My name is Nagarjun Thaker ( an ODD name for a gujju😅 ) & I stay in Indonesia .I had thoracic & lumbar problems in spine and because of major L4-I5 PID( slip disc ) , I was bed ridden & I also suffered from heavy muscle loss. Dr Arpan and his team made day and night efforts, spent over 3 hours daily to exercise my muscles and used various electrical therapy to reduce pain & heal my muscles / ligaments . Apart from medical therapy, he and his team also morally supported me & my wife . The team was very positive & kept following with me day & night to ensure that they are with me to help me come out of this trouble . Everyday due to exercise & walking I would go back to them complaining of pains in various parts of the body . They would reassure me & make me pain free by the end the treatment & giving me courage to stick to exercise schedule . If I went smiling to their clinic they would subtly increase exercise to build my tolerance fast. I am grateful for the efforts put in by Dr Arpan, Dr Aneri, Dr Hiral, Dr Ayushi and Dr Anjana. The First Health Physio Therapy had became a second home for me and many other patients who I noticed kept coming to him for advices even after 4-6 years. He is very transparent and honest in his opinion and would recommend going to a specialist doctor when he believes the physiotherapy would not be able to be of help to them.

I had started taking my physiotherapy sessions from Health first and the results were amazing in very short period of time my knees are feeling much better now! And specifically thank you to Arpan sir and all physiotherapist doctors work over there and for taking this much care and giving me alot of support to fight with the pain and ofcourse it was a great experience!

Must recommended clinic if you are suffering from any kind of pain. The doctor as well as the staff (supporting doctors) are so familer that you forgot your pain while having treatment. I had been operated for complete ACL tear while playing cricket on 06.09.23 and from 13.09.23, i have been under treatment under supervision of Dr Arpan Shah. I went to Health First clinic for right knee meniscus tear. I had terrible pain while sitting or standing for long and it had starting to bring me down morally. I explained to Dr.Arpan that I don't want to give up my activities because of my knee problem. He and his colleagues gave me confidence and advise me not worry .They started tailor made program suitable to my condition and my MRI results . Very positive experience. I had visited for tennis elbow and needed ultrasound therapy as recommended by my orthopaedic doctor. It's just been my first session but they give appointment and so there's no overcrowding. Sanitation is maintained well too. I have been told to visit for few more sessions and I found the charges to be affordable and well worth the professional consultation.

My name is Av Nachiappan coming from coimbatore tamilnadu. I came to health first clinic through my boss. I Have this lower back pain for nearly an year. I went to Health First, for my chronic neck and arm pain due to cervical.
