They provide different options for all electronics and electrical appliances and devices, good prices and offers all year long. Their brands not as diverse as other competitors but they will provide you with options to chose from. Unfortunately they don’t open 24 hours and their closing time is a bit weird (11:50 pm, not 12 not 11:30 but 11:50 ). The place definitely needs a facelift. Worst delivery ever don’t order anything in online they will take 5 days to delivery try to collect the product directly from the shop, Eureka was also not people friendly comparing to other Vendors

I went in to buy a Nexus 6p,I was quickly told what options were available. The layout is a bit confusing though and service representative aren't very well informed or motivated. also they have problems understanding English

This is one of Eureka branches in Kuwait where you can shop for electronic and home appliances. eureka is an excellent place for such shopping. The website is not as good as the competitor's, and you'll really need to visit the shop to know what they really offer. Prices there are also slightly less that the other major competitor. As in Salmiya branch, parking there would be an issue, although there is a dedicated small parking lot in from of this branch.

Eureka is a great company , but I'm sad that they're putting unqualified managers to run the business . I bought a phone for my mom last night and when I opened it this morning, I noticed that there's a problem with the mic . I tried to call them , text them , email them . But no one answered . I took myself and I went to the Fahaheel branch and they told me to speak with the Egyptian manager . Believe he could be anything except a manager . After telling him everything and after criticizing their after purchase service , he said " go to the phone brand company and bring me a paper and then we will see . Gentleman , when you are a "manager" , first of all , you have to posses some soft skills , communication techniques .. added to that , when you notice that a specific department is not doing their job perfectly ( customer support) , you should've make a change in order to make the company grow ...etc . Secondly , you should've say something like " Mr , we are sorry for the inconvenience , please have a seat and we will figure out something to do . " I worked as a supervisor before and I can assure you that this is the most unqualified employee I have ever seen . However , I want to thank the 2 other employees" a Tunisian guy and an Egyptian one who tried to calm me down and talked to the phone supplier agent in an attempt to solve the problem.
