One of the worst spa I ever been to, lady at the reception is uneducated and rude. She is only interested in selling packages. They are charging double of the price and do not even offer water, when I told her this she told me you ask for water we will give you or else do not expect..i mean what nonsense. Massage was wrost I asked deep tissue and lady who gave massage only expect in putting oil on the body.. She was not able to even communicate. Wrost experience not recommendable at all.

This spa is by far the worst & most pathetic Thai spa I have ever visited . The spa is shady with air conditioning not working at all . The worst part about it is that the spa is unhygienic , the linen & towels are dirty . Staff is completely untrained & they just don’t know what they are doing . I had opted for a 60 mins foot spa & after 60 mins instead of feeling refreshed I am feeling tired & stressed . The therapist are not at all trained & don’t know any technique of how a authentic foot massage is given . You will not even be offered a glass of water as courtesy . Wasted my time & money . Don’t go to this place ever

The outlet looks fabulous post the extensive renovation. Though it was troublesome when the outlet remained shut for 2 months plus for the renovation, but we can say it was worth the wait.

Worst experience. I took 60 minutes message but the therapist was very unprofessional. The reception lady was also not very professional. @the thai Spa chain, kindly come and train for standardisation in this branch. It’s not working as per your standards like Mumbai. This is sad experience and I don’t recommend anybody to go for their seventh.

When you are with therapist in a massage cubical ,There is no privacy, door was kept a bit open, you can here walk people by pass. when this matter insist to therapist, she said ,they not allowed to shut the door .

Good place to get a massage, just no conversation or even introduction from the masseuse. They use proper products and worth the visit. Hygenic place, might be time to change out massage chairs.

The place is shady, not at all professional, didn't keep track of time, the therapist came almost 15 mins late and completed the massage early, the therapist went for 15 mins break in between for bathroom break, massage was way below average.

My massage therapist was Kiki. It was one of the best massages I ever got. I got the Thai body massage. They’re skilled and also understand which muscles need more focus

Rubbish experience, I asked for head, neck and shoulder massage but they only gave neck and shoulder. They rush the massage. I asked for one hour massage and they did it in 40 minute massage. Waste of money. I highly recommend everyone to find another massage parlour.
