Poor service. Call center took my booking and did not give information and my details to Ahmedabad office. When I went AC was not working and staff said you will have to wait 45 mins inspite of having booking and receiving 3-4 sms and showing them to the reception staff. Parking for car was not available too.took 20 min to park

Too bad experience I ma facing. I had taken a service and after that noone is here to look after. Whenever I came for a session,noone was available. And even they didn't take followup or even don't concern for member once membership taken by customer.. and only one therapist is available and all the time she is booked with other client.

One of the oldest center in Ahmedabad, but now can not be trusted for service quality. Don’t recommend it all and definitely it is not among top centers in Ahmedabad any more. Surprised to see that staff can go on long calls in between the process. Management has no clue on customer schedule / requirements, anyone can come and interrupt during process. Equipments are old and many of them are not working. Hair Trimmer was good, else everything was not good.

The treatment is very well satisfying. The consultant - ms. Sunaina, dietician- ms. Sakina and even the health specialist doctor - Dr. Apeksha are too friendly and helps in every way. "Thank you, VLCC, for your exceptional service. You truly know how to make us feel beautiful inside and out!"

My recent experience at the VLCC salon was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Despite making an appointment for a facial three days in advance, my visit turned into a complete debacle. Upon arriving at the center, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment. To make matters worse, there was no receptionist present, and the responsibility seemed to fall on the hairdresser, who was clearly not equipped for the task. Having been a customer at VLCC on several occasions in the past, I couldn't help but notice a significant decline in the quality of service over the years. Regrettably, I must express that the center does not even deserve a single star.

Pathetic experience. I had taken an appointment for relaxing massage, however, when I turned up at the centre I was told that there was no appointment. I had taken it five days in advance. The lady at the centre did not even know their own landline number. I showed them my call record so she dialled the same number in front of me to confirm. I have been to vlcc a few times but now I feel the service has deteriorated in the last few years. I am disappointed with such a bad customer experience. The team didn't even apologize for this blunder. The centre doesn't even deserve one star.

Center me management bilkul bhi nahi h but still I liked all the services and suggestion which is done by of Sr. Therapist Diya Mali ma’am . She is well knowledgeable and having proficiency in her work.extremely satisfied with her work and nature. My lipolaser result is literally visible in very first treatment which is done by Diya mali

Had my 1st full body laser session today. The laser tech Mrs.Yamini was extremely careful and quick. Made me very comfortable during the entire process. The entire experience was very hygienic and comfortable
