One of the most famous burger chain in Shizuoka Prefecture. Prepare to wait at least 40 minutes during dinner time and they don’t have any options to reserve in advance. Totally worth the wait! Recommend to all people who loves meat!

Amazing Hamburg steak grilled to order. Got mine medium rare and it was perfect.

guided by my friend from Shimizu City. This humburgsteak is this shop's signature and fresh crashed pork and beef meat enables cook it in medium rare like a beef steak. The source is not too thick until spoiling the flavor from the meats themselves, so that you could recall how the meats should taste. recommended but you have to have a que. This shop as a waiting list controll system working very well and no need to be their all the time waiting foor

Truly one of the best restaurants around Shizuoka. They're located near Shin-Shizuoka station with a few minutes walk to a Cenova department store building on the 5th floor. There's usually a waiting line which lasts about 10-15 minutes. It may be shorter if you're just 2 persons. We ordered their hamburger set which turned out amazing. They serve it on a hot plate and the chef comes to your table to further prepare and cut the hamburger steak and add your desired sauce. Truly a splending display. The restaurant also serves steaks for the steak lovers out there. I would definitely come back again in the future to try out their other meals.

Famous hamburger stake house in Shizuoka. You should older “Genkotsu hamburger with onion source” This is the best hamburger stake shop in Japan. Have fan!

Very good food, like seriously good. The queue can be long but it mostly clears up in no time.

No queue after the crowded lunch time. Not bad quality of beef but too salty for me.

Staff were excellent, hamburger was delicious, would defiantly visit this place again. I wished there were more option on portion sizes as 250g was the larger option and was not enough on an empty stomach. Will visit again and try other items on the menu as it’s all delicious

Sawayaka is so popular in Shizuoka. So you better hurry to get your ticket first before going anywhere. We got our ticket 4pm and we waited for 2 hours so we decided to go karaoke first. Anyways, the food was so good and they serve not more than 10 minutes.

Waiting 1 1/2 hours just to eat for 5 minutes might just be my favourite activity in any Japanese city. So far it’s always been worth it.
