With my vast experience travelled many countries & stayed many hotel service apartment. This is one the best place. I really loved the entire stay. Staff is very friendly & helpful. This is my first trip to Berlin & this place located in very central and very close to many attractions. Just few min walkable to U/S/DB stations. Must recommended place.

I couldn't have chosen better. The fact that the apartment was very nice, comfortable and fully equipped is a one thing and this is pretty much what I expected upon my arrival. But the huge value added is in the staff, especially Marco and Julian, who went above and beyond to support me. Their help was incredible taking into consideration that I just moved in to Berlin from another country and I really needed help, they were there for me every single, most ridiculous request or problem I've had. They've made my accommodation process nice and simple and I'm very grateful to both of them.

More pillows on bed, smart TV at least in one room. Cleaning needs improvement (food left in freezer, dust on and around furniture, lighting in living room completely insufficient, bathroom was still in renovation, tile grouting in bathroom by shower was disgusting and covered in mold and grime, kitchen extractor fan did not work). Addressed cleaning issues and non-functional equipment to front-off staff woman - she was clearly annoyed I bothered her mid-private conversation. Brief reply noone's in to help me and no rooms to change to available. Immediately turned back to her own conversation and ignored me. I ended up spending my own money and about 3 hrs of my time on our arrival day to scrub the bathroom tiles and appliances as it just simply was not in a state we were comfortable to use for the duration of our stay. Ceiling light above the mirror was pushed out onto the suspended ceiling by the team as a means of creating a fake exhaust for humidity build up. Spoke to member of cleaning staff the next day - the woman was lovely and accommodating, brought additional pillows and apologized for my dissatisfaction. The staff there is incredibly limited (1 person / day to clean all apartments, meaning max 1 hr per apt). Limited use of cleaning products to avoid smells that might put visitors off, means its impossible to do a proper clean of most surfaces. It's a managerial issue, not the fault of staff. Feedback - front of staff needs improvement and training - cleaning staff to be increased, cleaning products to be reevaluated, cleaning time per apartment needs to be above 1 hr - complete renovations which remain incomplete in the flat - fix appliances (eg. kitchen exhaust fan) - increase living room lighting - far too dim - we ended up removing the cover of a suspended light to get a little bit more brightness as a last resort. The flats are less spacious than they look on photos. The kitchen itself is more a kitchenette. Sufficient storage is provided.

We had a great 3 month stay here. It is nicely furnished in a great location both for local activities and for reaching other parts of the city. The on-site manager is super friendly. We'll be back. In fact, we have already booked again for next year.

This was a great place to be. The apartments are very beautiful and with all the facilities you need. It was perfectly clean and the service was incredible. Very nice people, I will definitely recommend this place to people who is coming to Berlin.

Tolle Lage, helles Zimmer. Es gibt leider keine Haken im Bad wo man zusätzlich was aufhängen könnte, man kann nur das Badetuch aber sonst kein Handtuch oder sonstiges aufhängen und da es ja keinen Service gibt, sollte man das machen können. Aus der Dusche läuft viel Wasser was man leider nicht verhindern kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist etwas arg weich. Die Klimaanlage hat bei uns leider nicht funktioniert, während den drei Tagen wurde es auch nicht repariert bzw uns in irgendeiner Weise entgegen gekommen, das fanden wir sehr schade.

Our stay was very restful. The apartment and the neighborhood is very quiet and it was everything we wanted! Another positive point is the location: there is a train and subway station nearby that takes us anywhere, including the airport. There is also a good supermarket close by. In the apartment there was almost everything we needed for an 11-day stay and Maria is very helpful, friendly and always willing to help. For sure, when we return to Berlin, we will look for Smartments again.

We I booked 3 apartments from Weds 23rd Feb to check out on Sat 26th Feb - There was an issue back in Nov where two of the apartments was unavailable due to the owners coming back but Marco(Manager) sorted out another two apartments really quickly. Marco meet us when we arrived and sorted everything out for us including Keys. The apartments are very well designed and very clean - we was very happy with the price we paid. I asked for a Late Check if possible but unfortunately the apartments was reserved for another booking that day but Marco came up trumps and allowed us to put our suitcases into their storage room - The reception is closed at the weekend so this was great customer service. We would all recommend staying here and when I come back to Berlin this will always be my base.

Worst check in experience ever! ! We arrived the hotel at around 7 PM, but the check in machine is not working. We had been calling and waiting outside more than 1 hr. In the end, the lady just told us to take out one card from the check in machine. I don’t understand if there is solution like this, why did you say it earlier instead of keeping us waiting and wasting our time!!

A fantastic choice to stay at Berlin! Really close to take a train, underground or bus and go to wherever you want! Even the smaller studio is quite bigger than a hotel room, and it's fully equipped with everything you may need. I would definately recommend it to anyone who has to stay in Berlin more than a couple of nights.

Everything was well organized and the Smartments helped by providing the documentation needed for city registration. The reception managers were very kind and helpful, especially Mr. Hong and Mrs. Mariarosa.

There is not the chance to store luggage. I arrived 2 hours in advance on check-in time, so I had to carry my stuff with me around the city.

Everything was perfect; the apartment was clean and equipped. We had a great connection with the rest of the city: metro station, train station, and bus station, everything was easily accessible. Overall experience was great and we are looking forward to coming back and staying in this hotel again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fasanenstrasse. The staff were wonderful, the location great (5 minutes from my office) and the area is entertaining. The room was very comfortable and had everything that was needed. The laundry facilities were also great since I was staying for a month. Highly recommended.
