Medium size Supermarket, mainly grocery found the vegetables section messy and not fresh. A lot of other centers i.e Sultan or Cooperative are actually better. Finally, very crowded area difficult to find a parking near the entrance.

High quality product and produce with moderate prices. Good customer service as well.

Small with limited number of items and poor management. Today I visited the property. It was declining even more with the gate opening 8 minutes late and poor Staff attention and help.

Never order from mafcarrefour app if the order is delivered from Fintas store you never receive your items. You need to make multiple calls to the customer care, create ticket & follow up. They promised to deliver my order within 60 minutes and it never arrived!

I was there today and the woman who in the cashier was really extremely impolite and I was about to hit here!!!. I don't recommend to anyone to go there. Half of the supermarket shelves were empty of employees so I waited every time about 10mns to have what I needed. It's a really shame

Ordered online but delivery was not done even after 2 days checked the reason but customer service was not aware and kept repeating that there is no feedback from the store. Raised complaint and spoke to couple of Managers after which order was delivered.

Overall it is good but items they advertise mostly unavailable as stock last.

Carrefour markets are mini Carrefour shops that have daily necessities. Most food items and household items are available here. Small amount of clothing's are also available. Huge electronics items are not available.

Best place to shop in Kuwait.. Very good discounts and prices overall, no other grocery shop can compete. Available parking spots and good after sales experience. One comment would be that the baggers are using too many bags, like a bag per item sometimes. I wish that would change.
