I love the Krystal burgers but the prices have reached the point where it's just not affordable or practical. I remember when Krystal burgers were .25 cents; four for $1. Now four Krystal burgers, fries and a drink are $10.99. That's too much.

In the absence of a White Castles 🏰, it's the next best thing. Awesome food, especially the chicken sandwiches and chili cheese fries! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🏿👍🏿 Well worth the trip! Love having a SC location without having to go into Georgia‼️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙌🏿

Got off interstate to enjoy Krystal's but it was locked & no one in building. It was about 3pm. No signs on the doors. Disappointed & looks like the Krystal's chain is working on going out of business.

They locked the doors at 5:50 pm on a Wednesday. The door sign says the doors should be open until 9:00 pm. Could not even eat. Went across the street to the Arby's

Someone said they compared Crystals to White Castle no comparison at all this was the worst burgers I've ever had. I guess it's an acquired taste depending on what type of meat or animal you're eating. Didn't taste like any beef to us.

Maybe I'm just older, but Krystal burgers aren't as good as they used to be. This place was drive through only. For the price that they are now, it's not worth it.

Good food for the price you pay large selection very fast service.

Very underrated place. This is probably one of the best Krystals in the nation when it comes to food and service. The building itself needs some modernization but they really know how to do their food and they're all very nice and friendly. Even though I order my food different than the menu, they have no problem preparing it exactly like I want.

Terrible establishment tear it down if u can't get people in there to do their job sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes to be told I would have to wait another 20 minutes when they decided to take my order then an employee walking out the back door with his hands in his pants just made the decision for me absolutely disgusting and the reply I got about the hands in pants guy was oh he not even working

We were so happy to see a Krystal Burger during our trip. I was extra happy to see and taste their breakfast menu. It was delicious! Please bring a few of these establishments to Charlotte NC!!!!!

This Krystal's is trash....serves cold food....and cares very little about quality. There is a major difference between the Krystal's here and the Krystal's in Tennessee....Krystal's in Tennessee is top 2 fast food. Here it is the last place I would ever go again. Must be that there's white castle in Tennessee and they actually have to work to compete and stay in business. Don't go here or you will regret it. Spent 60 that I would have rather spent on gas station food. Worst fast food in all of sc and I drove an hour just to get krystals from here!

Drove through for one item: a large Dr. Pepper. That's all. Got to the window to pay, the employee confirmed "large Dr. Pepper?" gave me the drink and collected my cash. Drove off, took a sip.... of Coke. :/

The Krystals in aiken is pure garbage went there last week was told I would have to wait for my 10 Krystals special and soon as I pull up they was given me my food so when I look in the bag the food look old and they just slap cheese on it the only thing that was good was the drink never would I go there again unless I'm in my hometown that's the only way I'm going to get good Krystals if I could've left the stars blank meaning a no star I would've so anyone reading this don't waste your time going it will be a waste of your money.

Krystals on Bobby Jones Expressway in Martinez, Georgia gave excellent service.

This meat always taste suspect, Hubby likes it, not good anymore to me. Something wrong with the meat.

I'm partial to Krystal's but this one is one of the best. Better than usual and I usually like it.

Needs improvement. Dining room completely closed during my weekend lunch-hour order. You cannot even enter the building to order carry-out, much less sit down within and dine. Drive-thru only, and having that as the only option has grown tiresome. This is how it's been here for 2+ years! If nearby competition restaurants have their dining rooms open, why can't this place? COVID cannot be used as the excuse forever. The cheese Krystal sliders that I ordered were quite good, but the large fries I ordered were only filled halfway i.e. medium portions in large package. I asked for the fries to get topped off, and they obliged. Also, no napkins at all included in the takeout bag, which made for some messy eating.

Made my order with ease. Like went smooth, and quickly. The young, short cashier was very friendly, and made the visit even better. And the food was very hot, and delicious. Aiken defitely needs more employees such as them in all of there restaurants.

Tried to charge me 9+$ for a single medium breakfast meal and the cashier can’t figure out math, horrible prices horrible place

Things are mostly just ok. Nothing special about the food or prices. Place was not the cleanest we've seen for fast food joints, bit not the worst, either. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they seemed a bit understaffed/overwhelmed.

I wish you could get breakfast around 11. At least breakfast sandwiches. He was extremely nice tho. Fast service. Someplace like breakfast later and don't like going to a big sit down place to get it.
