Nice place to buy right from accessories to the clothes for men and women and kids!! You will find everything and lots of options to have!! Trial rooms are closed and there is a serious shortage of staff!! Service is very pathetic Very long queue at the billing also!! Need to make more hassle free shopping experience for the customers!!

At the billing counter i have clearly informed my name with spell, Billing executive has misunderstood and wrote the wrong name. When i came to know about error i have informed customer care executive to correct it but he refused to do. Add on he were saying it was nit mistake of their executive it is mistake of customer (Me), customer should say correct name at the time of billing. As a customer care officer he should have some etiquettes how to talk and respond to loyal customers of shoppers stop. Management should give training to their employees.

hello I was employed in shoppers stop (Ahmedabad) or I was thrown out from the shoppers stope store at the time of Diwali by the department manager's or Rom (rest of market) because my man was not like that or I was thrown out from there. These two guys kept on torturing me and I tolerated everything for a long time but in the end they did not let me go from there because they created a forced issue of miscommunication with me and hence I was denied entry from there. I started doing this or now I am currently unemployed, that too on a festival like Diwali, they did this very wrong thing in the name of humility, one should give a chance to a person and not complicate someone's life by taking advantage of his powers or post. do not Or my point is whether I was justified in that or I was mentally disturbed. Good store for shopping. Almost all good brands are available here under one roof. All types of payment modes available here. It's home decor section on the 2nd floor also has good variety.

Good outlet where there are ample varieties to select. However speed of billing and attitude of staff simply sucks. Customers have to wait a lot for billing,as the staff simply chit chats and 2-3 persons stand together on a single counter. Today, out of 4 billing counters on ground floor,only two were operational,though 4-5 staff members were there. Each cashier was taking 15-20min on a single customer. On asking if they can open one more counter, I was bluntly told that counters are there but there are no cashier is available.The lady assisting the cashier available had a sarcastic smile,as if I had asked something great. Poor customer service and bad experience.ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE OF CUSTOMER'S TIME AND URGENCY. Avoid if you are in hurry and be there if you want to spend time in the mall.

Currently good collection in all brands and also the sale is going on as always.

Fraud company first they sent us the wrong product and charged us for the actual product, the difference is of 2.8k and now its been more than 10 days still no action is taken till now. Their customer service is the worst. I asked if they can't provide me return, atleast they can give 2.8k credit note, but they didn't agreed on this as well. So slow and fraud customer service.

Worst experience ever, we were standing for 10 mints on billing counter, they didn’t even notice or not given a proper answer. That's how they treat there customers.

This time we found that Options are less as compared to previous time specially in home stop.

I have visited yesterday and found there are three floors and on each floor they have Billings counters. I was on top floor after a hours of shopping I visited billing counter and they said, you have to visit lower floor to bill, when I went to second floor billing counter out of three only one was active and after standing in line for 30 minutes they said you have to stand in another line again or go to lower floor. My question is what is this behaviour?

At Ahmedabad one mall. Good parking option. You will good home kitchen appliances, interior decorations, fashion garments and accessories. Due to branded items it's expensive but you will get wide range of choices.

This place- OMG. So as an NRI going here, I used my credit card (as I have used many other places all over UK, Europe, and India), and these people could not get it together. I charged only $20 worth, approx 1700 RS - the bank charged me right away and I showed them this. But they would not give me products. After 30-45 mins of asking for manager, arguing, they still would not give me the items I paid for. Anyway, I left there and bought all items elsewhere. Go the independent stores, if you can, as these guys are not great with customer service at all and cannot seem to get it together. Even manager was not useful. I know India is not about customer service as no one cares with almost 1.5B people around, but this was nuts. I also got great customer service at store INDYA inside mall (now moving to Palladium) from a lady named Nidhi - there are so many better stores to go to. Save your sanity and buy elsewhere as some of these people cannot run a credit card like Amex/VISA/Mastercard. Now, off to dispute the charge with my bank since the charge is still showing. These guys really wasted my time.

Poor experience… recently purchased arrow chinos and gave it for alteration …. When i came to receive on scheduled time, they had not altered by that time and then handed over to me within 10 min after doing alteration which was not perfect and having poor finishing.. very bad experience …….

Their membership plans were forcibly sold to us. And it's work for nothing 😂. As they notify you about their on going sale a hour or two hours before 12 am. So that you miss it.

Great experience I bought a fossil watch but I want to change it so the staff members of shop are very good and they help me to change my watch. Behaviour of staff is also good.

Huge selection at this particular store. Good service though alteration took 6 hours due to huge backlog of work. Hasslefree redemtion of loyalty points. Excellent shopping.

I think price is high.Almost you have to make ready atleast 1000 rs ready even for the cheapest thing.clinliness maintained.Staff is also helpful to show various products. I suggest not to visit in weekly holiday as too much people come just to go around and make traffic so better to visit on working day..although last choice is yours to visit or not visit Alpha one mall.(shopper stop is there).....

The place officers access to most of the popular brands. Good offers and discounts are available most of the times. Store's range and collection is good. Staff is mostly courteous and helpful. During rush hours and weekends, be prepared to wait in long queues for billing. Top floor of this store is for household items. Store interiors are nicely managed, neat and clean. Sufficient trial rooms are available of course wait time will be more during weekends. Overall good shopping experience and good offers are passed on to membership customers.

I would rate this experience with 0 stars or even in the negative range. I initially ordered a pair of shoes in grey but received them in green after a delayed delivery. Following that, I initiated a return and exchange request, and once again, there was a delay. Today, I received black shoes instead of the requested grey color. Upon contacting customer support, I experienced a frustrating encounter. The customer executives named Akshat, Sakshi, and Asif kept me on hold for 20 minutes, providing an unsatisfactory level of service. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and my concern remains unresolved. ShoppersStop has yet to refund the amount, making me hesitant to make any further online purchases from them.

Very bed use damage and duplicate product and when ever buy product and it's delivered damage product then how many time you request for return then it can reject your return request and no one can help and not get refund ya return so if u want to buy any product then not use this
