We started our thailand tour on 16th November 2023 to 23rd November 2023. We visited Phuket,Krabi,and Bangkok. The resort in Phuket was very good. It was Novotel resort. After 2 night stay we went to Krabi by road in bus organized by flamingo Transworld Pvt ltd. In Krabi we stayed in Holiday Ao nang Beach Resort. It was good but not up to the mark. our visit to Krabi was also good. we stayed here for 2 nights. Then we did fly to Bangkok. We stayed in Grand Mercury,Bangkok Atrium.This hotel was very good also.our tour manager Satyendra Sharma is very good Person. He took care of each person while our tour. Our experience with Flamingo was good.

My wife and I had gone to Olhuveli Resort, Maldives for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time. Flamingo travels made our booking and the speed boat arrangements. The resort is just outstanding. Apart from the water sport activities, there are lot of other things and places to explore in the resort. The room service is excellent and the resort staff is very cordial. Though Veg food options are less, the overall buffet spread is more than enough. Flamingo staff made sure that we have a flawless journey. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Flamingo Travels' Hotel Selection I recently had an unfortunate experience with Flamingo Travels during my trip to Singapore. While the person in charge of my trip was somewhat helpful, I cannot overlook the appalling selection of hotels made by Flamingo Travels. Initially, the sales representatives assured me that I would be staying in a 4-star property. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find it dirty and smelly. I have attached photos for reference, which clearly show the unacceptable conditions of the hotel room. Upon realizing the discrepancy between the promised and actual accommodation, I contacted Ms Gopi from Ahmedabad, who attempted to persuade me to stay in the same substandard hotel, claiming it was indeed a 4-star property. Despite expressing my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the situation, Ms Gopi continued to try and convince me till late at night. What struck me the most was the sheer unprofessionalism demonstrated by Ms Gopi during our conversation. Instead of understanding and acknowledging my concerns as a customer, she seemed more interested in arguing and defending the poor choice of hotel. Her lack of belief in the age-old principle of "customer is always right" left me feeling cheated and disrespected. Flamingo Travels' blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their failure to uphold their promises have severely tarnished my experience. The company's inadequate selection of hotels and the unprofessional behavior of Ms Gopi have left me with one conclusion: Flamingo Travels does not prioritize their customers or their needs. I strongly urge potential travelers to exercise caution when considering Flamingo Travels for their trips. The lack of attention to detail and disrespect for customers' expectations make them an unreliable choice. It is crucial to hold travel agencies accountable for their actions, and I sincerely hope this review helps others avoid the disappointment I faced with Flamingo Travels

All the arrangements were Good. Only one point should be considered by flamingo when you claim pure vegetarian n Jain Food then you should select restaurants for Lunch n Dinner which are purely vegetarian n not mix. As we noted options were available of such restaurants in Singapore as well as Malaysia.

We had a beautiful experience traveling to several places in 7 days. We visited Agra, Mathura Vindavan Mussoorie Rishikesh and Haridwar. From day 1, everything was perfectly organised. Great experience through out the trip. All agents were nice to us. However due to pandemic various places in Andaman were closed to public and one whole day was wasted in hotel. This could have been managed beforehand and unnecessary cost could have been saved.
