Dr.Keval patel , visit hospital after around 3 hours of mentioned time and then review patient for 2 mins and also every time Dr got emergency and hospital staff not provide the proper information to patients. Reception staff totally un educated not provide the proper information to the patients. When patient called before going to hospital for knowing about Dr was come or not they told all the time Dr is available, they are not cross checked about Dr availability. After that when patient came to the hospital then Dr not came and again he have the emergency. How they are doing and why they are not doing there jobs properly it's affect to the hospital reputation. Its affecting the reputation of hospitals. it's goes down. Not recommended for future to all my friends.

The only issue is that, a relative who is stayed with patient is not getting room service like Tea-Coffee with electric Kettle which is provided in other hospitals with the same room Charges. Worst experience with Dr. Sachin Mistry. He doesn't have any manners and doesn't know how to behave with patients. He is super rude person and he behaved rudely with my parents. He should not talk with any patients rudely and especially with senior citizens. Patients are not experts. They may ask same things again and again and Doctor has to explain him again and again. We are not taking free consultation. Such doctors should be kicked out of the hospital and should be shown a places where they actually belong to. I didn't wanted to make a scene there as it's a hospital. I filled the written complaint with the management. I hope they take some action to prevent such incidents as such things hurt the overall reputation of the hospital.

It has lost the charm it has before. Hospital is now only concerned in making money. Doctors have become rude. Nurses don’t come in time, don’t listen to patients’ needs. Very poor experience. They charged 24,000 for 10 hours of normal ward admission. I’m myself a doctor so I tried and understood everything that they gave. They Gave only NS, one antibiotic injection and 2 syrups. I would rather go to private hospital then a trust hospital if they charge so much for NOTHING

During the holiday Season ( Diwali he was on leave and out of town), we called him for emergency of our grand mother and he immediately responded back and arrange all necessary treatment. Experience very bad for time management, 3rd experience when doctors have not reach his/her cabin on time. Some doctors are always late by 20-30 mnts. Dr. Vivek kothari (Urologist) reached his attending cabin late (20 mints)on 27/11/2021 And today (13/03/2022)Dr. Julie Desai (Dermatologist) has to reach hospital at 11.00 a.m. and reached at 11:20. Hospital internal medical store hasn't prescribed material and Dr. Julie Desai has told me that she have to leave for the day. She left me without treatment. Even not given me a chance to buy prescribed material from outside of hospital.

Vaccine is not available here. I booked an appointment on Cowin portal, after reaching hospital staff told that the hospital is still not registered. I don't know it is whose issue, COWIN or BAPS? But please confirm on call before reaching to the hospital.

Worst facility given to patients. Patient needs to buy medicines from hospital only even if we get same medicine at half cost from outside. These guys are money takers and only believe in getting rich without giving facilities to patients.

I had a surgery of acl ligament here recently. The staff and nursing is superb, did not face any inconvenience in any sort. The assistance was up to date with staff coming in at any moment called. I would recommend this to ones looking for homely environment for recovery or surgery💜

The facilities are good and the behaviour of staff is courteous towards the staff. I went for Executive Health Check and the co-ordination given by Dinal ben was extraordinary. She managed the things well and even all the staff members did their job pretty well. Kudos to the team !!!

What can I say, never envisioned it to be so homely. The doctors did a wonderful job with both my parents. The nursing and housekeeping staff were constantly on the ball. The food was perfect for them and they were tended to so well. No one works like it’s a job but rather it’s a duty to humanity. You can sense the selflessness in their work.
