One of the worst hospital ever seen . We came here for my father treatment he was very serious. We live there for 4 days. Only students who practice there they visit once in day not give proper guidance no senior doctor came to check my father. The nusre and staff behavior towards us is very rude and mannerless . Me and sister checking oxygen level, heartrate it is work of nurse but all day we are keeping watch . They just sit there. We running to do different reports we have to move from one building to another. If we have to do one report we have to walk at least 2-3 km and because of long queue if we late the nurse shout on us . Not taking care of patients. At home he was somewhat better but after visiting hospital his condition become worst. I lost my father because of their carelessness and improper treatment. I request you to all please don't visit this hospital 🙏🙏

hygiene and sanitation is clean in hospital many security guard standing in front of gate of hospital he will help you .opt counters is also frant of the road a head of hospital no traffic in frant of the gate you also easy drive a car or tersport of pesent.

Staff is very boggas in civil hospital..nobody help patients

Doctor's team specially Surgical team of oncology really very good. Very heavy surgery done of my father in law.. Today no cancer inside body. Yes, nursing staff and security behavior so rude.. But the doctors team who operating you.. They are best. Specially you need to shout for treatment otherwise you shall waste time for just waiting waiting. Today, CT scan appointment now no informed before need blood test latest report.. Not mentioned in file.. Now after waiting 2 hours number came for ct scan.. Answer got blood test... Needed... Now, again visit doctor for prescription of blood test.. Means CT scan department said blood test need.. Doctor who suggest CT scan has not written for test. Now. 8 am was appointment still 10.56 waiting for blood report.. God's know when now CT scan will done today.. This is reality. Operation doctor team is ok.. Medical doctor team ok.. But yet see how facing problem.

This hospital is not a hospital it is a hell where u will treated as a valueless person like street dogs with no dignity for the patients and they make ur work hectic as u will not like to come again to this hospital for further treatment. Doctor sister nurses all behaviour towards patients and relatives is very rude pathetic and unmannered. Best hospital in gujarat for cancer patients. Doctors are very good and friendly. They are very skilled in their field. Here is new and advanced technology for curing cancer.

GCIR is only one cancer hospital in Gujarat who gives complete cancer treatment, there are two buildings one is GCIR Old Building and other is GCIR New Building old building is very busy with patients and toilet bathrooms are very dirty. New Building is mostly for registration of new admission of patients and adminstration work, Toilets and Bathrooms are very clean in new building * Staff Behaviour With Patients I must say nursing staff are very busy and not enough for quata of admited patients per ward so their moods are not good and they become short tamper when you ask them for starting a bottle or remove a bottle or give injection to patient or any other problem related to patient. Nursing staff should be given some meditation and councelling about how to treat patients. Doctors - All Doctors are very supportive and expert in their field, very generous to patients and giving all guidence to patients about their conditions Overall good experience with Doctor and Bad experience with nursing staff What they do to become best & No 1 in India (1) Give Nursing staff meditation & councelling about how to treat patients with generous approach (2) Give patients clean Toilet and Bathrooms

Gcri new building is so good instead of old building. However, I have seen security guards are not helpful and they behave so rudely with peoples surrounding Gcri. Now In terms of services and patient care. This is the only hospital in gujarat offers complete cancer treatment in free of cost depends on your annual income. Although, if you have PMJAY your treatment gonna absolutely free. Due to heavy rush of patients coming from Guj, Mah, Raj. Often time every department associated with Gcri bound you with dates or days like ct scan. Ivtc. Opd, operation theater etc. In order to give hassle free treatment to needy and poor cancer patient. Despite going to another pvt ltd hospital GCRI is the best option as we can understand process is bit lengthy but you can expect world class treatment including with free of cost services. In case of emergency you can contact to Gcri at any point of time.

3rd class monopoly of hospital patient will dia if they go for investigation and treatment.they patient run for investigation around 2 months the patient until they develop stage 4. No use of pmjay card at discharge time they will charge all investigation process. Bad bad hospital .

This is very bad quality hospital, supporting staff are worst out of the world, specialty 10 no ward GYNEC ward nursing staff are very bad. This is very wrost experience I felt because the doctor is not proper supported treatment ,if the patient is serious then doctor leave to patient as it is . hospital is not giving proper treatment to patient. I will not suggesting to any one to visit this hospital for serious kind of problem.

My uncle recently had undergone a surgery to remove the cancerous tumor from his left foot.One of the best hospitals we have been to with expert doctors who are humble and caring.All support staff was equally caring.Special thanx to the Dr.Sharma's team .

Parking is too far from the hospital about 2 km and security behave very bad!other things are OK.

This is the worst hospital, they don't understand the value of life, for them the person is just another patient, nothing more than that, I lost my 33 year old , one and only brother just because of their carelessness, as they know his condition though they don't care, and did every report after 1 or 2month, like this they took 6 month only for report for stage -4 cancer patient, and even they assured us priorly that they will cure him, every day whenever I ask what is the condition of my brother they didn't tell anything, only said, ho jayega, and suddenly they call us and said" take your patient home on your responsibility as he will die at any time, no one can imagine how heart breaking situation was that for us, my brother told me that there is one Dr. Piyush who is like brother for me, don't worry he will take care but he did experiment on him, nd suddenly they changed his ward, ... u know what he want to live more..but couldn't ...we lost him 5 months ago... my parents cry everyday till now...

Best hospital.... But staffs are too rude...some doctors are so rude... Security specially Female security guards are " Chai se jyada ketli Garam" .... They think they are doctors themselves 😔 One of security guard is asking me to show him all medical documents and told that he will see the document thn only will decide that where to go.... They even behaving so rudely with senior citizens too... Worst experience

Only 1 uro+oncologist. He come on Tuesday and Friday. Their are many patient. Their should be 2 main uro+oncologist .

Considering best cancer hospital in Asia, I was expecting some support or treatment but even after staying 10 days, they haven't start any treatment. Also for PET scan and IVTC they are giving appoinent after 2 months, it is like they want patient to die, and then they will conduct Report. Never ever recommand any relative for this hospital. It is better to sell your home, and do treat in private hospital rather than coming here.
