    Very worst experience with Ultrasound Reception Section and Token system they following. Only for name shake they are living in 2023. Still following 1980’s hand written token system. While billing they are giving one token number. Patient with pain sitting for more than one and half hour they saying what u see in display not right. I will right u new number by hand written and saying to wait for one more hour. Very worst management. While we say patient in pain and waiting for long time. They are saying u have to wait for new number. Even if patient die in pain. They don’t care. Better to go for good service hospitals then this

    I come at 5:50 pm for a follow-up appointment with the doctor. The second-floor receptionist informed me that there are six patients waiting, which initially seemed fine. However, after waiting for 3.5 hours, I noticed that patients who arrived after me were being seen by the doctor before me. I approached the receptionist to inquire about this and she explained that patients who had brought reports were being prioritized for follow-up visits. I found this response to be unacceptable. While I must commend the doctor for their amazing care, I believe there is room for improvement in the reception management. It is important to remember that every single person who walks into the hospital is a patient and should be treated equally.

    Staffs are helpful and friendly. I would like specially appreciate Tasleen who is working in the laboratory. 3 occasions I had been there for blood test. She is really good and experienced. Fast in getting samples. Appreciate her work. Even the radiologist Doctor is very good

    Worse radiologist ever. When we register for ultrasound first time in main reception we'll get token number, once you go to that department that token number is useless. They will write another number for you to wait. And i can tell it took so long time, i even should go and spend time outside 2 times. I got no. 1 in main reception, but in ultrasound depart. they gave me no 8. I've waited nearly around 2hrs. And when my turn, they didnt allow my husband to come inside, and i asked why, doctor said it will take time. Which is he is the one who do everything slow and come late to also and i dont like his attitude so rude. He didnt explain anything when doing the scanning. We're paying and coming there to get an explanation about how our condition, we're the one who need the information, not him. Just checking, watching the monitor without telling us anything. I make sure i will not come back.

    My wife had a root canal done by Dr. Dileena Soman at Metro Fahaheel. My wife was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Dileena was very patient and understanding. She took the time to explain everything to my wife and answer all of her questions. The procedure itself was painless, and she felt completely comfortable with Dr. Dileena and her staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Dileena to anyone who needs a root canal.

    Had a severe toothache for a month and went to several government hospitals to give me medicine, today I went to metro hospital Faheel Dr. Revathi Arun did an examination and removed my tooth. The severe pain that has been going on for a month is gone. Good behavior. Treatment good.

    Spectacular dental experience, the staff and Dr.IDA ANN THAMPY were very friendly and professional. Absolutely painless and gentle examination and every step of the way is thoroughly explained so that there's no room for confusion. Affordable prices. The ambience and décor of the clinic is very pleasant and very clean and is installed with the latest equipment. The dentist makes you feel comfortable and welcome, my favorite dental experience sofar. Thank you Dr.IDA ANN THAMPY . I highly recommend Metro Fahaheel for all your dental needs!

    Expensive prescription for simple problems. My wife had a sore throat, bacterial infection. The doctor advised her to take an injection because of "how bad" it is. We took a second opinion and then went for the anti biotic tablets instead. It seems to me they presented the most expensive solution on the first instance. I would avoid it in the future.

    Dr. Jaitha is verry nice, diagnosed verry well, guided verry well and she is verry calm and expert gynecologist. Also speak hindi.
