⚠️Tragic Incident Alert⚠️ Patel Tours & Travels AC Sleeper Bus from Ahmedabad to Gandhidham (Gujarat) met with an accident early morning on 25th Jan'23 4.30am We are survivors of this incident, wanting to highlight the irresponsibility of the event. Dissecting the problem: Usually all the passenger buses must compulsorily be assisted with a driver and a companion (cleaner / conductor / backup driver) by the Tour Operator.. In our case, there was only 1 driver who was on duty back to back and was not given rest by the tour... Due to which he fell asleep while driving on the highway at very high speed and eventually bus jumbled in the small valley after multiple rotations. No one from the tour company tried to arrange for quick backup for passengers or help on the accident site. By God's grace, everyone is safe but strict action needs to be taken against the irresponsibility and inhuman behaviour by the tour operator. Bus No: NL-01-B-2324 Patel Tours & Travels, Gujarat

Worst experience ever. Not going to use their buses in future. Booked for the seat number 43 & 44 but forced by the staff to take the last seats. Unprofessional staff , rude behaviour. I would suggest to not to use their transport.

Average experience in early morning sleeper bus to Bhuj. Don’t rely on bus staff and be alert about your bus. Their food stop is 20 mins which is quite limited. Keep an eye on bus. Inside bus ok experience. In sleeper not a convenient bed. Carry a bedsheet or portable tif possible for your comfort. If you are at last then be ready for 1-2 big bumps or jolt.

My bus scheduled at 11.45 cancelled at last hour and was accommodated in a sleeper bus on sharing basis which I had to accept with no other option. The journey was nothing less than a hell. Bus driving was like a goods carrier running with speed through the uneven street roads, oblivious to the comfort of passengers. With small sitting space due to sharing with another passenger, unstable sitting whole night was a terrible experience, not to repeat.

Very bad experience with Patel on 22/05/021. Bus time was 7.30 but moved from main office after 8.30 PM by mini bus to main bus and again there was was delaying till 9 o clock, after 9 o' clock bus moved from there and again stoped in own bus center till 10 o'clock .then moved from there and reached my destinatination ( kuvadwa) at 1.25 o'clock . 1.No cleaning in the bus . 2.No following Covid guidelines, pacengers laying in galary also. 3.Charging swich was not working. 4.Overall total travel time should be max 4 hrs but taken 6 hrs . Every body can see attached picture.

It's a worse experience of mine...I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Junagadh and the timing of bus was 10:45 and amount they told me was 600 and I have to pay amount and collect ticket before half an hour of bus departure. I received message that bus will one hour late and I thought may be during festive season..after an hour I received another message that bus is late for further an hour, means my journey was delayed by 2 hours...when I was there for collecting ticket they charged me 100 Rupiees extra saying that We put extra bus so we are charging 100 rupees extra. But when I booked ticket the seat was already available..I booked window seat because I have an issue of motion sickness and I told them about my problem but in revised bus, they even didn't ask me about arrangements of seat..even seat numbers not mentioned on the seats and there is no one to guide. I never recommend anyone this bus service...Very poor service...Worst experience...

Buses are good, they are talking lot more time than usual. It took me almost 6hrs from Ahmedabad to Rajkot.. so if you have lots of time and want comfort you can with them. And of course they are very expensive and staff is not good. They are not bothered about their customers and 800 RS for Ahemdabad to Jamnagar not worth it... For me it was absolute fatigue in the journey and disaster by paying the huge amount....

I said driver to decrease air conditioner flow, coz of my seat blower is broken and he said i am not going to slow the flow, driver is too rude. If you wanted to be in market in transportation then you should change that type of driver for future. This is last time journey next time i am not going with patel tour and travel, and i am started telling my friends, family and relatives that stop travelling with this kind of transportation like Patel tour and travel. I can not post this review without selecting a start otherwise i am not going to give any star for patel tour and travel. This Bus is waste of money. If anyone wanted to go anywhere please don’t use Patel tour and travel, we have lot of options for travel.

Never ever book a bus from patel travels they are manupilating with pasenger. i Have Booked my bus from ahemadabad to jamnagar from 4:30 paldi..i supposed to reach jamnagar by 11 and still bus havent reached rajkot also..From my current location jamnagar location seems to 1..Bus should not be 2 hours late. We can understand the traffic for 30 mins. But 2 Hours late is not aaceptable.

We booked a ticket of 5:30am from Rajkot to ahmedabad,we asked at office that at what time this bus is supposed to reach at airport they told us that they will take us to the airport by mini bus from their paldi (ahmedabad)branch and you’ll reach airport by 10:30am and my flight was at 12 noon so I booked a two tickets and we reached to paldi office at 10am but there wasn’t a mini bus so we asked them that when will mini bus arrive to pick us to the airport and they told us that it will arrive in 10 mins then I asked them how long will it take to reach airport and they replied that in 20 mins I said okay then I kept asking them after every 10 mins that how long will it take now i approximately asked about 7 8 times and finally mini bus arrived at 10:45am and we were hoping that we will reach airport by 11:15 but because of the traffic in ahmedabad we reached to the airport at 11:40 and we missed our flight then I called them(paldi office)and summarised everything to them on call but we couldn’t even get proper response and it isn’t about money I had some important work and I missed it as well they could have told us that mini bus will take 45 mins to reach at office so we would go by Uber to airport at 10am and we could’ve reached to the airport by 10:40 I would never recommend patel tours and travels to anyone especially when you’re going to the airport you’d definitely miss your flight by their inconvenience service .WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Horrible bus service.I had booked an AC bus from Ahmedabad to Nagpur.After boarding the bus, we noticed that the air condition in the bus was not working.The heat was so much that the inside of the bus was suffocating.Despite repeated complaints, the bus drivers did not take any action.After reaching the highway, when we had come far away from the city, the bus driver put the bus near an office and said that the bus would go like this.Some people said that arrange another bus, in which the air condition is working and some people said that we have to reach Nagpur urgently, then you take us like this.Patel bus service people behaved very dirty. With us people and getting us off the bus said that the bus will no longer go ahead.The behavior of the staff of Patel Bus Service is very bad. They did a lot of wrong things to us. Taking us out of the city and landing on the road like this was very dirty. If we had time, we would definitely file a court case or police complaint against them.

Very Poor services are being offered by Patel Travels in Night Hours I had booked by Bus from Ahmedabad Airport to Gandhidham First they picked me up from Airport on different bus and the dropped me at Paldi, Also this bus was late by 30 minutes Then at Paldi they switched the bus twp times as my actual bus had already left and was at SG Highway Hence they switched the bus three times and did not bother even for single second Hence please don't book tickets as services are not reliable

It was worst service of Patel. They have cancelled my bus twice. And than on refund they said for 5 to 6 days. I would say never to use the " Patel tour and travel App". They have started to harass customers now, canceling bus routes at the end moment, non AC buses are the worst, even government buses are more hygienic. None of the staff wears masks, no sanitizer provided, filthy buses. Rating -1/5

It was very much poor service to continue from Ahmedabad to dwarka. Bus number last four digit 9887. Time schedule to reach dwarka 7am but reached there at 9.30am. Filling passengers at jamanagar with over crowded. My opinion that bus and service are very much poor and not advised to travel to this group of buses. Horrible experience. Back pain is guaranteed.

Terrible bus service. The bus arrived 1hr late. It was an 8 hour journey and the ac on the bus is not working. Ana karta to ST book Kari hot to saru hot. Never going to book again with Patel and also actively stop anyone else that is going to book their bus service.

AC And Non AC With Sleeper Category Both Type Of Buses Are Available. AC Sleeper Class Seats Are Not So Comfortable But Fine. Ofcourse You Cant Sleep Because Roads Are Not So Good, Rather You Will Have A Swing Ride. Bus Stops In Midway For Lunch Or Dinner Whatever The Timings Are. I traveled from Ahmedabad to Kachchh on their AC sleeper bus. Terrible service - unclean seats, no linen or water provided. Extremely rash driving and I heard from other passengers that the driver was also arrogant. Will not recommend this tour agency to anyone.

One of pathetic bus services i have ever seen in the country. Please for God sake never book this travels. I was traveling from bhuj to Ahmedabad and the bus broke in between. There was no replacement bus. I was delayed 6 hrs. And the quality is also pathetic. They say it is Volvo but actually it is a fake one.

Worst experience ever in Patel travels. My journey from Ahmedabad to Bhuj has been proven disastrous, firstly the bus got late for 1 hour and they hadn’t informed us about the same. So we’ve to wait for 1 hour and after the bus arrived the bus executives were so rude and mean to all the passengers. So my recommendation is never ever travel in Patel Travels. Worst service.

Two times I traveled, and twice it was delayed from the scheduled departure by 4 hrs. There was some issue regarding the stoppage for food, but the issue was addressed by management. AC Sleeper to & fro from Nagpur to Ahmedabad is not that comfortable or luxurious but it's ok if you compromise.

Connectivity to various destinations is good. With enough frequency to all places that they take us. Half of the buses are of good quality, specially sleeper buses. Rest, there are some challenges. They manages so many passengers so you might feel them to be rude sometimes, but overall good travel experience with them. Punctuality is good.

Worst bus company ever. Highly recommend not to travel with patel bus. travelled with them many times and each time they gets some or other issue. I booked ac ticket and the ac stopped working in an hr of bus boarding. We had to to travel without ac that too without windows for whole 8 hrs. It’s one of the main offices of patel travels located at paldi. The staff is good and supportive there. The price to is pretty much reasonable other than Ahmedabad to bhuj buses. It’s located at a good locality surrounded by lot of street food options. The condition of buses also is very much new and very well maintained.

Last moment bus changed. Charged for volvo and but bus changed to semi volvo with very bad conditions . . No time limit. Bus timing was 12 to 7 but taken time 12:30 to 8:30. Lots of small tea breaks Now a days PATEL is just a brand name but no srevice. High rate but bad experience. Must ignore patel travels

Worst bus... Very dirty inside & they have not cleaned. The whole bus is stinking like hell... Early morning they moved us to another bus which was the best part.... Maintenance was very bad..... No shoe holder & outside underneath the beds no space .... Who will keep shoe rack inside the bed space.... Which is very unclean.... People stamp with their foot wears & it's disgusting to sleep on the same unclean bed..

The condition of the overnight sleeper bus was so poor in most of the time we traveled. Last time our bus was jerking so much that it was hard to travel. Although our ticket booking was straight upto airport, they make us got down from the bus in the middle of the city and transferred into a crowded bus where we had to stand inside.
