    Nice equipments and clean environment. Trainer are really amazing and in center of block 8. So very easy to excess. Aerobic are fantastic which surely helps u in reducing your belly fat. I personally like this gym. I must recommend. And most importantly its very economical. Only 70 kwd for 6 months.

    If you are looking for a good gym to workout at evening, avoid this gym. Its always Overcrowded in the evening from 5-9pm and the management does nothing about it.

    Cleaner that most gyms in Fahaheel. Trainers and folks are friendly. No unruly fights seen yet so that's good.

    Overall is good ,But always AC problem,Some trainers are not helping whenever someone doing exercises in wrong way,They are just concentrate on their friends only.

    Experienced trainers with well maintained equipments. Personal trainings, cardio Exercises etc available. Protein powders are available. Perfect one!
