A really good coffee shop in the downtown of Xalapa, Ver. The coffee and the food is amazing. This place won the first place in the "ExpoCafe Mx" in 2018. It's not a Petfriendly place but you can come with your furry friends in the terrace. I recommend this coffee shop.

I was there today and a customer had a German Shepherd that was aggressive and blocked my exit. Staff did nothing!! The dog wanted to attack me for no reason!!!

Not as good as it used to be. Asked for some pastry, they didn't have it. Asked for my favorite cookies, nope. They used to care more about the customer. The Bola de Oro in Plaza Crystal offers better service. They are becoming a typical cold, impersonal franchise, though. Pity.

The service was very nice and the food was great. Super friendly waiters and always ready to help. The service was fast and they followed COVID protocol.
