Nidhi Jain : Really a good doctor, one of the best Gynec, I would say one of the best one in the city, guided us with all proper medicines. Helped us with IVF due to medical reasons and finally proud to have a baby girl blessed from Heaven. Surely recommend to visit once if any one is having any issue.

I was disappointed with the lack of attention and the hurry to perform an unnecessary laparoscopy shown by the doctor. I went in for a routine exam, she recommended an HSG test to check if fallopian tubes are blocked. She did not even look at the xray properly, spent 2 minutes talking to me and asked me to come for a laparoscopy to unblock fallopian tube the next day. I got 2nd opinion from two doctors on the HSG report and both said they do not recommended laproscopy. Doctor at Zydus even said that she could see a faint dye trail on the "blocked" side. I recommended going to a bigger hospital where the doctor takes some interest in the patient and is not just running a business.

Me and my wife highly recommend Vijaya Maternity hospital - Dr. Nidhi for pregnancy cycle and delivery in this area. From the day my wife conceived, we regularly visited only this hospital and we're very satisfied with all the check-ups, vaccines, medicine given by Dr. Nidhi. She is the doctor who guides you for healthy baby in the Womb, and motivates you for normal delivery and also help you understand how much active you should be and what exercise should be performed for normal delivery. Ultimately it motivates the pregnant lady and give her the confidence for a healthy pregnancy cycle and normal delivery experience. She always listened to our queries and answered politely. We also appreciate their nursing staff and assistant doctor services as well who were on duty in daytime. Dissatisfied with staff available at night and literally we were frustrated with their behaviour, that's why giving 4* review else it would have been 5*. That staff share their own theories instead of scientific discussion. As my wife was in severe labour pain and we requested multiple times to staff for painless delivery but they made us go round and round and wait for half hour, wait for half hour, same answers for next 2 hours. Finally after being angry on the staff, they talked to Dr. Nidhi and then Anesthesiologist came down for painless and even that doctor was also surprised that how did you manage this much pain for long and why didn't you ask me to come early.. this also we can understand and accept but after the delivery the behaviour of that particular night staff member was so rude and told the lady who just recently blessed with Baby that "ho gaya delivery and wasted money as well", who's she to talk like that? Are we paying from her pocket? We complained the same to assistant doctor in the morning and she also accepted that yes some problems with night staff and will look in to it.

Really worst experience ever I found in my life. I visited this hospital for some health issues . After doing sonography Doctor suggestion was to do some tests and sent the reports on whatsapp to doctor. She her her receptionist specially mentioned that send the reports on whatsapp only than doctor will reply you in next 24 to 48 hrs. Now it's more than 16 days but I didn't get any update or reply on my reports. And moreover that when I call there in the hospital 2 days after sending the reports asking about not receiving any update on my reports a staff there said " haam toh kya ho gya nhi reply kiya toh " Very inhuman reply

Overall very good experience with Vijaya Maternity from booking appointments to emergency and delivery of baby. Special thanks to Dr. Nidhi mam, Dr. Kajal mam, and whole nursing and reception staff. I would definitely suggest to visit this hospital. Once again thank you.

We have been consulting Dr Nidhi Jain since July 2023, when she confirmed us about my wife's pregnancy. Whole journey of pregnancy was super smooth, easy, healthy and joyous because of Dr Nidhi's indepth knowledge and extremely caring nature towards her patients. Every visit for consultation, scans or check up was so good because of the caring atmosphere created by Dr Nidhi's staff. Everything is kept transparent and crystal clear, which is hard to find in today's time. To name few of the influencing and most caring ones at her clinic are Ketki ben, Geeta ben, Jayshree ben. Ketki ben has been very supportive and helpful throughout our journey. She used to greet us with her generous smile every time we reached the hospital. It never felt as if we are in a hospital, it felt as if we are at home. It was a normal delivery and my wife and my beautiful daughter were discharged the very next day. We were back home healthy and happy. We opted for painless normal delivery and Dr Nidhi did everything to make it a reality. I cannot think of a better hospital, better doctor, better staff and more transparent process of bringing my child into this world.
