Mac and cheese was disgusting. Was very dark with hard cheese in different places. Chicken was burnt as well. Asked for wings and got legs...had to change that. Left my side out....had to ask for it. Employees are rude as well. I am done going to this location. It never changes. I spent too much money to receive such bad service.

Order Mall chicken mix they gave me all one type of chicken mostly which is the breast part which was old that they already had cook and it's supposed to be mild and not spicy my baby got hold to the spicy and now I may have to take him to the hospital highly allergic to pepper

Never received customer service like this before in my life. Workers had attitude over the speaker when ordering then gave me a order I didn’t ask for. When asked about what sides I wanted, they would say they are out instead of stating what the restaurant is out of upfront or putting a label on the menu of what they are out of…overall, poor service, and I hope they hire more quality, instead of quantity.

I will not be going back to this location. We asked for extra ketchup and the lady at the register went off. She said she was not loosing her job over ketchup and she said she was disrespected because we asked questions about getting 2 ketchup. She continued to go on about it to the point where she talked about me to customers that was walking in and looking directly in my face as she told another customer that I disrespected her. The manager was in the back fixing food but she apologized and asked why we didn't ask her for the ketchup. We shouldn't have to do that and for the amount we paid for the chicken getting extra ketchup should not be an issue. The manager is nice but they have a big attitude problem and customer service is terrible.

They never have nothing everytime i go there ' no chicken there's no fries or no biscuits like if it isn't one thing with this place it's another & to top it all off the customer service & very very terrible & they do not know how to talk to people & by the way this the only popeyes in aiken & I'm from new york & I love me some popeyes but I refuse to ever go back here

The last 2 or 3 times, they left out my extra biscuit. Today, I asked were they fresh?... The young lady said they were... She must have meant, freshly burnt. It's bad enough they're dry but are y'all trying to crack up somebody's teeth too?... You can't make this up to me, ever. I wish there was a -5 rating. Bye, Felicia!... My order was a mess, my dad is on hospice so of course I'm unable to leave him. I asked family members to pick-up the food. Needless to say, a portion of my order was missing, even after my family read the order back to the management "Arlene(the manager) verified and assured the order was correct..... NO OF course it wrong..... pathetic ay best. So therefore my family had to drive back across town to get the missing part of the order.... yet meaning... a result of having themselves to come back to cold food.... love the way they operate... customer service .... yeah not in these incompetent individuals vocabulary.... I had better have a full refund by the COB.... I've already called and filed with the corporate Reginal Management.. Done begging people to do their job, and do them with an once of grace... Sickened by the incredibly insufficient customer service that others give allowance too. Enough is enough...

I love Popeye's chicken. This location had friendly employees and our order came out perfect. No complaints at all!

Tonight's order was a disaster. 1hr 10mins delivery via Uber. The chicken was dry like it's been there all day. The biscuit was literally hard as a rock. One entire 2piece dinner didn't even arrive. The mac n cheese was cold. So disappointed. STRONGLY recommend NOT going to Popeyes in Aiken. I'm furious and hungry 😠 The current Google Review score is off the chain inaccurate. Less than 1 is appropriate

Good opportunity to get a quick bite if you are needing something fried. Southern style for sure. So if you're new in the area, this is a good opportunity to check that out. Always good. Make sure to try every sauce. Don't worry about the cost. The nuggets are crazy. Hand breaded and fried for real and their actual real chicken. Not pressed white meat.

Don't expect to have your order taken for at least 20mins. I stood in line waiting for a pick up and I was ignored and when I politely asked if it was ready I was met with I'm busy gimme a min. Smh 🙄 some people just shouldn't work in the hospitality industry.

Great location. We was highly recommended to try food from this location. We saw mixed reviews but for our personal experience everything was fantastic. We went thru the drive thru and Xavier took our order. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the menu. He also took his time to make sure we ordered everything we needed and repeated our order back to us to make sure he had everything correct. Great Popeyes store. Keep up the great work everyone.

Great chicken sdwich. Haven't had anything else there. Only problem I see is the staff not being able to keep a flow going with service. Ex. I go through the drive thru at Popeyes & have two cars in front of me, I can be there 30 mins. If the car in front of you has a large order ... Get ready for a stay. I can go through the drive thru at Chick fil & have 5 cars in front of me, some with large orders, I'll be leaving with my food in 10 mins. They are coordinated, follow a plan & runs smooth. They know what their doing. Staff is friendly smiles. Popeyes could learn a thing a two from them.

Got the wrong order. The cashier was not paying attention and was slow the the chicken had brunt tastel ike the oil needed changed no straws are napkins place needed cleaning

They ran out of their heavily advertised shrimp meal so had chicken sandwich instead which was good. Fish sandwich was mushy but tasted good. Would have preferred less sauce.

Great service. Can’t say enough about the 4 employees that checked on me as I waited for food. This is how to treat customers.

I only give it one star because there isn’t a zero! Employees were rude, the order was incomplete and the food was greasy, funky tasting like old cooking oil. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The spicy chicken sandwich is great. The fries, not so great. The tea is really good. The lady was nice but they were slow.

It was my first time eating a Popeye's chicken sandwich. It was just ok. The staff was pleasant. It was a short wait to place my order because they seemed a little understaffed. The sandwich was just ok, it wasn't hot and fresh. The french fries were not hot and fresh either. Will I patronize Popeye's again? Probably not.

Twice now I've ordered the Classic chicken sandwich and both times I've gotten the buffalo one. I can't eat this!! I didn't say anything the first time but when I called after this time, no one answered. I pick order it on the way home from work and live too far away to go back. Not coming back I'm just wasting money.

Ordered nugget combo. They told me to pull up because it was going to be three minutes before the nuggets were ready. It took 7 minutes and my fries were cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Only went there because Chic FIL A isn't open on Sunday.

Normally very good food. I love the Hot Spicy Chicken. Do make sure you specify Not Spicy chicken. They do sale mild and spicy. I was disappointed with the chicken sandwich I had. Flavorful but not spicy. Also...the Drive thru Menu didn't have the new prices but they did have a note on the menu informing customers of new prices and a new will be available.
