Travelled on 21st November - 2022. Pathetic Service and rude behavior. Showed a nice bus in photo and sent old bus which was uncomfortable. Driver was switching off AC upon any halt like at parking or at railway PHATAK (The bus didn't had openable window glass). Now, you can think of situation people inside - specifically when kids were sleeping. I asked the owner to reach out but yet not received a call to learn on my difficulties which shows how courteous they are for the customer satisfaction. Strongly suggesting - look at your bus before you travel to avoid bad experience.
