I came here because I love pizza. Although the flavour is amazing and the cheese crust is truly delicious, the service and cleanliness are atrocious when compared to other domino's locations. It's absolutely disorganised and dysfunctional. The service is very appalling. There is an accessible parking garage. There isn't any cleanliness. It has a pleasant taste. Overall, its not like it used to be before they upgraded their menu. All aspects of service, quantity, and quality are average. All major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and UPI payment options are accepted at this location. Nowadays, I prefer delivery options than dining out. A strong message to the Domino's management. Totally garbage place it is! No tables were cleaned, no timely service and taste of pizzas is completely irrelevant to Domino's style. There was NO COOLING, no proper ambience and totally poor feeling of eating tasteless pizzas there. This store needs to be either closed or improved. Employees were highly inattentive, careless about customers and lost! I also gave a negative feedback on the Domino's app but manager wrongly updated the status of my complaint, NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Awesome pizza. Very helpful and professional staff. Lots of varieties of pizza, garlic bread, and other sides. Here is very good enough parking so you can enjoy pizza tension free. Dine in and take away facilities available. Food quality is very good. Large range of pizza, single veg pizza, stuff garlic bread, garlic bread, cold drinks are available.

Margarita pizza 🍕 was disgusting. No taste of that pizza. It's taste like dry toast no taste, nothing, don't eat this at Ahmedabad isckon Branch. Even service boy and service are also disgusting. No customer satisfaction. I am not happy with that.

Except the food , the whole experience was appalling. Went there on Sunday evening with two-three tables empty all of which are dirty and full of pizza boxes. Asked the in charge to clean and sat there for about 5 minutes. Nothing. Asked again and again and again and then I switched the seat as one table got cleared and the customer picked their boxes. I asked again to clean the table and it wasn't like there was rush at the place. They were just not paying attention. Ate on the dirty table, didn't even take the hassle to clean any table while I was eating. I will NEVER visit this little place again for pizza.

Very pathetic staff. Very rude behavior. 1.They don't provide cold drink bottle(though it's available)if you dine-in there. They force you to pay 70 rs per glass for cold drink in fine in. They say you can have cold drink bottle on MRP only if you order it in delivery. I mean what kind of service is this???? What kind of sick mentality is this? 2. They don't provide free drinking water. They force you to buy water bottle at double price. 3. Don't providing bills and also not at all Co-operative staff. For whatever you ask they just say, we don't have it or we do like this only... Never going back to dominos.. This was not the cheap level of service expected from dominos.

Very happy with the Domino's service during the Lockdown. They are taking all the necessary precautions while cooking, packing and delivering food at your doorstep. Ever since Lockdown has eased the first takeaway or home-delivery was Domino's Pizza 🍕 They have yummicious menu and currently it veg only. The delivery time is again less than 30 mins however, no more that service is a guaranteed one but still it's happening 👍 Do try it's Mexican Taco with Pita bread, Veg Parcel and Butter Scotch Mousse Cake alongwith your favourite Pizza and cheesy garlic bread 😋

They can't handle timely deliveries due to order flow more then thei capacity. Don't order any more. I have experienced this many time even if my house is 5 min away from their location. Heavy loss of money every time.

It was a pathetic experience because at the time we visited here, suddenly prices of all pizzas were increased. We asked for normal classic pizza which was shown on the display at 49rs and they say that the prices are now increased to 80rs. They should've update the increased price of pizza on display, we told them. Very lethargic staff, waiting time was too much high, not cleaned. We asked for normal classic and they gave us pan classic which was 80rs and when we asked why did you do that, he replied that we (this outlet) would not provide normal classic. If you want normal classic then you have to go to another outlet. I mean, that is not expected from Domino's Pizza. Domino is going to lose its charm. So overall it was not a good experience from my perspective.

Very poor service. Didn't received bill. Not asked for mobile number which is already registered while ordering. Very lazy and lethargic staff who is taking order. Eventgough Pepsi bottle available, however, staff defined for bottle of Pepsi. He is taking order only for glass of Pepsi. Very dirty place to visit. Not at all cleaned. Even after cleaning table remains sticky. Day by day Dominoz loosing its charm.

Very unprofessional staff. Literally riping out customers on the name of unheard rules and regulations. In case of Dine in, they dont provide you 500 ml pepsi PET Bottle (Rs.60/-), they will give you pepsi from fountain pepsi machine at Rs.68/- per glass (250ml). Which is clearly a rip off from Dominos to their customers. And staffs are very rude and unpolite. Never ever visit this place. Its a small and stinky place.

Very Poor service There was an offer of free Garlic bread on orders above 300. Even though my total bill was more than 300 he refused to give. Staff needs to be changed as the cashier is very rude towards customers

Great pizza, pathetic service, dirty dining place with fly and insects flying. 1. Staff is not at all interested for better service. They just keep chatting in kitchen area. I had take away order but they didn't put oregano and chilli flakes and tissue with pizza box. Neither bother to suggest me to take it. 2. Tables are dirty. Staff doesn't seem to be interested in cleaning. Due to this flies can be seen buzzing around. 3. Pizza no doubt amazing as it used to be from Domino's but because there was not Oregano or chilly flakes, it just tasted dull. Domino's must ensure their staff is proactive and commited to better experience.

The place is literally 15 minutes away from my place. I ordered at 8 pm and its 9:00 one hours to deliver to a place which is 15 minutes away. Still the authorised person called the delivery guy who says it will still take 15 minutes more. So there is no point in paying full and eating cold food, that also 1 hour late. There is no point even in complaining. There are other places which can alteast deliver hot food on time. Pather service, they don't care for customer so no point of customer care.

Will never recommend this to any one As per menu they don't offer any combo or pizzas which are mentioned. AC non working. Not managed properly.

Staff members don't bother to take the order. I had to wait for 10 minutes to order and have to call them again again to take my order even there was no other customers than me. Dining area was not clean. One of the worst Domino's i have ever seen.

The management is pathetic, the billing person did not took name or number while placing order. We went searching for our own order. The billing person was also rude while talking.

They don't give bill and take more money than order..if anyone go there , don't forget to take bill and cross check , staff's behaviour is very unprofessional and they charge extra money for them..I was in hurry and girl on billing counter told me total which is more than my actual bill ..if Domino's is reading this kindly take some step in these regards 🙏

I have ordered online and with in a fraction of second I called them and asked to cancel my order however they said that it cannot be cancelled as we have kept for baking still we didn't want to waste the food We went for "Dine in" but there was no place to sit,and when we asked for ketchup they said it is chargeable and asked them for one chair the staff very rudely responded " jo hai yahi h" Worst management, staff members should have proper etiquette. Also all the pizza's are not available.

So there is this man Sahil who handles it. He behaved really rudely when we entered. Even though there was no crowd, he said it would take 40-45 minutes. Also provided no details of offers, beverages etc. Such a pathetic service and would not recommend anyone.

I have recently visited this place. Not a single person is there to take orders even if after several minutes of waiting, he was not interested. I have ordered corn cheez and margarita but they have very bad service, even waiting 20 min, they weren't served.

When it comes to pizza, the only name clicks me is "Domino's". These guys know their game pretty well. A small outlet though a beautiful one. View from inside is beautiful as various plants are planted outside. Quality of pizza prepared by the chef is brilliant. Cool and cozy atmosphere to enjoy your delicious pizza. Do visit here.

Order delayed by 1 hours. Store did not pick call even from call centre on the day of delay. Complaint closed saying refund given on next day itself without obtaining confirmation from me. Two times visited stores but still they said that they will look into the matter and revert.

Ordered a cheese burst pizza today. Came after an hour. Opened the box and it was half cooked. Soggy, base undone, Mozzarella pieces yet to melt! Called the store and told them the concern. The guy hung up on me. Called them back 5 times and they never attended the call. The pizza tasted like garbage and went in the garbage

Ordered pizza for kids party, waited for an hour, pizzas did not arrive. Finally had to cancel the order and ordered from Pizza Hut. Next time on kids demand ordered with customised pizza, replacing mushrooms with olives. Got pizza with mushrooms. Kids allergic to mushrooms. Why such pathetic service?

Ordered through their app. Delivery has not been done but money was taken. No provision to cancel order from their app. Called their customer care several times but no help. Dominos should stop such fraud immediately.
