It had been awhile ( pre-pandemic)since I ate here & the last experience was quite unfavorable. With that said my hopes weren’t high. I must start with I love the atmosphere of Longhorns. The lighting is perfect & the horse and cowboy theme makes me breathe deep as I love them both. We were met by a hostess who probably wanted to be anywhere but there but quickly had a friendly encounter with Stephan our server. When I dine again here I absolutely will request Stephan. Serving is definitely his forte. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms- they were very good. I drank raspberry tea and enjoyed it but the flavor could have been stronger. My entree was the ribeye ordered very rare. It came expectably cooked & well seasoned. My baked potato suffered from a lack of cheese, bacon and green onions but the huge salad made up for it. Stephan commented that the salad was (over)huge but I’d rather have too much versus not enough. The in house blue cheese dressing was excellent. My dining companion had the crispy brussel sprouts and said they were fantastic. If I had to critique one thing it’d be the need for some cleaning. Shelves and surfaces had noticeable dust on them but overall I was pleased & will return. *I totally spaced on additional food photos 🤦‍♀️

I was very surprised that our food was just as amazing as the service. We had the Texas Tonian and the stuffed mushrooms as appetizers and they were so delicious, the Texas margaritas were also very good. My partners steak was over cooked but he said he didn’t mind because it was seasoned well. My chicken tenders and fries were very hot and fresh. And the cheesecake is to die for. I definitely recommend eating here. Our server zakiah did a wonderful job communicating with us, being attentive, and providing excellent service.

Stop by after work to have a cocktail and a bite to eat. But then I turned my eyes towards the kitchen and saw a cook sitting on the line where the food is prepared. He hand on gloves but it doesn’t really matter because what he did was a lot worse in my opinion. Not to mention he sat there for about five to ten minutes. Needless to say I did not eat anything, I just finished my cocktail and got out of there fast!!!!

I took my son here for his birthday-he's 29- and we were beyond pleased with our meals and our appetizer. The chicken wraps shown below were wonderfully crunchy ,slightly spicy, very tasty gems. His steak was NYstrip, which I will be getting next time and mine was a Sirloin. Both were tasty but my son said that his leftovers the New York strip was the best in that category. Try the Longhorn you will not be disappointed

First of all the waiter came to our table and read a list of items they were out of. For ex. Burgers, rib eye steak, mushrooms and several appetizers. We get our drinks and have to ask for bread. The bread was stone cold! I asked for another hot loaf- it was hard barely warm. My son ordered the 12 oz chicken Parmesan-it was dry and very little parm/cheese topping. He stopped eating after 2 bites. I tasted his fries awful! Fries were cold couldn’t swallow! He didn’t want to complain. Neither of us have felt right after eating there. Very disappointed! Will be going to Outback next time! Also the lunch sirloin salad is very small only 4 pre cut pieces of sirloin.

The service and food were both awesome. The speed was amazing as well. Hardly any wait time, which was awesome because I went over on my lunch break.

My friend and I stopped by for a late lunch. We were seated immediately. Troy was our server and he was very attentive and friendly. The food was good. I asked for a complicated to go order and it came out packaged great and exactly what I asked for.

Food is always good and always hot! I haven't eaten inside because they are always busy when I have time to stop in. But I always get a to go order, everything that I request is always in the bag! I love the bread and butter that is added also. Overall a good spot. :)

I was there on Sept 07 celebrating a friend's birthday. As soon as we walked in, it was customer service with a smile. I didn't get the waiter's name but he was awesome taking our order with a smile and it didn't take long to receive our delicious food. He was so nice and kind to us and made us feel very welcomed. I will be back for that great service with a smile and for that Grilled Chicken & Strawberry Salad Combo and Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Delicious!

Our most recent visit to Longhorns was just, OK. We had bragged to some close friends that we loved the French Onion Soup here and so we all decided to have dinner there together specifically for them to test the soup for themselves. Every one of the soups when they were brought out to the table were luke warm, almost room temperature, definitely not hot as they should have been. Cheese was fully melted so I think that the kitchen had made them correctly. Clearly, the waiter had left them sit for too long before bringing them to the table. Flavor was fine but not enjoyable because of the temperature. We let the waiter know but he reacted with no concern. I was expecting him to offer to bring out new soups or to at least remove the soups from the bill. Steaks and salads were good but the main reason we brought our friends was a flop.

Longhorn was great. Our sever was EJ. We are a big fan of Longhorn and it is always a 10/10 at this Aiken location. We ordered the Ribeye and Chicken Sandwich and everything came out lovely. We will be returning again in the near future. Thank you.

I called 3 times ahead to make sure we could be seated for a party of,17. I drove over an hour to get there. When I got there the manager said "are you sure you called this restaurant?" They put my party down for Sunday instead of Saturday despite the three phone calls. After waiting a hour and a half to be seated they didn't put my phone number in the phone correctly, my sister stood and watched them avoid verbally calling our name for almost 15 more minutes. When we finally got seated all 17 of us were squished together like sardines. Thankfully my dad asked for another table and we got to spread out a bit more. The food took over an hour to get to us and mine was cold. I ordered a burger, being 7 months pregnant it's important to me that meat is thoroughly cooked and hot. My 9 year olds burger was also cold. I will never eat at this location, and likely even this restaurant again. My suggestion is don't go hungry because the wait and service is slack.

Had a wonderful dinner with my brother and father here. Danny has a wonderful attitude that made us feel relaxed, recommended us an awesome starter (recommend the firecracker starter) and consistently checked on us. We never had to ask for refills or plates to be taken, he was on top of it. The food is also amazing, their mac and cheese in particular is great and my brother loved the LH burger. Definitely coming back, very nice place to get a dang good dinner :)

We got there around 6 and we're seated immediately. Our server(Derrick) was hands down the best server we've ever had. The food was excellent. Steaks cooked perfectly and the salad tasted like it was picked that day from the garden. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend to everyone!!!!!

Would give this location 0 stars, but that isn't available. Called shortly after noon. Was told reservations were not available. Was also told there was seating for 9 at a single table. Arrived shortly after 6PM. Put our name on the list and were told that the wait would be 1.5 - 2 hours, but as soon as the large party already eating was done, their table would be cleared and we would be seated. That party left and we waited. 2 other large parties (party of 9 and party of 8) who both signed in after us were both seated before us. Upon asking front door staff why we had not yet been seated, we were told they could not answer that. Meanwhile, there is a large corner booth capable of seating 9 easily, was occupied by 2 and another large table capable of seating 9 or more sat uncleared for over 30 minutes. I will not be eating here again. I don't care if the food is amazing. This service is ridiculous. Come to find out over an hour into our wait that reservations are available and we were lied to.

Very impressed! Our whole family enjoyed their food tonight. All 3 Filet Mignon’s were cooked perfectly and the food was fast and delicious. We also enjoyed dessert as well. When we got the bill I couldn’t believe how affordable it was compared to most steak restaurants we go to back home in Raleigh. Great value! Highly recommend!

The food is the best I've had in a while. Service was good, a little slow, but that was because it was so busy.

Polite serving staff food was not up to the standards they have set in the past. Steak was cooked correctly temp wise but was pretty bland in the flavor. The salads were also not the best. As far as side my broccoli was cooked correctly but over seasoned. Overall was a decent dining experience

Had to wait a few minutes for a table (after the lunch crowd). Sat at our table and it wasn't clean. Asked for it to be cleaned and they cleaned it. Bread came and it was fantastic. But, no drinks. Waited a little too long for a steak sandwich and fries and a 6 oz steak with a baked potato. Waitress never came to refill our drinks had to ask someone else. Not the best experience. Have had better at this restaurant.

Customer Service was great but the food was just OK. My daughter had to send her steak back because it was well done and she ordered medium. The medium was actually medium rare. Son in law had soggy asparagus. My shrimp was too greasy. However, we had a great waitress. I normally love Longhorn so I will chalk it up as a bad day. Therefore, I will definitely try them again in the future.

The food was great! The waiter was great. The hostess are ignored us and when she finally took us to our table, underneath the table was full of food. However the chef did a wonderful job!😊

UPDATE. They sent me nice note along w gift card. I returned today but didn’t order steak. Food and service was good. Thank you. Treated myself for Mother’s Day. Very disappointed. Ordered steak medium-well to well. It arrived w blood all over plate & 3/4 pink center. Waitress took it back and had it cooked more. It was again returned with 1/2 pink inside. I showed waitress, she agreed. It was still medium. Wasted. I couldn’t even eat half of it. I didn’t complain to get a discount, but $7 off was a nice gesture. Point is, I would have much preferred my steak be cooked right, after the 2nd attempt. Especially at a steak house, and pay full price.
