Hello I visited the Aiken South Carolina on Whiskey rd today my appointment was for 2:45 she called me and asked if I could come in earlier at 12:30pm because she has another dog to do at 2:45 as well so I said fine my dog was there from 12:30pm until about 5:30pm no one called me I had to call them to see what was going on…the stylist then goes to tell me oh I couldn’t finish her and started making excuses and for me to bring her back Tuesday before 12pm unacceptable then proceeded to hand me a bill for $101.00 when initially should’ve only been $76 so she added on extra stuff I never told her to shave my dog the way she did my dog was still wet it was a nightmare and I’ll never visit that location ever again HORRIBLE SERVICE

We frequently visit this store and our 🐶 loves the store. The people are nice and always offer him snacks. They also offer lots of services and typically have lots in stock. They also know when things are recalled fairly quickly. I wouldn’t blame you for liking this nearly off the photo 😘

Petsmart is such a happy place. Today is my boy Teddy's birthday. He's one year old. I get all of my toys here as they have a great range of prices from the lower end to higher. The store is clean, staff is friendly. Nothing else to say. Here's my dog. Look at his happiness. Be happy too. Or else :)

The ladies in the grooming salon are so sweet and caring. They do great work and really love on your pets. Miranda and Virginia are some of the best! Give them a try and tell the Bobby's Mom sent you.

We’ve all heard the horror stories of these corporate grooming facilities, but I still have always believed in getting my own opinion of something. My mistake here! We’ve taken the pups a few times to this grooming facility and the last visit was in fact, the LAST visit. For starters we were rudely spoken to when we walked in regarding our babies vaccination record. Oh well, some ppl have a bad day and I can get past that. Second, I get a phone call saying they’re running behind and it’ll be a bit late before my pup will be done. Ok whatever, but he stayed there from morning til evening in a kennel with zero water, no going to potty, etc. I was ill but still tried being understanding. But the kicker, since a couple days from him being groomed here his skin has suffered tremendously and he’s been miserable. His skin has tons of rash/scabs and it appears he has an infection of some sort. We’ve been pampering these wounds to no avail and I’m looking at a vet visit which I know will be costly, but that’s the point we are at. It is clear they used filthy clippers and practice. I have no doubt they rushed because they were behind and it was getting late and didn’t clean between dogs. I’ll attach photos soon.

Has the things I need, but staff is spread very thin at times. Definitely can't fault them, I know they are doing their best. Also adopted my two kitties from here, great and quick experience

I love this Petsmart bc of the employees being so helpful. I always feel welcomed when walking in and they all have a genuine love for the fur babies and also babies that are furless. Lol if I can't find something I don't have to go look for someone to help me bc they always ask if I need help. The only thing I would really suggest to the owner/ management is possibly getting a small section for wild life rehabbers especially in this area. I rehab flying squirrels and gray squirrels etc..I know many many folks that would shop here if y'all carried small syringes with the nipples, squirrel feed, things designed to help with keeping the babies alive and well for future release. Also a list of available rehabbers for our area in case folks have a hard time finding someone to reach out to if they come across a baby in need. That little extra our businesses provide set you apart from others in such a drastic way. But thank you Pet smart for rocking at your jobs!!!!

Hi, After 3 yrs, Stella Bella and I finally made it! (May I Add) Quit An Adventure Stella Bella and I Had. The very 1st time she visited PetSmart. Listen, I was in total awe over the phenomenal Staff; Stella was busy smelling the rows and rows of isles. Each staff member added their individual, attentive approach. Especially Regarding PetSmart company's Sales & Services/4-Sure. ($cont.$revnue) Stella Bella is my Therapy Dog and, Best Friend. I became blind over three years ago; she's been with me 3yrs. Now. I've told her stories of this big excellent pet store. Lol, explaining How freely she'd be able to roam around and about, where Birds, Kitties, & mice reside, and even maybe, A Fish. With each passing week, my stories grew greater in her little eyes. I'd speak of rows of clothes; she'd pick, alongside Treats; Stella could eat. I SPOKE of PetSmart toys, animals, and People too. On our big day out, Stella Bella got a new pair of Boots for the summer Priced$ low (of course). PetSmart Boots Provide the perfect protection; from all the heated sidewalks, walkways, and Rockie Walks Too. YES! THE!BEST! ONE YOUNG LADY SAT on the Cold, Hard floor and fitted four paws. She was assuring Stella's Boot size. 👢 be Perfect before; we walked out their Door. Buy; PetSmarts>>> Boots $$$$$>>>> Cheaper than other leading competitors, 💯 I'll put my paws on that. This petsmart is awesome. Every Saturday, the Humane Society of McCormick County is there with a few of their pups for adoption. I was able to adopt Jack from them and pick up everything I needed from the store. The staff here is also top notch.

It was hard to get help to get some FISH. Then the first person came from a back room. I could tell that I interrupted something by her attitude........ Now I'm stuck with the weakest fish from the tank. (Easiest fish to catch. Not a happy customer!!!! I should have gotten my receipt they already look weak.

With dogs, cats, chickens, a bearded dragon and a couple turtles to look after, Was able to get everything for all of them in one spot

$100 for a bag of dog food ridiculous all for a bag full of mechanically separated horse meat and hooves and and and and and bull meat and horns and sniff snails and and nuts and everything it's ridiculous whoever pays $100 for a bag of dog food must have money to burn cuz my money comes too hard it's like Old Roy will be getting it this time
