My recent bus journey with chatered bus from Navi Mumbai to Ahmedabad was an absolute nightmare. The bus departed from Navi Mumbai at 9:00 PM, and within 1hr, the AC stopped working. This caused immense discomfort and suffocation for all the passengers. The bus driver struggled to repair the AC for two hours, and finally, at around 12:00 AM, the bus started. Then again in morning around 8 o'clock the bus had to be halted on the highway due to a technical fault in the battery. To make matters worse, the bus operators started transferring passengers randomly to other buses heading towards Ahmedabad. This chaotic situation caused further inconvenience and anxiety among the passengers. The overall journey was delayed by several hours, and I reached Ahmedabad in a state of exhaustion and frustration. I am deeply disappointed with the poor service provided by this travel company. The lack of proper maintenance and contingency plans led to a disastrous journey for all the passengers. I strongly advise against using their services for any travel needs.

I had a travel booked from ahmedabad the timing for bus to start journey was at 10:30pm bus came at 12:30am, even after coming late bus got brakedown in around 5km from pickup, no good response was given to any of the traveller not even to the ladies present in it. We had booked a sleepers bus and after waiting for 2 hour of delay and 2 hours of breakdown we were provided seating bus to travel, even after driver denied to drop at the place were he should. No proper solution was provided by them Very pover service and very lamed attitude of management saying take refund in middle of journey

Cleanliness is all that matters at such places. This is a decent waiting area with proper facilities for sanitation and mobile charging. Generally they take you from here via a mini bus to Vishalla or CTM to board the actual bus for Maharashtra.

I went to sending the parcel, i get the very cheap survice from Ahmedabad paladi, one of you're staff is saying they need to see the entire parcel, so that is very unnecessary, evething is my pers After that they are asking cash payment. In Ahmedabad. They had check everything after that denied the parcel, you can go somewhere ☠️ else. Please guve some training to your staff. Its my humble request Last 6-7 year we are sendnine the parcel, Verma, mahasagar, Gujarat travels, shrinath and everywhere. Thanks You 😊

Reached 2 hours late...mobile charging point not working..also the bedsheets and pillow covers not clean ...I think bus operators should pay attention to customer necessity, even after charging fares as high as 1st class and 2 TIER AC train fare !!! Customers deserve the basic things they pay for !!!

Bus condition is good Staff is cooperative Seats are much comfortable than others (my previous journey) Clean and hygiene maintained Pillow and blanket also provide by bus were neat and clean

Will never recommend to Anyone, 3rd class service and 3rd class quality of Bus... No value of price they charge... Curtains all dirty and teared.. Bedsheets and pillows seemd like they never wash or take care. All bus dirty and stinky... Waste of Money.

Worst bus travel experience of my life so far. I booked Ahmedabad to Indore volvo sleeper bus and the departure time was 11 PM. The bus didn't come at boarding point for more than 2 hours. The guys in this Chartered bus office had no concerns about their customers waiting for bus for more than 2 hours. Everytime we had to upfront ask them about bus arrival updates. After multiple arguments with them, they provided non-volvo SEATER bus that too was in very poor condition. Never going to travel with Chartered again.

Worst service ever I had parcel from kutch it was all wet due to rain they didn't even had coverd the courier. Moreover they didn't even found the package and instead of they said to find it by your own which was worse experience ever.

We are Traveling Today From Ahmedabad to Samakhiali and the person who is on the desk of Paldi Stop has a very rude Behavior, his Name is Arvind. He should know how to behave with the Customer who is Paying the handsome amount of Travelling in Chartered.. We have many Options other than Chartered but why we should choose Traveling in the Chartered??

First time travelled by Charted bus service from Ahemdabad to Gandhidham.Bus service is too good.Only issue is price is little high for the route. Else 5/5

Yes good upkeep of the bus and the speed is also never cross 80km when I was traveled. If they make-up the speed then they reach in time to Gandhidham

No rest stop for over 10 hours if travelling. unreserved local paseengers taken in bus at surat. worst ever driving. luggage not accomodatwd in boot space. Buses are good. I have travelled in chartered and had good experience. However the guys who were sitting in paldi office counter do respond to customer well. Do dont even look at customer while speaking with them. Due to these kind of guys company name would spoil. I hope chartered would take care of this from next time onwards.
