Hotel seems pretty clean & good on first impression. However bathroom fittings and cleanliness needs improvement. Also pest control is required for cockroaches

Well what to say the hotel room is good but washroom is totally mess.Washroom plumbing fixture, faucet,shower all in bad stage of Room 303,304 and 424. plus Room 303 and 304 has all tobacco stains in washroom near sink;PFA the pics.In Room 303 from washroom Shower and Tap water flows at same time,diverter not working.PFA the video. Cockroach and cobweb in washroom are common;PFA the clicks. The condition of washroom mat is pathetic. I don't know how come this hotel has 4.2 rating of GI. GI must sent it's executive for cross checking specifically washroom for entire property. After my complaint to GI,owner was intimidating me to cancel booking and c/o immediately from hotel as if i am staying without paying.This hotel lacks the basic cleaning and owner acting as a goon. I was there at official tour so didn't have much time to bang my head on these issues with hotel owner plus i am not Local of Gujarat. Hope for earlier,favourable and corrective action from GI side.

Room was not upto d mark. Bathroom fittings got junked. No hot water facility. Breakfast was pathetic, thery were using expired bread packets, instead of using butter dey were using spreader.... Juice glass were not washed n cleaned properly.....

We had a wonderful time. It's spacious. Food was delicious and staff is courteous. Fantastic place to have a get together and function.

We stayed there for a Family Emergency in the Hospital. Our situation was pretty complicated & we tried explaining in advance to all hotels we were looking for. Hotel Unity was the only place where Mr. Ehsan should utmost support & convenience to us. In the times where were stressed , this guy made our stay so hassle free. The rooms are pretty decent & well sized. Housekeeping does their job everyday without fail. Location was good for us - about 5-7 mins drive to the Hospital.

Ok ok business and family hotel. Decent at the price it's being offered. But slightly dirty betting and washrooms.

Good hotel situated on main road connected to all famous places. Sabarmati Ashram is 7.5 kms, Riverfront Flowershow or Sabarmati bridge is 8km, ISKON temple is 8 kms.. All convenient shops are at walking distance. Very Famaous restaurant SHRI MARUTI NANDAN is few yards distance. Decent stay.. neat and clean.. recommended to all pitside visitors who finds it hard to find a good Decent, place in decent budget.

The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the building and you will have to take the lift to visit the hotel. They don't have their own kitchen to serve food. Instead, they have provided the menu of the restaurant which is located on the first floor of the same building i.e. Relish restaurant. The price and quality as well as quantity of food is great. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant. The only area where the hotel lacks is Breakfast which they provide from their side. The sitting area is not good. They serve the buffet in breakfast and it includes butter bread, idli sambhar, dosa, maggie, aaloo poori, poha and some other one or two south Indian dishes (2-3 dishes each day). Tea, coffee and juice is also available. But the quality of the breakfast was not that good. Surprisingly, the hotel did satisfied me overall. It was not expected when I first entered the hotel. I chose the hotel over Tulip and I am happy that my decision was correct. The location of the hotel is also good. You can easily get cabs. There are many good restaurants available near this hotel to satisfy your appetite. Try the Mewad ice cream available in the nearby area, I am sure you will like it.

Very very rude behaviour, worst service, I booked this hotel through goib, after check he told me room u booked which is not available, I booked double bed rood and he showed me twin bed room to adjust and demanded 1000 rs extra for accomodation which I paid as I did not have any option also told me u should ask me before booking hotel, also setup box is not working, and he was telling there is network issue, and then he replace it but not properly,so my suggestion is don't book this hotel for stay,it is waste of money

Rooms have poor noise cancelation as had to bear navaratri celebrations music till 2 am. Bathroom fittings are a bit rusty. Other than that everything was okay for a business hotel.
