My
order
was
a
mess,
my
dad
is
on
hospice
so
of
course
I'm
unable
to
leave
him.
I
asked
family
members
to
pick-up
the
food.
Needless
to
say,
a
portion
of
my
order
was
missing,
even
after
my
family
read
the
order
back
to
the
management
"Arlene(the
manager)
verified
and
assured
the
order
was
correct.....
NO
OF
course
it
wrong.....
pathetic
ay
best.
So
therefore
my
family
had
to
drive
back
across
town
to
get
the
missing
part
of
the
order....
yet
meaning...
a
result
of
having
themselves
to
come
back
to
cold
food....
love
the
way
they
operate...
customer
service
....
yeah
not
in
these
incompetent
individuals
vocabulary....
I
had
better
have
a
full
refund
by
the
COB....
I've
already
called
and
filed
with
the
corporate
Reginal
Management..
Done
begging
people
to
do
their
job,
and
do
them
with
an
once
of
grace...
Sickened
by
the
incredibly
insufficient
customer
service
that
others
give
allowance
too.
Enough
is
enough...
