telephonically
for
my
superior
and
concerned
person
on
call
asked
for
advance
payment
then
ai
informed
him
that
we
are
from
Company
work
and
using
always
credit
card
for
payment.If
you
wish
I
can
pay
advance
through
Gpay
then
you
can
give
me
back
money
wile
I
will
pay
through
credit
card.
Then
concerned
person
told
It
is
ok
just
ensure
booking
should
be
confirm
and
when
guest
will
check
in
at
that
time
you
can
pay
through
credit
card
and
asked
me
share
guest
name
and
mobile
no.
After
that
he
had
not
picked
up
calls
from
me
and
my
boss
and
after
many
calls
he
received
call
after
3-4
hours
and
told
at
last
moment
that
your
booking
is
cancelled
because
ou
have
not
given
advance
payment.
It
was
very
unprofessional
approach
from
this
big
Hotel.
It
was
so
pathetic
for
me
to
book
another
hotel
at
the
last
moment.
Very
bad
experience
first
time
during
my
professional
carrier.
I
have
never
seen
this
type
unprofessional
people.
