Very well maintained,very friendly staff...all works done online...

GMC has everything online, as in we need to take appointment beforehand online, payment is done online and documents required for verification will be given online. Other than the mentioned documents ,they don't ask for a single extra document or even money. Loved the experience. It just took 10 mins to register my degree and as I had my flight from Ahmedabad as well, i was worried but great staff , very helpful.Just follow their online instructions and you won't face any issues at the gmc office . I've visited one or two medical councils before and trust me gmc works very quick compared to others.

Oh! The mediaeval castle where the dragons sleep, the walls are painted with paan spit, the system so archaic that would put khilji's court to shame. Parking is non existent btw, your horse needs to be parked on the road with the GCRI guard chasing you nd challenging you to a dual. If the roof doesn't fall on your head you've made a miraculous escape

Today early of this morning my mother got very bad stomach pain attack as she is an cancer patient, we reached by 108 ambulance to cancer emergency center there we found the staff nurse sleeping and no quick response, instead of checking the patient first she wanted to check the card which is issued by the Hospital as I gave the card, she wrote the form to issue the file which is stored there of on going treatment of the patient and I have to rush to get that file and till that no check up were done and after getting the file still she is just filling the form and maintaining her register, My mother was still suffering from that very bad pain in stomach, I was so helpless, after asking her could you check the patient first, she said formalities to be done first, really I couldn't understand what to do, whom else to ask for help. also There was no doctor available Such a Disappointed by the staff nurse and other staff, after all there was no doctor or either came to check on her, God knows where the doctor was. My Question is to Government and to the management, Is this how capital of the city civil hospital should work.?

Worst council ever . These people are sitting here for money. especially a guy from accounts section he says everytime money will be refunded and then he stops attending your call. Its been 2 years till now these people havent refunded. And they have no valid telephone number and they wont even reply to emails . Typical government institution

Doctors are taking very high consultation charge more than one thousand. Reduce it by fifty percent. most Doctors not visiting patients home even if their patients died . not even helping to get death certificate.

Not able to contact. No phone is working. No one answering. I would give half star if possible

I applied as outside state candidate, GMC has almost everything online; 1) Online: you have to create id and password in online portal than fill online application form and than make payment online. After that print application form and appointment latter and attach required documents (documents required for verification will be given online). Other than the mentioned documents ,they don't ask for a single extra document or even money. 2) At office: It just took 30 mins to register my degree at office and they send registration certificate by post within 20 days. very convenient service; Just follow their online instructions and you won't face any issues at the gmc office. Liked the experience.

Staff behaviour is good.All medical faculty registration office is here including ayush,mbbs, homeopathy, physiotherapy, pharmacy, dental. It is placed besides new cancer hospital. It is placed in civil hospital campus. You can take auto from outside. Building 🏢 is older.

This building also has a post office so it creates confusion. The sign board displayed here is the Gujarat medical council post office. The building is in bad shape like any Government organisation. Housekeeping and other maintenance required on regular intervals. No parking facilities for visitors. We need to go underground parking near 1200 bed hospital which is quite far from here approx 1 km. Hence you need to walk this distance after parking your vehicle.

The infrastructure of this building is very old they must take care of that and maintain it. As all the work regarding counseling is done here. Also there is a lot of rush there so they should deploy some employees to guide people and ask them to maintain the queue and maintain discipline. They should even set up a Xerox machine somewhere in the building itself for easy access to getting photo copies of documents.

The worst possible way of working....no one picks up the call. And when you arrive they says about timming and other rules ... seriously. It's problematic here. Worst parking and when you come all the way crossing the road. They shut the door over your face.

I went for registration for my son, it was good service, but can be made more attractive

Given contact numbers are not answering at all.. I tried hundreds of times for urgent work. Atleast they should update the contact information if it has been changed.

I didn’t knew if they don’t want to pickup call they why cell number is added…. Worst service to doctors what to expect now…. Everytime when we call no one is recieving call

A little slow, but they won't disappoint you. In comparison from other SMCs it is still doing well. Most of the time they do reply your calls and emails.

You should book prior appointment in medical council site .It's near the Cancer center in bj medical College at first floor.The office staff is cooperative.

Application form must have with you and that can be printout from karnavati Xerox centre present near the medical council.if you register some other state before the Gujarat than that registration copy is must in colour Xerox.

Have been here for the first time. Entrance is from the Cancer hospital side. Just go left along the wall of t hospital and behind the Cancer Hospital building, you’ll find the Council House (Medical, Dental, AYUSH, Pharmacy), which is really old building (Typical Government building)! To my surprise, the staff was very helpful and talked very calmly explaining all the details! Attached foto for the required documents for the provisional registration for FMGs! Be sure to have ORIGINAL documents according to the checklist and ZEROX/PHOTOCOPY for the same documents! Please take PROOR APPOINTMENT to ease the work no matter where you have completed your UG/PG studies! Checklist is also attached. Again I must admit that staff even explained what process they will do after submission of my documents which was quite unique! Right now, totally satisfied with the process! Hope this process ends well too!

I did not hv a document ..they allowed to send it by courier...in my home state of Karnataka they would hv flat rejected...speed of process can be made better

can not contact them, all phone numbers given on site are either switched off or does not exist. site shows server failed all the time. please stop wasting public time and money and take some responsibility.

Pathetic people. Wrong contact number given on website, I guess all are fraudsters. I have done my MBBS from outside gujarat and PG from gujarat. I wanted to get registration done. I applied online but by mistake I filled the option as mbbs done from gujarat, so they charged me a penalty of 10k, I mailed them to resolve this issue and demanded them a refund, still no response, FEEL LIKE SUEING THIS PLACE.

One of the worst medical council. Gives no response to the query. Typical feels like govt. Institution which doesn't cares about person. Lots of mismanagement leads to trouble for person who has applied for document. Totally negligence . Provides tarikh pe tarikh aur koi javab nahi.
