And 99% the greatest genuine stuff you will find the cheapest here, nowhere else. Horrible experience.. Kept me waiting for 30min and no one was ready to process the replacement item..... was asked to carry the oil heater all over the store and when asked about the ladies name she claims to be staff of other company and never let her name out.... Had the worst experience ever, never seen such poor example of Customer Service, pay someone to Teach Customer Service such a big company Managers take ownership of your employees and their actions it's sad because the employees are helpful but the Managers are not it's backwards instead of Managers leading from the front you can learn from the back. Check your Managers train them or sit back and learn from your employees

This is a branch of the most famous electronic shops in Kuwait. there you'll be able to find almost everything related to electronics and home appliances and big collections of smart phones . Prices are relatively higher than the competitors, but the collection and quality you'll find there is not available anywhere else. Parking there is really an issue especially with the expansion projects going around the store. You may use the multiple storey garage of the mall beside, but even with that you'll need to look for a parking spot for a considerable amount of time. Staff there tries to be helpful, but in most cases they are not. There is finance facilities for buying electronic items . There is a bank inside of the showroom. I have brought gopro10 camera 📷 from here . Staff was very co operative and good communication. Done all the billing and procedure very fast. I have decreased rating because when I checked in another branch they said GoPro 9 is available in this branch so I took cab and came to this branch and it is not available. Simply I wasted my 5 kd for traveling expenses.

I use to purchase from alghaniam excite, but last time it was worst experience for me. I went to buy a mate pad, the sales man referred me to buy huawei and offered me key board, mouse and a cover. After the payment done salesman unbox the mate pad and showed me the performance and clarity. Then he said among those what he offered one was out of stock and said me I'll receive after two days. But it's almost two months and I gone 4 times to collect the remaining one, till now i didn't receive it. But I think it's my mistake that i didn't confirm all the things that he offered were ready in the store. ( even though in such a reputed store like excite alghaniam i never thought to confirm were they have sufficient stock in the store before the payment)

Do your research online before shopping here or on xcite website. Don't count on reliable assistance from the employer, Most of them are unwilling to help, entitled and rude except a few gems. So many of them seem to be spending more time chatting with each other than offering help . Also , Ask the repair section if you confused about the project's compatibility or anything related to it Just because you would not be able to exchange or refund products Which are not damaged /faulty.

Last week I purchased an Alba wrist watch online. When I went there to collect the box was not sealed and they put the watch inside the box. After I reached home. I opened the box and set the time and date. After few hours the watch stopped suddenly. I observed it for few days but same result. I told the online customer care, they said I have to visit the AL Rai service center. I am not going any where. Schedule a pick up and I want it's replacement.

It was good but it does not have most if the times you want because everytime you ask them.about something that on sale they don't have they don't even look.

The location lacks parking spots for customers unless you could park in Al-Kout mall or small area which isn’t big enough. The location seems small but it’s big from the inside, but some of the products are not found in the store but they can found online store. The sales person are very helpful and what I refer to is the nobles section because I didn’t go to the other devices and utilizes section.
