Worst service for bhopal to gandhidham.😬 Staff is very rude.😑,buses are not cleaned,bus has leakaged of water in rainy season. Time Accuracy is Zero. They told you to drop Ghandhidham at 12:30 PM but actually they drop you 18:00 PM . Delay by 05:30 hr.👎👎 Do not pick this Bus service. They are just fooling people🙄 by saying Direct bus to Ghandhidham from Bhopal(Indore). Their is No such Facility. Zero Rating. Please Go for other Options🙏🙏🙏 Trains or Other bus service. 👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible bus service, specially Ahmedabad to bhuj. Office staff and driving staff has no manner to talk and , zero facility in bus. They r use very old bus for Ahmedabad to sanghipuram trip. They are take higher Fare comper to other operator. Much batter Government buses and railway service. If possible, always avoid to travel in this bus. Hope they management will understand the problem of travellers problem and try to improve service.

Wrost agency ever I saw they told me that the bus is coming in 9 am and me and my family is at the location which is given by HK travel and after 10 am still No bus came I go there office more than 10 times still no progress still now and the bus come in 10.30 am it means they don't care about our time and all ways think about their profit and the staffs are also not taking phone calls. From my reply the worst travel agency don't borrow bus from here ever.

Worst service from Ahmedabad to Gandhidham/Adipur. They are cheaters. They know many ways to cheat. They do false booking, You can't book online. They force us to book offline. They kill your time. You need to have 1 or 1.5 hr spare. You can't reach at commited time. Staff behaviour is very rude they don't have manners to talk. They allot same seat to Two passengers.

Someone stole by father’s shoes from the sleeper bus. No vigilance, security or assistance from the bus service.

Very very disappointed because no lights in available in sleeping area and glasses was not fitted proper. West of money plz renovate your bus facility. My family was not happy for travel in H.K travels

Worst bus service ever. Too much delay and very bad facility. Do not travel from this bus. Below image is of AC sleeper bus worth ₹1500 from Ahmedabad to Bhopal.

Travel got delayed My tickets were of upper side and observe no any support for rod or anything which gives more comfort and safety for dinner vehicle were stopped at night after 1100pm which is extremely late. Later on in morning vehicle were not stopped anywhere until once passenger had asked. Need to be taking care of above solutions which I feel are basic and important
