I visited the hospital with my mother and was charged 700 for consultation. However, despite the fee, we weren't provided with the initial diagnosis report. Instead, an unqualified person handled the printing of receipts and bills in the absence of the doctor, signing as if qualified. I strongly recommend the hospital to conduct law and ethics sessions for all employees to address these issues before continuing operations. During my visit, I felt that patient rights were violated, particularly regarding personal dignity, access to clinical records, and an overall lack of awareness about patient rights. While they prominently display posters outlining patient responsibilities and rules, there seems to be a complete lack of understanding regarding patient rights. Though I didn't have the time then, I considered filing a suit against the staff and the hospital for harassment and violating patient rights. On a positive note, the mediclaim department and the counselor were the only commendable aspects of the experience. I hope that such improvements will ensure a more respectful and transparent healthcare environment for all patients in the future.

Very nice experience. All Docters & staffs are very cooperative. My cataract operation of both eyes done here by Dr Tejajben. Now my vision is very clear. Very happy & satisfy with opration as well as with Drs & staff.

Excellent service. My eye was infected and i was in great trouble. I took consultation of Doctor at this eye center. I am much thankful that a got almost recovery from pain in just 3 to 4 hours after application of prescribed medications.
