Waisted my 55000 for new hair treatment they are giving surety about the new hair but they can’t even stop my hairfall also and giving surety of new hairs. Didn’t get result of 10% also. Waste of money. I woll never suggest any people for Dr. Batra treatment

Its totally useless whether it be any treatment. When you visit them for the first time, they’ll very polite but as soon as you pay your yearly charges, they’ll not even care what is going on with your treatment. The staff is also very careless. They’ll give you appointment but make you sit for hours when you visit the clinic. Don’t waste your money.

Waiting time is too much less number of doctors available

I recently experienced disappointing service at Dr Batra (Maninagar branch). The man sitting on reception is having lack of professionalism and rudeness towards clients which left us negative impression. That man also shouts on their client (I don't know what kind of people Dr Batra is hiring now a days). I have very bad experience regarding my father's treatment and my fiance treatment also. Furthermore, the doctors is good but she is also give the surety in the starting that the treatments my father and fiance will help them but there is no result like zero and the other staff members were good but but the receptionist men thinks that he is on the top level of management. Before paying the fees he is very polite to you but Once you pay the amount of the treatment the staff started treating you very badly or every time they ignores you. overall service quality was bad, and we didn't observe any noticeable results from the treatment. I would caution others considering this place for their services. Also they have taken more than 65000 from us with 0 results and now they demands to extend the treatment so that you can see the result in next upcoming 6 months they were just fake and they just want to make money nothing else please don't waste your money and time.

Dr Batra is worst experience. I am in Maninagar. They sell products which are very high price and the same products are available online in half or 70% off and also their products are very very very bad and cause more damage than effort. Also the Mona staff is very rude and pathetic, they are very very very rude. Please do something and change the staff Thank you and I request you to Please return the product and give me the refund at Ahmedabad maninagar branch.
