I must say this hotel definitely isn’t for a couple, compared to its rivals It has very small rooms. So if you’re on a business trip or solo travelling and want some great experience then I must say you should try this. Breakfast is worth appreciating, water and few beverages are free. Laundry service and room cleaning is on top. The staff is very polite. So yeah they have greatly utilities the small spaces. The whole hotel is fully Air conditioned.

Very small rooms and bad service. Housekeeping wasn't punctual and food was cold. The menu was same for almost all days and half the buffet plates were empty. Pick up taxi service was also unprofessional. Restaurant staff confessed that all food was frozen and packaged. All In all embarassing show for an international brand. Only good thing, rooms were clean. However the rest of the factors were certainly not something to be happy about.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are generally small and suitable for business trips. The rooms are clean and integrated... With daily cleaning and replacing the towels and bedding. There is a special place for washing for those who want self-washing, clean and equipped and a place to iron clothes... -Smallest room i have ever stayed in. Calling it compact, is a cover up. You can't even open the bag, unless you place it on bed. -There are a few rooms on 2nd floor, to access which you have to cross dining area. Corridor smells rotten meat. -Breakfast Idlis are microwaved, may be leftover from last night. Overall, never coming back. I must surely think twice before choosing Holiday inns anywhere, anymore

Rooms are very neat and clean. Room services are excellent. Breakfast is full of variety. Naman has served everything perfectly. He has made the food available very easily which is not even in the breakfast. Holiday Inn is always a preferred place to stay in ahemadabad. Location of hotel is best again to explore the city easily.

I often stay here on short trips. Rooms are too small and are just OK for one night short stays. Breakfast is good for the category of hotel and price we pay. A few times, I had dinner as well but it seems the Express Cafe offers mainly frozen food. It's not bad but it's just okay. A good thing here is the Laundromat that I used several times. But the dryer didn't work during my last stay.

Nice business hotel, best for overnight stay. It's located very close to a lot of shopping places and restaurants. As others have said, the rooms are small and just enough for 2 people. The bathroom and toilet are quite compact. Everything is spanking clean, feels fresh, and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The TV has all the channels you need and the WiFi is good. Their service is to the point and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is decently big and tasty.

Good location, good service, good food and clean property. However the option for a bigger room size or partition for changing extra would have been much appreciated considering twin sharing. It's extremely compact to change or move around. Pushkar and rest of the staff has been of great help, trained well and polite.

Rooms too small , no space for free movement in room once you are off bed. In room washbasin is out of washroom and shower and toilet were not together in same. We had to carry our number of bags ourselves though noticed ny staff including reception person. When asked to Security to call someone , he said that he couldn't leave his gate. Breakfast was good. Gym was also good and maintained. Starbucks is in the same building. Overall experience- not good for vacation, ok for business trip.

Had a solid stay at this hotel – the rooms are compact but well-loaded, perfect for solo travelers or a cozy couple retreat. The room's functionality is spot-on, and breakfast hits the spot. Cleanliness and hygiene are good throughout. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast crew. The gym, though small, packs a punch with good treadmills and well-kept weights. They throw in thoughtful extras like gym towels, self-play music, and water bottles to amp up the workout vibes. Plus, the hotel's location is a win, surrounded by cool attractions and tasty eateries.

Overall service and location is appreciable. The rooms are too small to accommodate two people with luggage. There are no wardrobes or cupboards to put stuff in. The bathroom is very congested. They key cards were a total mess.

Room size was highly disappointing, couldn’t even open my full size suitcase properly because the rooms are just a little too compact. Breakfast was good, service is also good, staff is kind and helpful. Just the room service needs to give more attention as I would ask them for a tea bag and they would bring up a whole tea to my room which is under the room service menu. This happened thrice, even when I insisted that I just need the tea and coffee sachets, they would bring the whole drink to my room🤦‍♀️. Front desk was very helpful and cooperative. I wish the rooms had better exhaust because the ventilation is bad and the smell in the room and washroom lingers for hours.

Abhishek and Hamir were fantastic hosts , they made us feel so comfortable while having breakfast and were on their toes for everything we needed , we really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn express just felt room size was a bit compact , rest all was a great.

Mr Jigyasa Patel was there for room service and he supported very well in every way he could. The room was very good compact but good. Very lit to use each corner of it. Comfortable for solo and a couple without kids. No wardrobe so little bit uncomfortable for longer stay. Services are very good. Buffet breakfast and lunch menu are limited but enough and good food. Very polite and humble service from everyone.

Rooms r tooo small.. can't imagine where to put luggage n bathroom r too small.. in short a place for business tour.. Cannot visit with family.. No one to help you to take your luggage from the cab or to the room... Reception staff is too Good helped me to sort out my booking issues.. Food is good

Holiday inn express is known for business stays and if you are travelling for work for 2-3 days then it's a best choice in Prahlad Nagar. It's a big NO if you are travelling with family as rooms are very compact no storage facilities and amenities. Breakfast is fine with limited options. Location is very prime and you can roam around and have better options for food.

Holiday Inn title is not justified at all. Rooms are super cramped. Do check and compare the size. The pics are not justified at all. V had a double sharing. It was too small for 2 people. It feels like a cramped bedroom with no space to walk. And the pricing is super costly. So as per the pricing rooms are not justified

Business hotel with excellent location n super hygiene n cleanliness. Located in the centre of posh market n surrounded by numerous food joints to suit everyone’s palate. The hotel staff is highly knowledgeable n ensures Covid protocols are followed n hygiene is well maintained. The cozy n silent rooms r most suitable for solo/ small family travellers. Though all facilities n solutions exist avoid comparison of a business hotel with a luxurious room stay.

I loved staying here. I was in Ahmedabad for one day business trip and this hotel is the most appropriate place one could stay in. Rooms are tiny in size and they are really meant for one person only. I loved the staff. They are very humble and very courteous in nature and service. They give you clear cut idea about all the things. I will definitely recommend this for solo stays and I will book here again whenever I come to Ahmedabad for business meeting.

The place is clean, their front desk is very courteous and has good options for breakfast and dinner. The manager in dinning area Mr Amit Took good care of us. Each time my daughter demanded French fries it was made available.

It was pleasant stay in 2020 but this time I really not appreciate their service 1. Toilet was nasty , sink was clogged. Even after complaint problem was not resolved I shared this with one of frequent guest and he talked to manager than he changed my room Really!!! So they didn’t listen my complaint 2. After changing room one night I was feeling super cold in room even after turn off AC , I have asked for extra blanket. A person on front desk clearly stated that “We do not provide extra blanket” I hang up call and tell him that I will complain to franchise than they give me a blanket 3. As I am Elite member On day of check in I hv ask for wifi password before check in , they denied even without asking that if I am member or not !!! 4. During switch off in between my 2nd booking front desk didn’t give change back I understand that it was small amount but during this situation they should ask the guest that they do not have change Instead just informed that No change in counter like local grocery store Very unprofessional!!

It was exactly as I expected. The price to stay quality ratio was spot on, the breakfast was hearty. Polite staff all around. Maybe improve on your covid protocols. People were stuffing into the elevator with no one to enforce distancing. I refused daily housekeeping, just wanted my coffee mugs to be cleaned, but the housekeeping came into my room to wash said coffee mugs, defeating the whole purpose.

Have never seen such small rooms in any big brand group hotel yet. Very inconvenient planning and design of rooms. Shower water flows out of the bath area even if the door is properly shut. No space to rest luggage. No provision in shower area even to rest a shampoo bottle. Moreover, the WC area door couldn’t shut properly as the hinge was broken. Even a basic expectation of good Lenin is not met as your clothes and body would have threads and bobbles from the bed-cover and towel that you use. The only good part is that the staff is courteous, polite and well mannered. Overall a thorough let-down from the Holiday inn group.

This is a business hotel, so expect most of the amenities/services to be self service. Room is small and fit for only single individual traveling light for a business agenda. Room has basic amenities like locker, mini fridge, alarm phone, mutiple charger cables, water and quick tea/coffee sachets. Shower and toilet with glass doors are too small and usable only when one individual is staying. Its extremely compact and suggested only use to freshen up for a business meet or a last minute resort booking. Good breakfast with local cuisine and the cafeteria facilities are 24/7.

Delightful stay at the hotel...rooms are of compact sizes and so the washroom areas, but would work if you are staying for business visit. All the staff members are so cooperative and cater all the services with a smile. Special mention to Manthan from house keeping, he is truly a gem.

Stay was excellent. Actually it was my first visit in Holiday Express Ahmedabad . I came in Ahmedabad for some my Company work. Services was good by Mr. Jatin in break fast time and during check In time Mr. Ravi (Duty Manager) was there on reception & he was great and polite person. And that day was my first marriage anniversary so i requested to Mr. Ravi for some decorations so whatever he could do, he did for us 🙏And when we entered in room so we saw some towel art on bed. after Seeing this, my wife and I were very happy. Thank you so much Ravi and Jatin for to make my stay special.🙏🙏

The hotel location is good, well connected with other areas of the city. The hotel is good for business travellers. As rooms are very small hence it can only be used for freshen up and good night sleep. Breakfast was good with all essential food items. The staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for business travellers.

I would say Hamir, Jatin and Subham from the restaurant are excellent in their service- listening and serving to my each requirement for food. Extremely polite to talk to and dealing with my frequent requests without any hassle is a treat from the staff here. Rooms were compact as expected as it was an express segment of holiday inn hotels. Nevertheless the room and amenities were upto the standards of a 4-5 star hotel. Having a cupboard would have been a great advantage, rest was a great experience and stay. Complimentary gym and laundry room is available.

Rooms are really very small but solves the purpose, properly planned hence everything in place, Ok only if you are in hotel to sleep and solo, Not recommended for family with kids as tightly packed. Service is good food tastes great, limited option in breakfast. Best suited for business solo travellers 8-8.

Hi IHG team I’ve stayed here during my business trip, I must say that the hotel is very clean and tidy, the room are small but the hygiene is at par. Housekeeping Rupam & Praveen were fabulous. They have maintained it very well, very supportive and polite. Food has very limited options and the three days almost the same menu, except a slight change. Kudos to the team!!!

We had a great stay at holiday inn express. The rooms were clean and tidy and had no bad odour. Bathrooms are small, however decent and regularly maintained. The housekeeping staff Mr. Manthan was helpful and good at his work.

My recent stay at the hotel surpassed all expectations, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Omkar from housekeeping. His meticulous attention to detail was evident in the pristine condition of my room, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the dining experience was a highlight, thanks to the outstanding efforts of the food-serving team. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine interest in ensuring a delightful dining experience left a lasting impression.

We stayed here for a total of 6 nights. First 2 nights were good. The rooms were clean and decent. The staff was very courteous. We left to travel and came back to stay 4 nights. The second time around we were booked in a room that was well used. Had a bit of a smell. The bathroom tiles had black mold and the faucet fixtures were rusted. I requested a change of rooms for the next day. Again the staff was accommodating but Room was better but still had the shower issues. Bit of mold on the tiles, the shower head holder was broken and a little bit less rust. Also we kept having problems with the room key. We had to go to reception many times to recode it. They said it was because of the cellular phone being close to it. Which I don’t think is a valid reason. The plus about this hotel is they have employed a couple of people with hearing impairment. Which I was happy to see.
