I visit this temple twice a week. It is one of the renowned temples in Ahmedabad. You will feel relaxed here. Visit this temple every Sunday as there is aarti in the evening, so you will enjoy it more. Happiness, Ecstasy, Joyfulness etc are less words to describe the atmosphere here. Do visit and chant Hare Krishna.

I had an amazing experience visiting the ISKCON Temple in Ahmedabad. The temple is a masterpiece of architecture, and its interior design, adorned with depictions of Krishna, is simply breathtaking. The spiritual atmosphere is soothing, and I was able to immerse myself in the serene ambiance. One highlight was enjoying the delicious prashad, which was a treat for both the palate and the soul. The temple's timing is convenient, open from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and then again from 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with a short break from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Overall, a visit to this temple is an enriching and soul-nourishing experience that I would highly recommend.

The temple is located just near Iscon Cross road and is one of the renowned temples in Ahmedabad. The place has well managed parking, a good architecture representing our spiritual history and great devotion environment for Lord Krishna. Govinda restaurant is also located inside the Temple which offers a wide variety of Jain food and you must try the food here. Must visit.

The ISKCON Temple in Ahmedabad is well-maintained, and cleanliness is a top priority. The temple is known for its stunning architectural design. The temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna. The Janmashthami festival, celebrating Lord Krishna's birth, is a particularly grand and colorful affair. The temple also has a food court that serves delicious vegetarian food. ISKCON Temple in Ahmedabad is dedicated to Lord Krishna and his beloved lover Radha. The temple was opened in 1997 on the orders of A. C. Bhakti Vedanta Swami Prabhupada, the founder of the ISKCON Society. The temple has much significance as it is still considered as the most popular temples in Ahmedabad. The idols of Lord Krishna & Radharani are attractive and many people come here for worshipping Lord Krishna to fulfill their needs. Sprawling over an area of 4 acres, the architecture of the temple is a blend of Gujarati-Sompura and Rajasthani-Khamira style. The temple features the largest temple rooms in India, which can accommodate around 4000 devotees. One can see intricate marble work, beautiful murals, gorgeous columns, exquisite marble floors and designer walls at the temple. The temple houses the deities of Radha - Govinda, Nitai-Gauri, Rama Sita Lakshman Hanuman, Jagannath Baldev, Sri Nathji, Subhadraji and idols of Srila Prabhupada and Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati. The temple complex also has a library, restaurant, hostel, a meditation room, etc. The premises of the temple vibrate with the chants of Hare Krishna during prayer sessions. The followers hold sessions in institutes, corporates, etc., to teach the techniques of spiritualizing the daily life. The temple is well maintained and extremely neat and clean. Janmashtami and Nand Mahotsav are the two important festivals celebrated here with great pomp and fervor.

Buses are run by both private and government operators and can be accessed from either Gita Mandir or Paldi bus stop. You can also book a private cab from top car rental companies in Ahmedabad to reach the temple. # Events or Festival. The sacred site is swarmed with visitors especially during Krishna Jayanti which is celebrated with great zeal and splendour. Temple is beautifully decorated with lights and flowers. Around 108 variety of food is offered to Lord Krishna during this festival. Other inspiring activities include Shringar Darshan and Guru Pooja. Photography is not allowed inside the temple. #Timing About Temple. The atmosphere at this temple was truly enchanting, creating a perfect setting for a profound spiritual experience. My connection with Lord Krishna deepened during my visit; there's something truly divine about His presence. The temple corridor exuded such positive energy, and the architecture, reminiscent of a haveli, was captivating. My visit to the Iskcon temple left me feeling incredibly blessed. 🕍❤️

This place is a trademark ISKCON beauty. Huge temple hall, palatial event hall, Vrindavan forest themed Govinda's restaurant, two humongous guest houses, sweet little goshala, traditional matchless gifts shop, beautiful paintings all around in the temple hall... and so much more. Devotees here are very special and caring. Prasasdam is all around the temple, just munch it! Thank you.

Beautiful place located within urban fabric but the only problem was reaching it due to the flyover reaching to the place by walking is very long if you are located other side of the road otherwise its near to the junction the place is peaceful and calm with eateries located on road outside and restaurants inside it has green space within creating some buffer between road and temple is very beautiful inside with amazing carvings and details on walls and pillars painting on the ceiling was insanely good showing the life of Shri Krishna and each and every wall depecting the story of lord inside the temple their are sweet shops gift shops and many other sovinier shops etc.

This was the start of our day in AMD and what a great start. The temple is beautiful and chants are very calming. Loved the experience, cleanliness, dedication and beautiful idol in temple. The paintings, murlas and sculptures in the temple are mesmerizing. Takes 15mins, worth it if you're in the city. Pro tip 1: parking on the road is available as long as you're early (AMD is a late city), don't wander for parking. There is chappal stand and restaurants in the premise, plan accordingly. Pro tip 2: everyone at temple will push you towards donation, firmly reassert your position and ward off any aggression. They'll back off after few attempts.

Gorgeous Temple. As such Iskcon Temples world wide are the cleanest one. Same way Iskcon Trust manages this temple in Ahmedabad as well. All the major Hindu festivals are observed piously. Rath Yatra in July-August are worth visiting. Janmashtami is the biggest festival celebrated here. Lord Krishna's blessings are everywhere.

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness, abbreviated as ISKCON, known colloquially as the Movement of Hare Krishna, is a Gaudiya Vaishnava Hindu religious organization. ISKCON was founded on 13 July 1966 in New York City by A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada ISKCON's teachings are non-sectarian, following the principle of sanatana dharma or eternal religion, which denotes the eternal activity of all living beings – loving devotional service (bhakti-yoga) to Supreme Personality of Godhead. The main deities enshrines in the ISKCON Temple are Krishna and Balarama, at the central altar. On the other hand, the right altar has the idols of Radha-Krishna with the gopis Lalita and Vishakha. On the left altar is worshipped the idol of Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu with Nityananda and the founder-saints of ISKCON.

If one wants to experience the Creator, the supreme personality, if someone wants to experience a dimension beyond that which is in or experience, then they should not just visit this Temple but understand and take up the science and implement, walk the path and it'll lead them to experience the Creator. It's a beautiful Temple like every Iskcon Temple. Every aspect is beautiful about it, the way it is made, the food (it's always the best). Some say that our normal food nourishes our physical body but the good served in Iskcon, nourishes our soul. Please visit and experience ultimate bliss 🌼
