We visited Dr. Parth for counseling and treatment for my husband and myself. Upon our arrival we had to wait for almost 35 minutes than our original time of appointment. Few things which bothered me: 1. Since I made an appointment for myself and my husband, they charged me upfront 800 RS each for both of us but when we got into consultations doctor focused on my husband stating that we need to focus on one person at a time and I considerably not need any consultation at the moment. So we paid consultation charges for both of us but only one of us got the proper consultation. 2. At the time of our consultation, doctor Parth asked us to see if his wife can do the consultation with us then him cause he was busy. We said NO because we went for him by looking at his profile and credential. The point is this kind of treatment is not good for any patient/ new client to receive a secondary treatment. Eventually doctor Parth did come upon our insistence. 3. Doctor Parth seemed to be in rush while doing consultation as well. It didn’t feel like there was any effort to open up patient about taking their mental health issues. All in all I would say everything seemed very much mechanical. I am not too happy.
