This is probably one of the nicest doctors offices I’ve ever been to. With my insurance, I’m accustomed to being treated poorly in medical settings. I didn’t feel that at all here. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and genuine. They were so nice to my three year old that was with me as well and they made sure to give her some stickers as we left. I was having issues filling a prescription due to my insurance and they made sure they did everything in their power to get my prescription filled. They even called to do a check in to see how I was feeling and to make sure I was able to get my prescription. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could have them as my primary care, haha.

I have used this clinic twice in the last month and both times have been far above my expectations. You can wait inside, wait in your car or do a telemedicine session. Far better experience than my regular GP experience. I recommend highly!

If I can give this place a negative 0 I would. I went to be seen and couldn't because my daughter had a balance which was unknown. I was told that I couldn't be seen because her balance had to be paid which she is on Medicaid. I only come to this place because my job has a contract with them, I plan on calling the billing office, but I will never go back to this place it I can help it. I see why they can keep a doctor plus the staff needs some adjustments the whiskey Rd office is terrible.🤬🤬🤬😡

I went there today for the first time and checked In online. I had a little waiting time but nothing bad. The Doctor (sadly I forgot her name) was very nice and careful! I never needed a primary doctor before since we moved to Aiken, that's the reason why I don't have one and the waiting time for an new patient appointment was too long now. I would definitely go there again!

Friendly staff. Nice place but they took three days to send me a prescription. But here’s the catch the medication was 400$ when I could’ve been written something similar for 6$. I don’t know why someone would write someone such an insanely priced medication. I ended up having to get my doctor yo fill a prescription at home. I feel like I wasted my time.

It was a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected. Front desk person is very short and curt but nice enough and definitely gets her job done. The doctor and nurse were both very kind and helpful. They called my prescription into the wrong pharmacy though. Had to call and have them update the information even though I had just updated it on the patient forms during my visit.

I was visiting friends in Aiken when I developed symptoms of a urinary tract infection. I went to Doctors Care and was highly impressed with the care I received there. First of all, I was able to register online - I arrived early because I didn’t know the area so I gave myself lots of time to get there. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, even though I was an hour early. I was seen by APRN, Anne Geddes, who provided excellent care. Although I do not have a history of diabetes, she saw that I had an abnormally high amount of sugar in my urine and made sure that my blood sugar was checked by fingerstick. Thankfully, my blood sugar was normal, but she really went above and beyond by checking it. I’ve been a registered nurse for 40 years and, believe me, most clinicians would not have checked that because symptoms of diabetes were not part of my presenting complaint. When I was seen there on 11/29, a urine for culture and sensitivity was sent (this determines which particular antibiotic would be most effective vs the bacteria in the urine). Normally, this takes approximately 3 days to process, as the bacteria specimen needs to be incubated. The lab from Doctors Care called me on a Saturday to let me know I was being treated with the correct antibiotic. I was shocked that they called me to follow up and let me know that everything was okay! This would never have happened where I live in New England. They would have only called if there had been a problem. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with Doctors Care and especially with the thoroughness of APRN Geddes!

We were in Aiken for vacation and neded to see a doctor. We had a great experience with Anne the nurse practioner. She listened to our problem and took lots of time with us. The staff was very friendly and the online checkin in was great as they gave us a time to come to the clinic. Definately recommend them.

The staff are wonderful people. The doctors and PA made sure I was good before I left. I would recommend them to anyone they are very caring and helpful people.

Very, very good staff. Dr. Charles Pexa is a great, great, great guy. Excellent, excellent bedside manner. He cares from the time he comes in the room. I wouldn’t go to any other doctor’s care. He talks with you NOT @ you. Thanks, to all the medical doctors and medical professionals that still care about their patients. I was in and out of there easy breezy.

The staff here is amazing. The nurses are very kind and professional. The doctor is amazing as well. Just all around an amazing experience here when you feel your worst.

I was in extreme pain yet could see they were busy as I entered our neighborhood Doctors Care Center. It was clear that they had an egalitarian system to treat patients in the order they arrived - very fair. But they were also evaluating the seriousness of each patient's condition as they registered, so they also had a triage system in place for use if needed. They were very well organized and treatment progressed at an orderly pace. During the time I was there I learned that they were short staffed (who isn't these days) and that all four of the staff were coming to the end of a 12 hour shift. Yet they all maintained their equilibrium enabling each to focus on efficient performance, professional diagnosis and care for each of us to the very end. I know this because I was the very last person seen. The diagnosis was carried our with dispatch and as it turned out, with pin-point accuracy, the care regimen was immediately commenced, follow up was clearly explained, prescriptions were transmitted to my pharmacy that were ready bright and early the next day, as it was after hours for the pharmacy at that point. It was now after 8:00pm and thus the staff had extended what I came to learn was a non-stop, 12 hour day to see to my needs. I would have been in a world of hurt had they not. They all maintained their professional demeanor with even smiles and hale-fellow-and-well-met atmosphere even as they saw me on my way, a much relieved and happy citizen. We are fortunate to have this Doctor's Care Center as our neighbor.

I’m very sorry, this will not be a good review. Very disappointing. Not only did I had to wait an excessive amount of time explain everything four times in a row. Sit in the waiting room that no one was there and then be the last person in after four people walk in. So much for first come first serve. Not to mention if you’re old you better be wearing a parka or some type of snowmobile suit because you will be freezing in there.

I contacted the office and they told me to come in. After being called back and put in a room, the N.P., who knew I'd had been seen earlier and tested positive for Covid was more concerned about he contaminated the office then about the health conditions of the patient. Basically a wasted visit and money spent.

Recently visited this facility and had a very positive experience. I was very impressed with physician Matt Hanna. He listened to what I had to say and gave me great feedback as to what I was dealing with.

I have been to Doctors Care in Aiken many times and each time staff very nice and gets you in fast. Doctors very nice and concerned about your health. Best urgent care I have ever been to.
