We were successfully finished our shimla+Manali tour on 15 may 2023 to 25 may 2023 with Swaminarayan tour last week. Everything went very well and I would like to pass on special THANKS to Mr.Parth Dholariya (Surat) who was exceptionally humble in whole tour. It was a wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark. All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. Food was very delicious & Homefriendly. And The driver just was very cooperative, polite and friendly. His driving skills were excellent and safe. In addition he was well travelled and well informed. We Enjoyed his company. We had worst experience with their tours. They are looting on the name of swaminarayan. They don't provide food during last 2-3 days and asks passengers to arrange food on their own expenses. Manager was not available after some days. He said he will provide food packets but then he asked to manage on own expenses. From Udaipur, they provided a bus but there was no manager. And bus driver was talking rudely and was not halting for washrooms. We will never recommend this tourism to anyone

They wake up you at 2 AM. Depart at 3 AM after room checkout, whole day travelling and site seeing. Reach next hotel at 11:45 at night and checkout at 5 AM again!!!! Not at all good for senior citizens. Worst tour management. No manager was available after 3 days. Driver was only managing whole tour. Lot of expenses to be done by us for food which they were aupposed to provide. Won't choose this tour again.

If you want to face all the hardships possible and eat the most tasteless food during entire journey then you can consider this tourism. Apart from this we faced one other problem. For a bus of 44 people we were given only 6 rooms in vrundavan so we had to share room with 6 other people and hotels are also of very cheap quality. The amount of these type of problem are maybe less during the of season timings but the food remains the same. But full points for managers. They were extremely co-operative and really helpful. Vivek Bhesaniya and Jasmin Bhesaniya. They tired to their level best to make our tour memorable. But all the problems are due to mismanagement of Swaminarayan Tourism.

Himachal tour started on 15th May to 24th May '23. The food taste and quality is too good like home. Mr. Parth the manager for the hole tour is treated us as like friend and family. Hotels and other accomodation are too good. This is my first family tour experience and it's unforgettable for me... Thanks a lot to Mr. Parth and Shree Swaminarayan Tourism for making unforgettable memories of traveling..

Pathetic service no responsible person available at all.. Food accomodation and all other services are pathetic. No planning at all. Manager is searching hotel on road for stay no proper booking and room allocation. Food timing is also not stable and they are not even bother about their customer complaints. All tours should be avoided from this tour and Especially nepal tour must be avoided.. They just make us begging for proper service asif we are travelling for free and they don't care about any family, wpman, kid or any senior citizen. They just look about their profits. I hope this review help someone's travel better.

Here min.1 star..but Swaminarayan tourism is not deserve one star.. My bad experience in Shimla tour 1.Food rating is -9 out of 10.. please see it properly I give negative 9..3-4days not given lunch in 10days tour. 2.Bus rating -5 out of 10...very conjusted 3.management is third class. Rate is -5 4. Hotel rating -10 out 10. When we go for inquiry that time Shaw different hotel and in tour hotel are different in all area..water facility is not there. 5.overall rate - negative out 10star.. So friendly, seriously if other company demand more rupees than go with that company because here you can loss all money ,time and enjoyment.

I will give minus in star. Worst tour manager, worst food, pathetic hotels. You will be asked to wake up 2 in morning most of the time as their bus is very old and slow. Your 8 hours journey will be 18 hours. You will be more in bus than enjoying your trip. Too much extra expense to bear during trip. NOT GOING AND NOT SUGGESTING ANYONE TO GO.

Very very bad experience. Hotels in Shimla and delhousie are of very bad quality. In delhousie water is of yellow colour and after complaining about water they are giving excuses. And food quality was not good and all the members of the tour getting diagnosed with diarrhea and vomiting. And at the time of booking they are saying that as far as possible we will use bus for reaching picnic points from hotels, but they are not giving any kind of services and it cost extra money compare to other competitors tourism packages. I will never recommend this tour package. If it is possible to give minus rating then I will always give minus rating to this tourism company.

Third class tour manager Ashokbhai Dhadhukia. Simply he is not tour manager but bad waiter. No information provided about places to visit. Food of lower quality and not on proper time. Tour manager had no any planning quality durring char Dham yatra from10. 05.22 to 20.05.2022.Entire group of 81 persons were not satisfied with tour operator.

We've had taken the "Shimla Manali Dalhousie Honeymoon package", I'd say it was an awesome and wonderful experience. Firstly our tour manager Parthbhai was so humble and cooperative for every matter, even little matter like I was late for breakfast, so he made something for me again. We'd cook with us everywhere so you yes you won't even miss the home taste of Gujarat which we are used to and don't find anywhere here. And thanks for this wonderful memory, i recommend you to go for Swaminarayan Tourism!!!

We have see frequently 11k advertisements in newspapers about Mathura- Haridwar trip, And we inquired about that trip for our 26 family member, We want private trip of same route, So his owner suggested and given assurance of 100% satisfaction for our trip, He suggested us premium hotel and quoted best rate, We see all property online and confirm booking on his words of trust. But fact is as owner he is good at only in talking not in delivering, The best part of trip is the bus he provided us is really superb -5***** for that, Good A/C, comfortable seating, and good driver. But disaster is Vrindavan hotel Anand Krishna van, A pathetic hotel, maybe dharmsala is better from this, and for that Swaminarayan tourism owner says you will get number one hotel in Vrindavan, Acutely they even don't know the difference of hotel category , They promise us for Hotel breakfast and Dinner in package, but his tour cook provide all meals to us. After horrible experience of Vrindavan hotel we move to next destination Haridwar, Where hotel is 17 km away from Haridwar, Rooms are good, but we reach early morning after whole night travel as per there plan, Hotel have no available room, So we waited till 3 PM almost 9 hours in lobby area for getting our rooms, And in that hotel also tour cook is there , and he serves only sev khamani as breakfast, I remember my school days, when I am in std.2nd in our school tour cook serves us this kind of breakfast, because school has collect only 100 rs from students, But here they charge 12k per person, after long discussion with owner on phone he agree to have only breakfast of hotel, else all from his cook, and next day morning his tour manager sought to our family member just because they take one plate of papdi from there serving table, I remember that time wording of his owner, He says our manager on tour are so polite, and if they find anyone of Gujrat ,They offer him lunch or dinner, Totally rubbish, I request don't rely on any wording of his owner , They are making fool to all people just for earning more profit, and there staff are too unprofessional and rude, They are not in category of human being, Please be careful!!!

Bus service ane Food sara hata. But Management is too poor. Senior citizens nu dhyan nathi rakhta. Didn't give enough time to enjoy every place. Tour manager is very abusive. They don't provide any kind of services for train. We suffer a lot while traveling in train. Worst Journey ever in train. Tour manager na Keva na karane ame puja karai pashupatinath mandir ma pan amara paisa na pani thai gaya emni vato ma aavi ne.

It was our first trip and unexpectedly it was a great trip experienced with swaminarayan tourism..wonderful arrangements of surprises for couples. We would love to go again with them..undoubtedly. Thanks alot for lots of lovely,funny,cutest memories*😊😊😊

Our tour package for Himachal 10 days was amazing and perfect for family tour 💞, food was super quality, hotels stays were as expected, our tour manager parth bhai guiding us starting to end best tour manager,thank you parth bhai and we enjoyed a lot, memorable trip with good friends 😁. Must try SWAMINARAYAN TOURISM for budget friendly as well as royal tour.

I will give negative review not even zero. If you want to spoil your whole trip then only think about Shree Swaminarayan Tourism. Worst Worst Worst experience. Sab kuchh sasta achha nahi hota..!!! Pay some more and / or cover less places but don't think about this Tourism Company.

3rd class management n service, pls never plan your holiday from this tour operator, we have seen our tour manager at once only, there was 2 bus , one from surat n other from ahmedabad, they send our tour manager on kashmir tour or other tour im not sure where he was go, so every time we have to ask tour manager from surat, at shimla they give us horrible hotel with full of dust and cement , after big fight they provide us other hotel which was also dumb, they offered dinner at 1:00 a.m. and finally i have got hotel which was good at 2:00 a.m. tour manager from surat Mr.Parth was good person. otherwise everything is dumb, they spoiled our precious holiday. we are in himachal tour and you dont know about above issue it means you lying or your your management is super dumb. i have called mr hardik at sahibagh office but he never received my call and other people called to your office at nikol they answered but no solution

Super facility and best service. Ultimate time management. The best and loving foods every day different breakfast and lunch and dinner. Evergreen hotel facility. Supportive Tour manager who gives you all guidelines which is beneficial to us. We enjoyed a lot group tour from Delhi to shimla kulu manali delhousie Amritsar package and return Delhi. All you have to tried once your tour from Swaminarayan tourism.

The service is lazy. The food is raw and stale. Out of our 28 people, 20 are sick.

Manager was very good and supportive but he do not have any authority to take immediately decision and bus driver also good and food and hotel room was very bad condition. Given star only for manager and bus driver. Tour operators not full fill his commitment zero star for Swaminarayan tourism.

The arrangements were good. They provided sufficient time for each temple, monument. Could work a bit more on food (like less oil) and hotel checkin timings.
