I got sick the day after having food from here. I had the Mysore dosa and pav bhaji. The pav are not the Indian pav, but buns. And the bhaji had a lot of garam masala. It did not feel as though the food was fresh. The dosa tasted alright/good but I would not recommend since I did not find the food to be fresh at all.

2 stars for food. Dosa was crispy. That was good. But apart from that everything was bad. Taste was too sour and bland. Same for idli. And Vada was too small for the price. And Chutneys were too watery and didn't taste savoury at all. 1 star for atmosphere: It's not a proper restaurant. Just a few tables inside an Indian supermarket. 1 star for service. -3 for cleanliness. I hope I don't get sick after eating here. All in all, not recommended at all. Avoid.

Loved it! Great Dosas. Plus lots of other really delicious options which you don't have in the usual indian restaurants. Nice people and I liked the vibe sitting in a supermarket. Good prices too. Looking forward to taste the rest of the menue! One thing though: Food & drinks comes in disposables. A more sustainable approach would be great!

Hands down! Dosa and More serve the most wholesome South Indian dishes in Berlin. They have brought the most delicious items in Indian cuisine to the town. The varieties in their menu, especially in South Indian food, are just wonderful. I loved the Mysore Masala Dosa and Pav Bhaji Dosa. They're a must-try!

Best indian food we had in Berlin so far. We got Idli vada and Chole Bhature, it was really tasty and perfectly cooked. Staff was super friendly and really looking forward to come back and try the dosa.

Dosa and More just stole my breath away with the budget friendly menu where nothing costs more than 7.99 euros!! It's a pure vegetarian Indian food hub cum grocery store at Mariendorfer Damm, just 300 min (3 min walk) from U Ullsteinstraße. The shop is located on the main road hence is easy to spot! Also goes by the name "Spice Village." They have lunch menu discount from 12 noon to 16 hour so avail the discount to fill your tummy with mouth watering Paneer dishes, Basmati rice and special Indian Chai. Normally they are open from Monday to Saturday until 20 hour but yea if you plan a budget party there, they can stay open until a little later as well. Dosa and More also takes party orders!! So if you are planning to invite friends over n don't wanna go through all the cooking charade just give them a call a day before and place your order. They will call you back when order is ready to be collected or delivered! They take party orders from the minimum to more than 100+ you just have to order them a couple of days prior if it's 40+ orders. They also have an in house Indian grocery store so you can go through the aisles mean while your food is being prepared!! The menu offers a wide range of Indian street foods like Vada paw, idli, chhole Bhature, Paw bhaji and of course Dosa, being their speciality! Do try their special Dosa. They are quite friendly and hosts you like in a homely atmosphere! I'm in Berlin for over a year now and this is the first Indian store where I found thumbs up, the favourite Indian Cola. Don't go just by my words and do drop by to take your taste buds on a Desi Ride without burning a hole in the pocket. Highly Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

I love their dosas so much it’s insane but I come here almost every week for Indian food cravings. I just cannot make the same thing at home! Always so delicious and feels authentic. My favorite Indian food place in Berlin and it’s in a supermarket

The sambhar was super nice and the dosa was delicious. The highlight was the chola bhature which was super yummy. The masal tea and lassi was also great. The people were also super nice. The downsides are: 1. The dosa were too thin. They got over with three or four bites itself. 2. Whenever you want to add something to your order you have to go to cash counter. So the setup is like a fast food place not a restaurant. 3. It exists in an Indian super market. So the ambience is also not so great.

Amazing Indian Street style food for affordable prices. Very good taste. Wide range of Indian spices and grocery items.

Very well stocked market with a wide range of Asian products. Was very pleasantly surprised with the food. I expected it to be reheated from frozen range, but it was really freshly made (dosa) and mind-blowing well made. Would like to give 10 stars for the food. I normally don't like Indian restaurants in Berlin at all.

Most authentic Indian food I've ever eaten in Berlin so far. Enjoyed every bit of the Dosa, Chole and Samosa Chaat. The rotis were freshly made and very warm 🥰😍 I strongly recommend this place for not-germanised Indian food.

My partner and I loved this casual lunch place! It's pretty close to the dosa we used to eat when we lived in Asia. We got ghee dosa and and cheese/butter (but their masala one smelled good, too). They were proper crispy and delicious. Their coconut chutney is also quite tasty. The chai was also very good. My partner also tried some of their chaat and said they were spot-on, unlike many of our Indian food experiences here in Berlin. The people running the place are also so very kind and helpful. We will be back, for sure! Really recommend if you want to try more authentic dosa. Plus you can get some Indian groceries at the same time (as it's in the grocery store).

Amazing food with really authentic vada pav and medu vada. Dosa were really crisp and flavour of ghee. Masala chai reminded of chai stalls. Nice taste of chutney in Sev Puri Chat.

Bestes Streatfood!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the delightful restaurant after doing my shopping here, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a charming ambience that added to the overall warmth of the place. Now, let's talk about the food. The Mysore Masala dosa, Schwezan dosa, Kachori Chat, and the complimentary Sev Batata Puri were absolutely amazing. Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and spices that transported me to the streets of India. The Mysore Masala dosa was a particular highlight, with its perfectly crisp exterior and the tantalizing blend of spicy chutneys. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the personal service provided by the owner. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his guests and their dining experience. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole experience even more memorable. I highly recommend to anyone craving a true taste of Indian cuisine. Whether you're a fan of dosas, chaats, or simply looking for a delightful dining experience, this place is a must-visit. Prepare to be captivated by the incredible flavours, charming ambience, and the exceptional service that will leave you with a smile on your face.

3 stars for the cheap prices and a nice menu. The food however was mediocre. Masala dosa is not at all authentic (especially the chutney and the potato filling). Samosa chat had too much salt, chole bhature was good and then came the vada pav! If a person from Mumbai had this vada pav they'd cry from sadness. Please do not have the vada pav!

If you want to bite into a perfectly crispy vada one morning or enjoy a bowl of tangy sambar that brings flashbacks from home, this is the place you'd want to hit. Berlin can be unforgiving with it's modified Indian food, but this is one place that sets things right. Priced adequately and served with the right amount of love.

We visited this place based on all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, this place did not live up to the expectations. We ordered dosas and idlis and chole bhature. The dosas were fine, although for a place specializing in dosas, it was disappointing because I can make much better dosas from home made batter. Mysore masala dosa did not taste anything like it is supposed to. the idlis were hard and seemed like they were not freshly made. The coconut chutney was a real disappointment. It was stale. The sambar did not look or taste like sambar although it tasted okay. The chole were tasteless and again stale. We visited on Saturday afternoon, so perhaps that's the reason everything was stale, but our experience certainly did not reflect the high rating this place has. The interior was dingy and uninviting, and looks nothing like the pictures in the reviews. It seems like no one really cares about their product here, and even when we gave them feedback, they were disinterested. I hope they hire some actual south indians who know how to make dosas or at least train their existing staff. Dosas are not that complicated, and it's not really easy to screw up such a simple dish, but they somehow managed to bungle it.

Ignoring the atmosphere and the ambience owing to the fact that it is a part of a grocery store as well, the food nonetheless is one of the most authentic tastes that I have tried outside of Bangalore that takes you straight back to one of the Darshinis serving that sweet sambar to go with your dosas and vadas. While the sev puri was anything but, the taste was still palatable. I'm sure it will pleasantly surprise you. Would definitely return again.

Great experience. Good variety of Indian food and chats. Also the groceries and dals are of good brand. I tried fried rice, veg Manchurian Ali my with spring rolls. Delicious and good quantity for the price 😊

Amazing and very authentic Indian Streetfood. Everything is prepared freshly. The Pani Puri where especially great as you can't find this in most Indian Restaurants. Great value for money and the staff is very friendly.
