the ice and the magic happened immediately I attended ur classes by the end of aug 2021 and the line of positivity appeared on November 11 …. I never expected that because I was diagnosed with pcod by October 2021 Even with all the symptoms of pregnancy like nausea morning sickness and hunger I did not dare to test but as a surprise our happiness came into our hands by June 2022 The important note is my gynaecologist was surprised that she diagnosed PCOD just a month earlier in me She was like “how is this possible “ A big thanks to you for the mantra “TRUST YOUR BODY “ which made a big difference in my entire pregnancy and during labour also . Many of your posts keeps inspiring us a lot of Thank you sooo much for your work and please continue to do so You and your family are always in my prayers.

Hello, I attended your breastfeeding sessions in December 2022. I had had my second baby. Having had a lot of postpartum anxiety during my first baby I had been unable to breastfeed my elder one completely. I wanted to be able to do it this time and I enrolled for your seminar. I have been able to successfully breastfeed my second baby. During my first child this was my biggest remorse and now although. I am so happy that I have been able to do it for my second child. Thank you so much for your inspiring words. I am truly grateful.

Hii Akka ✨ Yesterday I attended webinar.. It was very nice and useful for me. I was believeing more myths and now I stopped all the myths to believe.. All such I got reduce all the stress I had for my breastfeeding...

The session was quite helpful as they provided clear instructions on how to change our lifestyles in order to keep excellent health, as well as an explanation of the significance of dating and having sex in our daily lives and the finest recommendations.

Anupuma mam classes are highly useful for this generation. All our doubts can be cleared and we will feel positive after attending her classes

As first time mom ,was blank about pregnancy journey.and when I started attending the class it was quiet useful and I came to know more about labour and breathing techniques and breast feeding which are fields i don’t have any knowledge about it. I literally gained confident to face everything with more hope and courage.Thank you Anu ka for being good mentor😍

Anupama mam is very knowledgeable. She shared every single detail about the labour management. I wish I had known her since my first pregnancy.
