Marvelous hotel& amazing location near kankaria &food quality very good

Great location near Kankariya lake , trained staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited Ahmedabad during December 2023. We stayed at Hotel Pleasant Lake for 2 days. Rooms were big enough. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Breakfast was nice. Multiple options were available. It's good if you have kids with you. Location of the hotel is close to Kankaria Lake. Hotel has facility to rent a cab for 1 day sightseeing.

I had an enjoyable four-night stay at the property. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the owner was always ready to assist with any questions. The owner, often seen in a black shirt, is a young gentleman. The breakfast was superb, although it would be even better if they could offer fresh juice in the future. The hotel's location is also a definite advantage. To sum it up, I have no complaints – excellent service overall!

Good hotel to stay within the city. Rooms are a bit small though but a decent one though with all the needed facilities. A good choice if you are visiting Ahmedabad on a business trip or even a family vacation for a day or two and would prefer a decent hotel just to go and sleep at night.

Had a very pleasant stay at the property for 4 nights. The staff is very cooperative and the owner is just so helpful to any queries. He is a young lad wearing black shirt mostly. The breakfast is excellent though the option of fresh juice can be included in future. The hotel's location is another plus point. Overall no complaints, great service overall :)

Rooms are clean, with good toiletries and they call & remind for breakfast several times. Location wise walkable distance from Kankaria lake.

Stay was good and room was spacious and comfortable, washroom was cleaned, room service was little bit slow (as i have to called 3 times for water bottle) and the breakfast was not up to the mark (Idli were saltless-mix pakora were cold) , but the staff behaviour was very good (they also gave me early check-in) and polite , location was very nice - As it was near KANKARIA LAKE gate and easy access to railway station, bus stand and industrial area

Nice Ambience Great facilities

Clean and tidy rooms. Staff is very helpful. My Mom had left her teeth dentures in the room. The hotel staff and management found the dentures and couriered it. I would like to thank the management for their help. Really appreciate all their efforts.

Last night I stayed at this hotel. Looking at the cleanliness and hygiene level of the hotel, I felt that a 4+ rating was appropriate for this hotel. I did not take room service and house keeping service, so I do not make any comment about it. But I felt that the front desk staff was not experienced in this line. And if he is experienced, then he must have thought that this hotel has 4+ rating in Ahmedabad city, so it will run whatever it gives to the guest. I request that the front desk staff need some training and learn what hospitality is in the hotel business… at least explain to him that guests do not come to this hotel to put up with your rudeness.

Rooms are very good around this price range. Complementary breakfast available for some extra charge. For breakfast you have to go to Third Floor Conference Hall, Buffet is available there. Staffs are professional.

Reviewing this purely from a stopover point of view and convenience. Located on the bank of kakaria lake. Stayed just for a night on my way to Rajasthan. Parking is very limited but valet parking is available. Courteous staff. No inhouse restaurant but they do a restaurant adjoining from where the supplies come in. USP being the hotel is 50 metres from kakaria lake which has lot of amusement theme park like zones.. kids zone, butterfly park, cactus garden, toy train, speed boat, eateries so kids and adults can have an awesome time. Mr Farooq is really helpful in providing all the required inputs. Cheers!

Hotel is at very close proximity to kankaria lake. Kankaria lake itself is a tourist spot and has attractions like zoo, fountain and toy train. Good for a walk. In case you want to have snacks or food some other restaurants are also nearby on the main road. Staff is really polite and helpful. The service is prompt. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Washrooms and linen are clean.

Tiniest rooms I have ever stayed in my journey of 40 years. No ventilation. Feeling suffocation. A completely No No for for me at this price. Avoid. Far better options available

Excellent stay, good service, budget friendly, close to Kankaria Lake and Maninagar station.

I had made an advance reservation, which was confirmed by them. However when i turned up at the reception on a cold winter morning , they had no vacancies. The receptionist was quite rude as well. Luckily there were plenty of hotels nearby.

Rooms too much compact. We book a room with 175 sq ft area. It is not even120/130 sq ft. Bathroom also tiny. Neat and clean room otherwise. Super tea served in morning and afternoon too. In house room service. But no restaurant. We happen to see & use two more rooms. Both reasonably good in size. Good furniture bed linen. Hot water 24 hrs.

Breakfast is really good staff is supportive. Area is good you have options in terms of food and juice restaurants and juice cafes are at every lane. ATMs are there nearby. Good place to stay.

The service was very poor like eg to get water you have to keep calling reception for n of times, plus they were only single towel in bathroom as i have booked a room for 2 still it was having 1 and when you call reception for another towel they didn't provided me till end i need reuse the other person's towel. Wifi service was also not working and i was staying in the hotel for 2 days. I won't recommend this hotel to stay

Lovely place with friendly staff. Food is also awesome here. Moreover it's near Kankaria lake so we can go there by on foot. I recommend this place if anyone want to stay near lake

Full marks for hygiene. room service is average. food is tasty but breakfast is very very limited. 2 to 3 items max. same fruit watermelon everyday which is not worth at this price point. u have to wait for the food in breakfast bcoz It gets empty everytime. expensive stay!!

Stayed here as a solo woman traveler on my way from Ajmer to Mumbai. The room was great. Reasonable size and good cleanliness. The staff were courteous. Overall a very good hotel.

Very bad experience. I had booked 2 rooms , triple sharing and double sharing rooms but we were not alloted with the rooms which we had asked for even after talking on a phone call and pre-booking it before 2 weeks. A lot of mismanagement and not at all statisfied with the services they give to their customers.Also they charged me with the same amount which we had discussed earlier even after not giving me the rooms which I had asked for.

We stayed in hotel Pleasant Lake last month & the stay was superb !! The owner of the hotel Mr. Ashish & the reception staff specially Mr. Nadeem are very hostile. They upgraded our room & co-operate with us on every point. The room service of food was gr8 & food was delicious . Hotel Pleasant Lake is a well managed hotel with good location , cooperative staff & clean rooms.

Pathetic Hotel. First they confirm booking, then they say we will not honour this booking since its system glitch. Then they say hotel sold out on those dates. If i again try booking for same dates i see multiple rooms are available for same dates in different booking sites. Stop lies, if you cant honour bookings then stop taking bookings and wasting our time.

They have good rooms. I absolutely loved the service. They also provided laundry services. Breakfast was complimentary. It was buffet system. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast because the choice was very less. They even have. A bar at the terrace

I was travelling with my family and driver by car from Kota, Rajasthan to Mandvi, Gujarat. In between had to take a halt at Ahmedabad for one night and needed a hotel for a brief stay near Kankaria Lake. Hotel Pleasant Lake is the best and the most reasonable one in the area. Rooms are quite good and very neat considering the traiff, food was quite tasty and the staff is really helpful. They offered a very reasonable rate for our driver's accommodation. I recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay near Kankaria Lake over any other hotel in this area.

COVID-19 procedure test for each customer's during entry time as per the State Government rules and regulations. 5. all staffs are Well cooperative and discipline manner. Cons: 1. WiFi connection speed is not that much work-out. Internet Speeds to be increased and some security improvement also needs to be done.

Superb location at exactly Kankaria lake no.1 . Easy to move nearby places like law garden etc . We enjoyed a lot . Mainly due to this location we have a morning walk from 6 to 8 am at Kankaria lake which so refreshing and beautiful experience. Room service excellence . Food excellent . This hotel is strategically located right opposite Kankaria Lake Gate No 1 which really helps for a morning walk or an evening sundowner. Rooms are nice and simple, no frills and fancies. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They do have a nice menu for food and non alcoholic beverages. Famous lijjat farsanwala is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and many restaurants around to fulfill our ahmedabad food binge desires. Purohit farsanwala is right below the hotel. Must try the Atul Bakery jain puff which is 5 minutes walk on the left side of the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel located near Kankaria Lake. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel meals were also very delicious. The hotel is very classy for its price, and its location is great especially if one wishes to tour around the city. The rooms were clean as expected, and were daily serviced. There's WiFi too.
