Literally trash, I went there to get information about the international students, first I checked out at what times can I get a personal talk then I went there to the room number 151 at the the time which was given to me, the woman who works there didn't give me any single information, as I explained to her that I speak German fluently, instead she sent me to the room number 038 and I had to wait one hour to talk to the person there, the woman who works there has the bitchest face I've ever seen, she even didn't talk to me face to face but she was working on the computer while I was explaining my situation then she told me to open the website and I will find the informations. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time by going there. By the way, on the next day I went to The "BEUTH Hochschule " without any appointment and I got all the informations I need as the staff there are so friendly.

Amazing infrastructure and best professors but in this time we are not lucky enough to have face to face intersection with professors or to use campus. If you want to study here then better study after COVID. I don’t find it worth to have a paid course and have online class. Do not expect any support from management.

Maybe not as big like other universities but HTW has a serene environment with nice buildings.

Though, I have been planning to get the best university with a great scholarship across the globe which offer my course @Computer science, when surfing the internet i came across these great university, went through there process in offering admission, and also I saw the vision and mission these great university had, so I say to myself these is where I want to be by God's grace but what stops me from applying was the lack of money to run and process for the admission though in my heart I believe that one day it will surely turn around and by faith I will pass through these Great school... Keep building and empowering your students @HTW University of Applied Science.. You will surely see the light and future in them❤ Thanks Team "HTW Berlin - University of Applied Science and I promise by God's faithfulness and love I'll do my possible "Best" if am opportuned by any your team who God has touched to give scholarships to those who are faithfully willing out there, like me😊 P.S I would be very grateful, once again thanks team. *We are all in this together*✨❤❤

VERY QUESTIONABLE UNIVERSITY. DID MY MBA&E and trust be , this is not an MBA. Most of the Modules you dont get to learn anything. No networking. Most groupmates are lazy and you have to do most of the work. Professors dont help you ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I studied at HTW and was very happy with the education. Teachers are sometimes not great to be honest, but that pales in comparison to the teachers at a private college in Berlin. In contrast some of the teachers are very good and run great lectures.

As a little boy 60 years ago, when my grandmother was a gatekeeper there, I received envelopes with exotic stamps from students from all over the world. Later to the carnival party in the cafeteria. I can't say anything about the university itself.

Great university with great number of technical and commercial courses. Good campus and pretty good facilities for students. Many students even successfully have represented Germany in the recent Olympics. Recommended.

The faculty is recommended because the modules are exciting and most of the lecturers/profs are nice and responsive to the students. What is less positive, however, is that unfortunately not a single cent is invested in the Treskowallee business campus, which is not only obviously visible, but also noticeable through constant functional deficiencies during lectures. The parking situation is also catastrophic. But what's saddest is that the clerk in “Reading Room II,” which is already very rarely used by students, is extremely unfriendly. The measures for its use are ridiculous and disproportionate. You are only allowed to take your legal texts with you if you fill out a piece of paper every time you enter. As if it were unmanageable with two students sitting in it and a legal text that has 30 sticky notes that you obviously bring with you every time. And by the way, is the Htw a sustainable faculty or not? Then why this waste!? Therefore, a strong lack of understanding of the measure and the unfriendliness of this clerk. The point is essential because an easily accessible library is a basic requirement for a faculty. Especially since there is actually great literature here. It's a shame that using it has such a negative impact every time.

Not for students with commitments or children. Timetables are often changed two weeks before the start of the semester or are only published at all, events are often extended and sometimes held until 9 p.m. in the evening. I get annoyed regularly! But the training itself is solid, hence at least 2 stars. LG from the wife of a student.

The campus environment is unappealing, as are the buildings. Other students have already said that the HTW resembles a crematorium and looks like a prison inside. There are no water dispensers in the buildings, there is only one in one building. The classrooms are outdated and equipped with inexpensive furniture. Broken elevators mean you often have to walk to the fifth floor. There is no central meeting place for students other than the canteen or outside area. The outdated snack machines often do not work and the canteen does not live up to expectations. Compared to other universities, the HTW offers little in terms of activities and exchange. It is unfortunate that people from Muslim/Arab backgrounds may experience disadvantages. For those looking for an authentic university atmosphere and certain standards, HTW may not be the best choice.

Don’t waste your time and money on such a place. I have sent an inquiry followed by all my certificates and transcripts asking if I fulfill their MIDE masters program‘s requirements and they responded saying yes, so I prepared all my documents, spent a lot of effort, time and money, made sure that everything is as they requested, sent my certificates by mail, and applied online. Just to receive an email saying that I don’t fulfill the program‘s requirements and the employe who told me that I can apply was wrong. Just like that!!

Unfortunately the university is not that good. Positive -> The property is very beautiful with its buildings and architecture -> There is a lot to choose from in the cafeteria -> the university parties are really great. Negative -> the university is very unstructured -> Exams are set like this, sometimes one exam every day. -> The professors are bad, many don't even answer questions. -> too many tasks in one module. -> Profs, upload PDF online that does not match what is covered in the lecture. -> sometimes poor communication with professors, many are poorly organized and do not respond to emails. Conclusion. I would like to change, but I can't anymore because I get student loans :/ -> I wouldn't recommend the university either, you'd better look for something decent.

I am interested in the HTW University. However, I have a question about the old and new Campos. Why are 20% of the courses on the old campus (Treskowallee)? And 60% of the course on new campuses (Wilhelminenhof). Unfortunately, the design of a new campus is much better than the old one, and there are many students in it. Will the division of study areas remain like this?

I think the new campus at Wilhelminenhof is nicer than the old one and there are more students there
