Excellent food. The menu is extensive, and each dish holds its own identity. A fine dining experience with a lovely ambience. extremely polite staff who will serve you and are always ready for feedback. Highly recommended.

Good ambience , large no of choices. Gravy is not thick ( watery,) service speed in afternoon post 2.00 pm is slow. Staff divided between buffet ( pre decided party) and second restaurant n bar. Service staff helpful and was frank. Food taste good . Not full of chillies. Vegetarian fare only.

Today 8th June 2023 I have arranged my brother’s marriage at Hotel Aurus and I found surprisingly this hotel is amazing with there outstanding service. Hotel is very neat and clean all staff is very co-operative and helpful. I was attended by Mr. Bipin Shukla from day 1 when I booked this Venue for marriage. Mr. Bipin Shukla (General Manager) of Hotel Aurus he is very job oriented and humble person and helped me to get everything I needed. Food is very delicious. Rooms are fine, spacious and neat. However, need proper maintenance since few sections on wall have moulds and fungus. Bed and furniture are fine with lot of space in room to support a three star hotel. Washroom has peculiar smell in water which might be due to industrial grade water.

It's good hotel, it is in Nagar and near to the nagapur MIDC. Rooms are spacious and clean, ambiance also good. In restaurant food quality also good. It's on main road of nagar so there easily accessible and can be used public transport also. Car parking also available.

one day someone want to go out for veg food and chill the feel to celebrate the success, Happyness, mood, when you search on google and find out place where you can chill but when you went there by traveling 10 Km and got total disappointed in service, food and value for money from 3 Star Hotel, What You feel, is our Money has value or not, why 3 Star hotel is not feeling the feelings of customers, what is his requirement, why today he has came at our hotel, To get disappoint and headache from service and food? We ordered Tandoori Roti and we got Atta Roti with explanation that Tandoori Roti means Wheat Grain Atta Roti and same for other order too, We are not expecting all these from any 3 Star Hotel. we are going in restaurant to enjoy the food but Hotel Owners are not taking care of these facts, Why?

My stay at hotel aurus has always been good. The whole hotel staff is very polite and available to attend all your requests anytime of the day. You can book this hotel without a second thought and enjoy your stay.

One of the finest hotel in nagar city. Checkin and check out is express. Breakfast food is 4/5 need improvement on multiple dishes. Room is awesome only concern is AC won't go below 17C. Ambiance is great Water bottle should be free as it is high premium hotel. 4.5/5 stars overall

The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant attached to it. The restaurant has good food and the service is also a good one. The parking is also not a problem as the hotel has its compound space for parking.

There is 2 hotels with the same name in opposite directions. One hotel to another hotel distance is approximately 85k.m and travelling time is 2 and 2.5 hours so better to ask hotel employee to send you location or check hotel name with village name not the road name . Other then this hotel rooms are good staff is cooperative. Buffet Breakfast was hot and yummy .

Worst experience ever about room & service. In first given room door lock has problem, in second room AC is not working, in third ac controller malfunctioning. Took multiple times followups & changing the rooms till 11:45 pm. Every given room has some amount of small/big repair work. There is lot of scope of improvement.

The room had wall cracks all over. the washbasin wasn't working the service was too slow. I had a hair in my food The bedsheet had stains.

We ordered Hyderabadi Veg Dum Biryani. The order arrived earlier than the estimated time so plus point for fast preparation. The packaging was pretty good as it kept the food warm long enough for us to enjoy it. Biryani was served with gravy and raita. Biryani was pretty subtle in it's flavours as it wasn't much spicy or much bland. The taste of biryani wasn't much aggressive. Overall a pretty good experience. 😊

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing starters and refreshments with great food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Visited the hotel on official travel. Location of the hotel is good, right on the main road. Rooms are spacious but I felt the bedsheets and towels are little old now, as they didn't appeared proper white in color and also towels become thin with usage. Room amenities were very basic like TV and tea, coffee. Toiletries also include only dental kit, shampoo and bathing soap. Breakfast was OK, idli I felt was little hard, only packed juice was available, fresh juice was a miss. Front desk staff, restaurant and room service staff was very helpful and responsive.

Food quality is very good. Room is clean and hygiene. Ambience is also pleasant.. Staff is polite. Overall very good experience as I stay here for first time.

Hote Aurus is a good example of professional hotels in Ahmednagar. Good rooms, good restaurants and a bar to accommodate special guests. The menu is vegetarian only so if the guests want non-vegetarian options, you will have to visit nearby hotels. Located close to the MIDC area, we chose this place often. Good service.

Food is the highlight of stay at the aurus . One can expect a good quality and flavourful food in the morning buffet breakfast . Variety of cuisines like south indian , continental , healthy options , fruit salad are available with nice taste .

Great place for fine dining. Taste of food is pretty good. Palak Shorba soup was amazing. Best thing here is you can get Fulka ! Pretty good stuff for people looking for North Indian cuisine.

Cleanliness is average. Can be improved. Hotel management should make some provision to accommodate car drivers even at some cost.

One of the highlights of my stay at Aurus was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The entire team, from the front desk to the concierge, was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to assist with any request or question I had, and their attention to detail and personalized service truly exceeded my expectations.

As visited yesterday and had best experience of the Room, Food, and the service of the staff was very good. I keep visiting every week in hotels and i need calm place to make my work possible.
